The satellite sensor model is typically established using ground control points acquired by ground survey Of existing topographic maps. In some cases where the targeted area can't be accessed and the topographic maps are not available, it is difficult to obtain ground control points so that geospatial information could not be obtained from satellite image. The paper presents several satellite sensor models and satellite image decomposition methods for non-accessible area where ground control points can hardly acquired in conventional ways. First, 10 different satellite sensor models, which were extended from collinearity condition equations, were developed and then the behavior of each sensor model was investigated. Secondly, satellite images were decomposed and also pseudo images were generated. The satellite sensor model extended from collinearity equations was represented by the six exterior orientation parameters in 1$^{st}$, 2$^{nd}$ and 3$^{rd}$ order function of satellite image row. Among them, the rotational angle parameters such as $\omega$(omega) and $\phi$(phi) correlated highly with positional parameters could be assigned to constant values. For non-accessible area, satellite images were decomposed, which means that two consecutive images were combined as one image. The combined image consists of one satellite image with ground control points and the other without ground control points. In addition, a pseudo image which is an imaginary image, was prepared from one satellite image with ground control points and the other without ground control points. In other words, the pseudo image is an arbitrary image bridging two consecutive images. For the experiments, SPOT satellite images exposed to the similar area in different pass were used. Conclusively, it was found that 10 different satellite sensor models and 5 different decomposed methods delivered different levels of accuracy. Among them, the satellite camera model with 1$^{st}$ order function of image row for positional orientation parameters and rotational angle parameter of kappa, and constant rotational angle parameter omega and phi provided the best 60m maximum error at check point with pseudo images arrangement.

영상 정합시 정확도에 영향을 미치는 인자들에 관한 실험 결과 센서의 파장, 계절, Chip 영상의 크기 등이 큰 영향을 미쳤으며 영상정합을 위해 영상 GCP를 데이터베이스에서 검색할 때 이에 대한 고려가 우선적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.n of hub-and-spoke system, integration of logistics bases, introduction of (automatic) parking building, diversification of transportation mode, and etc. At the same time, we constructed three practically executable scenarios based on those ideas. When extracting geo-referenced 3D data from cameras mounted on Mobile Mapping Systems, one of important properties for accuracy of extracted data is the alignment of the relative translation(lever-arm) and rotation(bore-sight) between the coordinate systems of Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU)/Ground Positioning System(GPS) and cameras. Since the conventional method calculates absolute camera orientation using ground control points (GCP), the alignment is determined in one Coordinated System (GPS Coordinated System). It basically require GCP. We proposed a mathematical model for the alignment using the initially uncoupled data of cameras and IMU/GPS without GCPs.

This study deals with GPS-photogrammetry practicability by C/A-code reception. It allows data to be acquired and analyzed fast. Combined block adjustment method was applied at the topographical map production of coast-land. And we compared it that of conventional block adjustment. As a result, it was found that accuracy was very sensitive to the arrangement and number of control points. The accuracy in the horizontal and vertical was $\pm{2cm}$ if all of the control points was available. however accuracy was not affected at additional parameters for systematic errors' elimination and it leads to bad results when the number of control points was few and arrangement of control points was not stabilized. GPS observations were added in block adjustment, but the accuracy of block was not upgraded due to the low accuracy of C/A-code reception. So relative positioning method with carrier phases was required for high accuracy and it is expected that CPS photogrammetry with C/A-code will be used widely according to the improvement of observation methods and the development of receiver.
RIn this research, digital elevation models, true-ortho image and 3-dimensional digital complied data was generated and evaluated using unmanned aircraft vehicle stereoscopic images by applying photogrammetric principles. In order to implement stereoscopic vision, digital Photogrammetric Workstation should be used necessarily. For conducting this, in this study GEOMAPPER 1.0 is used. That was developed by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. To realize stereoscopic vision using two overlapping images of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the interior and exterior orientation parameters should be calculated. Especially lens distortion of non-metric camera must be accurately compensated for stereoscope. In this work. photogrammetric orientation process was conducted using commercial Software, PhotoScan 1.4. Fixed wing KRobotics KD-2 was used for the acquisition of UAV images. True-ortho photo was generated and digital topographic map was partially produced. Finally, we presented error analysis on the generated digital complied map. As the results, it is confirmed that the production of digital terrain map with a scale 1:2,500~1:3,000 is available using stereoscope method.

Three-dimensional registration is a process of matching data with or without a coordinate system to a reference coordinate system, which is used in various fields such as the absolute orientation of photogrammetry and data combining for producing precise road maps. Three-dimensional registration is divided into a method using points and a method using linear features. In the case of using points, it is difficult to find the same conjugate point when having different spatial resolutions. On the other hand, the use of linear feature has the advantage that the three-dimensional registration is possible by using not only the case where the spatial resolution is different but also the conjugate linear feature that is not the same starting point and ending point in point cloud type data. In this study, we proposed a method to determine the scale and the three-dimensional translation after determining the three-dimensional rotation angle between two data using quaternion to perform three-dimensional registration using linear features. For the verification of the proposed method, three-dimensional registration was performed using the linear features constructed an indoor and the linear features acquired through the terrestrial mobile mapping system in an outdoor environment. The experimental results showed that the mean square root error was 0.001054m and 0.000936m, respectively, when the scale was fixed and if not fixed, using indoor data. The results of the three-dimensional transformation in the 500m section using outdoor data showed that the mean square root error was 0.09412m when the six linear features were used, and the accuracy for producing precision maps was satisfied. In addition, in the experiment where the number of linear features was changed, it was found that nine linear features were sufficient for high-precision 3D transformation through almost no change in the root mean square error even when nine linear features or more linear features were used.
According to the government's announcement of the safety management enhancement policy for small and medium-sized private construction sites, the subject of mandatory CCTV installation has been expanded from large construction sites to small and medium-sized construction sites. However, since the existing CCTV at construction sites has been used for simple control for safety management, so research is needed for monitoring of construction sites. Therefore, in this study, three vanishing points were calculated based on a single image taken with a monocular camera, and then a camera matrix containing interior orientation parameters information was determined. And the accuracy was verified by calculating the height of the target object from the height of the reference object. Through height determination experiments using vanishing points based on a monocular camera, it was possible to determine the height of target objects only with a single image without separately surveying of ground control points. As a result of the accuracy evaluation, the root mean square error was ±0.161m. Therefore, it is determined that the progress of construction work at the construction sites can be monitored through the single image taken using the single camera.
In this study, we generated orthoimages and Digital Elevation Model (DEM) from Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to confirm the accuracy of possibility of geospatial information system generation, then compared the DEM with the topographic height values measured from Real Time Kinematic-GPS (RTK-GPS). The DEMs were generated from aerial triangulation method using fixed-wing UAV and rotary-wing UAV, and DEM based on the waterline method also generated. For the accurate generation of mosaic images and DEM, the distorted images occurred by interior and exterior orientation were corrected using camera calibration. In addition, we set up the 30 Ground Control Points (GPCs) in order to correct of the UAVs position error. Therefore, the mosaic images and DEM were obtained with geometric error less than 30 cm. The height of generated DEMs by UAVs were compared with the levelled elevation by RTK-GPS. The value of R-square is closely 1. From this study, we could confirm that accurate DEM of the tidal flat can be generated using UAVs and these detailed spatial information about tidal flat will be widely used for tidal flat management.

This study aims to propose a method that shall rapidly acquire 3D information of the fast and frequently changing city areas by using the images taken by the UAV photogrammetric method, and to develop the process of the acquired data. For this study's proposed UAV photogrammetric method, low-cost UAV and non-metric digital camera were used. The elements of interior orientation were acquired through camera calibration. The artificial 3D model of the artificial structures was constructed using the image data photographed at the target area and the results of the ground control point survey. The digital surface model was created for areas that were changed due to a number of civil works. This study also analyzes the proposed method's application possibility by comparing a 1/1,000 scale digital map and the results of the ground control point survey. Through the above studies, the possibilities of constructing a 3D virtual city model renewal of 3D GIS database, abstraction of changed information in geographic features and on-demand updating of the digital map were suggested.
