목포, 진도, 인천, 대산 및 여수권역에 설치된 해양기상신호표지시스템은 지속적이고 안정적인 데이터 확보와 데이터 Quality 유지가 중요하며 상시적인 현장점검 및 유지관리가 수반되어야 한다. 정기적이고 체계적인 유지관리를 통하여 주변 환경으로부터 장비를 보호하고 관측정보의 신뢰성을 높이고 장비 장애 및 오류를 사전에 방지할 수 있다. 관측자료의 효율적인 활용을 위하여 홈페이지, ARS/FAX, SMS 등의 서비스를 통합관리하고, 통합품질관리 기술개발 및 서비스 체계 표준화를 통하여 범국가적인 해양기상관측서비스 체계 구축이 필요하다.

The COVID-19 pandemic have been spreading continuously across the world, hence it is difficult to expect coming to an end in a short period of time. The use of digital technology has shown tangible results in suppressing COVID-19, but raised privacy and data-protection concerns. In the context of the global efforts to deal with the coronavirus pandemic, various digital technologies are taking on a role in surveillance, monitoring, and forecasting. Also the Korea government manages Corona crisis based on legal basis. In this paper, Korea and each country's response to the Corona 19 pandemic are shown, and suggests ways to protect personal information while using digital tools. Large-scale data collection and processing is essential for the suppression of pandemic, but it should be limited to the level and scope required privacy. Also international cooperation, temporary and transparent use of personal information, the corresponding legal basis are necessary. As the use of data and algorithms is expected to continue to increase, technical and institutional efforts to reinforce privacy protection must continue.

랜섬웨어는 Ransom(몸값)과 Software(소프트웨어)의 합성어로, 데이터를 암호화하여 이를 인질로 금전을 요구하는 악성 프로그램이다. 블랙캣(BlackCat)과 같은 랜섬웨어가 스위스 항공 서비스 기업의 시스템을 마비시키는 공격을 시도하였으며, 이와 같은 랜섬웨어로 인한 피해는 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 랜섬웨어에 의한 피해 감소 및 방지를 위하여, 다양한 랜섬웨어 탐지방안이 등장하였으며, 최근 행위 기반 침입탐지 시스템에 인공지능 기술을 결합하여 랜섬웨어를 탐지하는 방안이 연구되는 실정이다. 인공지능 기술은 딥러닝 및 하드웨어의 발전으로 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 범위가 넓어지면서, 다양한 분야와 접목하여 랜섬웨어 탐지를 위한 시스템에 적용되고 있지만, 국내는 국외만큼 활발하게 연구되지 않고 연구 개발 단계에 머물러 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 랜섬웨어에 감염된 파일에서 나타나는 특징 중 하나인 엔트로피를 데이터 분석에 활용함으로써, 랜섬웨어를 탐지하는 시스템을 제안하고 설계하였다.

In this study, group to set the military reserves has caused occasional friction. Therefore, for the protection of military bases and military facilities around the County win-win was to provide real estate management plan. 최근 산업제어시스템을 대상으로 하는 보안 사고가 지속적으로 증가함에 따라서 이상탐지 시스템에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 AI 기술의 급속한 발달과 함께 수준 높은 AI기반 이상탐지시스템이 연구되고 있다. 이러한 AI 모델은 산업제어시스템 환경에서 적용할 수 있도록 실시간의 처리가 필요하며, 데이터 세트의 학습에는 산업제어시스템 특성을 고려하는 것이 요구된다. 따라서, 데이터 세트가 산업제어시스템에서 적합하게 활용될 수 있는지 판별할 수 있는 세부 기준을 마련하게 된다면, 우수한 데이터 세트의 활용을 통해 산업제어시스템을 위한 AI 모델의 성능이 향상될 것으로 보인다. 본 논문에서는 산업제어시스템의 AI 침입 탐지시스템의 성능 향상을 위한 데이터 품질 연구의 동향을 조사하고, 향후 발전을 위한 방향성을 구체적인 평가항목을 통해 제시하고자 한다.

우리나라 기계공업은 세계적인 보호무역주의와 경기불황으로 고전을 면치 못해 왔으나 국제유가하락, 일본엔화의 강세 그리고 국제금리의 하락추세라는 이른바 "3저시대"를 맞이하게 됨으로써 모처럼 호전의 기회를 맞이하고 있어 '85 년도에 생산이 8.7%수출 12% 증가 했으며 수입은 15%나 감소하여 기계류의 국산화가 점차 이루어지고 있는 현상을 나타내고 있으나 우 리의 주종수출시장인 미국의 보호무역주의 추세는 구조적인 요인으로 말미암아 앞으로도 크게 완하되리라고 기대하기는 어려워 부정적인 측면도 없지않다. 더구나 상기의 3가지 호재가 언제 까지나 지속횐다는 보장도 없으니 만큼 정부와 기업은 이 기회를 최대한 활용함으로써 우리나라 기계공업의 경쟁체질을 강화하는 계기를 마련해야 할것이다.마련해야 할것이다.

Online shopping has transformed and rapidly grown the entire market at the forefront of wholesale and retail services as an effective solution to issues such as digital transformation and social distancing policy (COVID-19 pandemic). Small business owners, who form the majority at the center of the online shopping industry, are constantly collecting policy changes and market trend information to overcome these problems and use them for marketing and other sales activities in order to overcome these problems and continue to grow. Objective and refined information that is more closely related to the business is also needed. Therefore, in this paper, through the collection and analysis of big data information, which is the core technology of digital transformation, key variables are set in product classification, sales trends, consumer preferences, and review information of online shopping malls, and a method of using them for competitor comparison analysis and business sustainability evaluation has been prepared and we would like to propose it as a service. If small and medium-sized businesses can benchmark competitors or excellent businesses based on big data and identify market trends and consumer tendencies, they will clearly recognize their level and position in business and voluntarily strive to secure higher competitiveness. In addition, if the sustainable growth of the online shopping mall operator can be confirmed as an indicator, more efficient policy establishment and risk management can be expected because it has an improved measurement method.

Recently, with the growing number of services using personal information, government offices' tasks have become more dependent to personal information. Various policies and systems have been made and managed for the safe use of personal information in the circumstances that inevitably require the use of personal information, but the personal information privacy incidents and their scale are on a constant increase. Thus, Korea has been implementing personal information protection management system since 2008 to examine whether public organizations observe the personal information protection act and to how well they manage the personal information, and to improve what is insufficient in the process. However, despite high scores of the outcomes of the system, questions about the effectiveness of the outcomes and about the actual manage level are being raised. Thus, this study seeks to analyze public organizations' activities to protect personal information and the effectiveness of their foundation efforts for them by using the DEA model, and to propose a new model to enhance the effectiveness of the outcomes of personal information protection management system by reflecting them into the outcomes of system, using the derived effectiveness.

본 논문은 무인화 변전소 확대와 디지털보호계전기의 지속적인 적용에 따라 상시 보호계전기 상태 확인 및 필요시 정정치 변경과 전력계통 고장시 동작한 보호계전기의 동작사항을 신속히 파악하여 보호계전기 정동작 여부를 판단하여 전력계통의 신뢰도 제고하는 보호계전기 데이터 원격 취득 분석시스템 구축 방안을 연구하였다. PDAS 설치후 고장데이터 수집에 따른 출동시간을 절약하여 고장분석업무를 집중하고 절감시간을 타 업무에 활용할 수 있었으며 고장인지 후 즉시 보호계전기 데이터를 취득 분석하여 고장현상 파악 및 긴급복구 시간을 단축할 수 있는 효과를 거둘 수 있었다. PDAS 시스템 시범운영결과 발생한 문제점을 분석한 결과 고도화된 고장분석 서비스를 구축하기 위해서는 정전고장관리시스템과의 연계, 보안성 강화, 사용자 편의성향상, 신규서비스 지원이 되도록 하여 송변전 통합정보시스템과의 통합이 필요하다.

The objective of this study is to find out the effect of the secondary traumatic stress prevention program for counselors at child protection agencies. The quasi-experiment design was used for pre-test, post-test, and for follow-up test, performed 3 months after the program. Experimental group consisted of 9 counselors, while the comparison group consisted of 10 counselors. As a result, it was revealed that secondary traumatic stress prevention program was effective in decreasing the secondary traumatic stress and depression of the counselors, and also effective in increasing stress coping even though it was not statistically significant. Follow-up test did not present statistically significant changes in secondary traumatic stress, depression, and stress coping. It was found that, to achieve continued effect of the program, much longer and sustained program is required. Based on these findings, the necessity and application of the secondary traumatic stress prevention program were suggested.
