The adoption of artificial intelligence technology is continuously increasing in online stores. However, there have been no empirical studies that examine whether each of the artificial intelligence functions affects consumers' continuance intent to shop online. This study aims to understand the effect of the main function of artificial intelligence on the continuance intention of online store via empirical analysis. In particular, we focus on how artificial intelligence as a resource affects the heterogeneity of online stores in terms of resource-based views. We also analyzed the mediating effect of online store's image (product and service) between artificial intelligence (AI) functions and continuance intention. The results suggest that the presence of AI function on online stores positively influence the continuance intention from the resource-based perspective. Furthermore, it was found that AI technology positively affects the image of a product and service. We also found that there was a difference in the way of influencing the intention to use online stores by AI functions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of perceived risk, perceived benefits and trust on the intention of continuous use of Internet primary banks in order to explore ways for stable establishment and growth of Internet primary banks. In addition, the mediating effects of trust on the relationships among perceived benefits, perceived risk and intention of continuous use were tested. Through an online survey, 457 people aged 20-59 years who had experience of using an Internet primary bank within the last 3 months were selected as the subjects for this study. First, perceived benefits, perceived risk, and trust were found to have a significant influence on the intention of continuous use of Internet primary banks. Second, the partial mediation effect of trust on the relationships of ease of use and functional risk with intention of continuous use was confirmed, and the full mediation effect of trust on the relationships of attractiveness and innovativeness with intention of continuous use was verified. In order to achieve sustainable growth, Internet primary banks are required to increase major benefits of customers and lower the risk levels to build firm customer trust.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of physical education class satisfaction on the college life satisfaction, and academic persistence to provide the basic information for the effective higher education policy increasing the academic persistence. By analyzing a total of 185 surveys from college students that take the physical education class, this study found followings. First, physical education class satisfaction had a significant direct effect on the college life satisfaction(+). Second, college life satisfaction had a significant direct effect on the academic persistence(+). Third, physical education class satisfaction didn't had a significant direct effect on the academic persistence. Fourth, physical education class satisfaction had a significant indirect effect on the academic persistence mediated by the college life satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the attraction of physical educators by physical education major students at university on their passion and exercise adherence intention. Total of 307, physical education major students at university. Data ware analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0 ver. program. The results were as following. First, attraction of physical educators influenced significantly on their passion. Second, attraction of physical educators influenced significantly on exercise adherence intention. Third, passion influenced significantly on exercise adherence intention.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of library service quality on the continuous use of libraries by international students and to verify that library anxiety plays a mediator role between the two variables - 'library service quality' and 'continuous use intention'. To conduct this study, library service quality, continuous use intention, and library anxiety of 213 Chinese international students was measured and the hypothesis through structural equation modeling was verified. The result of the study suggests that library service quality has an impact on continuous use intention and that library anxiety mediates the two variables. Based on the research result, the development of library service for international students was discussed.

2022년 7월에 열린 'ON미래, 산업디지털전환 국회 포럼' 에서는 기업과 기업의 데이터들이 연결되고 산업에 활용 가능한 환경조성이 필요하며 이러한 데이터 생태계를 위한 거래 활성화로 비즈니스 모델 창출이 중요한 이슈로 떠올랐다. 소상공인시장진흥공단은 소상공인 디지털 특성화대학을 열고 소상공인 디지털 역량 강화를 위해 전국의 10개 대학과 연계하였다. 4차 산업혁명의 진전과 코로나19 팬데믹의 영향으로 인한 비대면 문화의 확산 등과 이에 따른 소상공인의 디지털역량이 사업을 영위하는데 중요한 이슈로 등장한 것이다. 본 연구는 소상공인의 사업 역량과 디지털 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 사업 역량을 세분화해서 소상공인의 업종 전문성, 고객관리 전문성으로 나누었다. 디지털 역량은 SNS 활동성, ICT 사용 용이성, ICT 사업 활용성으로 세분화하였다. 이들 요인들이 경제활동 지속 의도에 영향을 미침에 있어서 1인 미디어 교육참여도에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 동시에 살펴보았다. 이를 실증 분석하기 위해 1인 미디어 교육을 받은 사람을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 조사하고자 하며 디지털 역량의 중요성이 증대되는 시점에서 소상공인에 있어서도 이러한 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to examine the major determinants affecting the user's satisfaction and usage intention on Biosafety Portal Site. The development of the research model is based on the empirical studies on the web site. Five hypotheses are derived and tested using regression analysis. The results from regression analysis suggest that technology, content, design and navigation all contributed significantly to the user's satisfaction. In addition, user's satisfaction with portal had a very significant influence on the continuance intention.

급속한 성장세에 있는 서비스기반의 B2B전자시장에 대하여 본 연구에서는 서비스 이용기업의 서비스 지속적이용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고, 이들 요인간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 우리나라 대표적인 ASP 방식의 Web analytics 회사의 서비스 이용기업에 대한 실증분석을 실시한 결과 기존채널 교체에 관한 전환비용은 의존도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 신규채널 수용에 관한 전환비용과 사용기간은 의존도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스품질은 ServQual을 사용하여 측정하였으며 이중 신뢰성과 공감성이 만족도에 유의한 영향이 있었지만, 응답성에는 유의하지 않는 것으로 측정되었다. 또한, 만족도는 의존도에 유의하게 나타났고, 만족도와 의존도는 서비스의 지속적이용의도에 유의하였다.

챗봇이란 인공지능 기반으로 인간과 대화하는 로봇을 일컬으며, 요청과 응답구조로 운영되는 인공지능 프로그램을 말한다. 챗봇은 사용자와 상호작용하기 위해 대화형 인터페이스를 사용하는 소프트웨어로 기존 사용자의 언어를 이해하고 학습하여 인간이 대화하듯이 대화를 하도록 설계되어있다. 챗봇을 사용하는 회사는 인건비를 줄이고 빅데이터를 기반으로 전문적이고 정확한 답변을 제공할 수 있어 활용 효율성이 높은 편이다. 그러나 회사가 챗봇을 적극적으로 도입하고 사용자에게 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이라는 기대와 달리 사용자는 챗봇을 계속 사용하지 않고있다. 따라서 본 논문은 챗봇 서비스의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 한다. 특히 인공지능 특성이 챗봇 서비스 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 연구한다.

Currently, in Korea, there is a growing interest in improving the learning ability of the education target group due to the low birth rate and aging population. The dilemma of a shrinking population ultimately causes the burden of having to come up with a plan to efficiently maximize the use of available population resources. Accordingly, this study explores the impact of learning motivation (activity-oriented motivation, learning-oriented motivation) on learner characteristics (learning value, learning efficacy) and learning satisfaction, and as a result, intention to continue participating in lifelong learning (recommendation intention, relationship continuation intention). As a results of the analysis, it shows that learning motivation had a significant effect on learning satisfaction, and the emotions formed in this way had a positive effect on recommendation intention and relationship continuation intention. In addition, the results show that learning-oriented motivation had a significant effect on both learning satisfaction and learner characteristics, but that learning efficacy had no effect on recommendation intention. This study is significant in that it presents the basis for an educational system based on relationship maintenance and learner characteristics by considering the learner's orientation, individual achievement direction, recommendation intention, and relationship continuation intention.
