This study aims at analyzing difference of social Security network, Community unity and local government trust according to socio-demographical features, exploring the relation of social Security network, Community unity and local government trust according to socio-demographical features, presenting results between each variable as a model and verifying the property of mutual ones. This study sampled general citizens in Gwangju for about 15 days Aug. 15 through Aug. 30, 2014, distributed total 450 copies using cluster random sampling, gathered 438 persons, 412 persons of whom were used for analysis. This study verified the validity and credibility of the questionnaire through an experts' meeting, preliminary test, factor analysis and credibility analysis. The credibility of questionnaire was ${\alpha}=.809{\sim}{\alpha}=.890$. The inout data were analyzed by study purpose using SPSSWIN 18.0, as statistical techniques, factor analysis, credibility analysis, correlation analysis, independent sample t verification, ANOVA, multi-regression analysis, path analysis etc. were used. the findings obtained through the above study methods are as follows. First, building a social Security network has an effect on Community institution. That is, the more activated a, the higher awareness on institution. the more activated street CCTV facilities, anti-crime design, local government Security education, the higher the stability. Second, building a social Security network has an effect on trust of local government. That is, the activated local autonomous anti-crime activity, anti-crime design. local government's Security education, police public oder service, the more increased trust of policy, service management, busines performance. Third, Community unity has an effect on trust of local government. That is, the better Community institution is achieved, the higher trust of policy. Also the stabler Community institution, the higher trust of business performance. Fourth, building a social Security network has a direct or indirect effect on Community unity and local government trust. That is, social Security network has a direct effect on trust of local government, but it has a higher effect through Community unity of parameter. Such results showed that Community unity in Gwangju Region is an important factor, which means it is an important variable mediating building a social Security network and trust of local government. To win trust of local residents, we need to prepare for various cultural events and active communication space and build a social Security network for uniting them.

환경부나 지방자치단체에서는 환경문제를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 체계를 마련하기 위하여 오염물질 배출업체가 환경감시 시스템을 통하여 환경오염물질의 배출상태를 실시간으로 측정하여 공시하도록 의무화 하고 있다. 그러나 환경단체나 지역주민들은, 환경부나 지방자치단체에 제공된 환경정보에 대한 신뢰감이 부족한 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 환경정보의 신뢰성 제공을 위하여 암호학적 인증 메커니즘을 이용한 환경정보 인증 서브 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 제시한 환경정보 인증시스템에서는 클라이언트/서버간 인증, 환경정보에 대한 무결성 보장 및 접근통제, 감사기록의 기능을 제공한다.

BPR(Business Process Re-engineering)은 업무 프로세스를 혁신적으로 재설계 함으로써 급속한 외부환경과 내부환경의 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고자 하는 기업의 경영혁신 기법, 조직 재설계의 수단으로 도입되었다. 해마다 시행되고 있는 정보화평가위원회의 국가 정보화 사업에 대한 평가는 정보화 사업의 성과관리에 있어 BPR에 따른 조직과 제도개선 성과를 포함하여 제도혁신에 대한 인센티브 제공 둥 조직과 제도혁신 강화의 필요성이 강하게 주장되는 등 BPR은 공공부문으로 점차 확대 될 추세이다. 본 연구는 조직적 문제의 해결을 통하여 지방자치단체 GIS의 효율성을 제고 하고자 하는 목적으로 출발하였다. 따라서 BPR의 이론적 고찰을 통하여 지자체 GIS BPR의 개념을 정의하고, 지방자치단체의 GIS 시스템 도입 이후의 업무 프로세스의 변화, 업무 변화의 양상, 잠재적 업무 효과를 BPR의 기법을 통해 보여줌으로써 조직 재설계의 수단으로 GIS BPR의 가능성을 모색하였다. 이는 GIS 발달 단계에 따른 효과 창출의 패러다임을 고려한 지방자치단체 GIS 업무의 변화를 수용하는 능동적이고 융통성 있는 조직 모형을 찾는 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 단위조직, 진화조직, 전체조직의 GIS 발달 단계에 따른 지방자치단체 GIS 조직 모형을 규정하였다. 본 연구를 통한 시사점은 지방자치단체 GIS 조직이 현재의 단위조직 수준에서 진화조직의 단계를 걸쳐 전체조직으로 향하는 가능성을 제시했다는 점이다. 이는 지방자치단체가 각각의 단계에서 GIS의 도입 효과를 창출하기 위하여 충실히 수행해 할 것이 무엇인지를 BPR을 통해 조직적 차원에서, 그리고 조직이 다루는 업무영역의 차원에서 접근했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지방자치단체 GIS 기본계획에 있어 조직 측면의 장기적 비전의 제시가 가능하며 이를 통해 보다 성숙된 GIS 사업의 추진과 효율적인 시스템의 운영이 가능할 것이다.. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, ${\beta}$-glucan은 고용량일 때 직접적으로 또는 $IFN-{\gamma}$ 존재시에는 저용량에서도 복강 큰 포식세로를 활성화시킬 뿐 아니라, 탐식효율도 높임으로써 면역기능을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났고, 그 효과는 crude ${\beta}$-glucan의 추출조건에 따라 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다.eveloped. As social anxiety is increasing due to the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, the responses at the level of local governments are also changing depending on the characteristics. We analyzed the factors influencing perceptions of social safety as they relate to the trustworthiness of local governments. Based on a 2020 social survey of 16 cities, counties, and districts in Busan Metropolitan City, the effects of householder characteristics, economic characteristics, local attachment characteristics, and social safety perception characteristics on the reliability of the local government were analyzed through an ordinal logistic regression analysis. It was found that the more vulnerable the class was and the safer the region was, the higher the trust was in the basic local government. In order to respond and preemptively recover damage in natural and social disaster situations, continuous efforts are needed to strengthen the capabilities of basic local governments.

With the goal of enforcing a municipal police system in a national scale starting from 2021, the proposal for introducing municipal police system is promoted and the private security is spotlighted as the measure for supplementing the issues for municipal police system. To solve this issue, the method of promoting and actively utilizing the private security which served as an assistant for security service into the cooperator for security service is suggested as a practical method. To analyze how police's favorable attitude toward introduction of municipal police system influence on the favorable trust toward private security system, this study conducted a survey on front line police officers and analyzed the collected data through statistical technique. As a result, the police officers favorable to introduction of municipal police system also showed positive attitude toward private security and machine security. However, the survey didn't provide significant result on labor expense. In order for the private security service to be accepted as the cooperator for security service, it is necessary to solve the labor expense issue and strengthen trust on machine security.

The implementation of the "Basic Law on Korean Heritage" on May 17, 2024, brought about significant changes in the operation of Korean heritage-related ordinances in 17 local governments. This study specifically analyzes the production, collection, and information transfer of Korean heritage information between the Korean Heritage Service and local governments, focusing on the provisions of the law. Finally, in order to achieve the goal of revitalizing the management of Korean heritage information, the study suggests five directions for improvement of the local government ordinance from three perspectives. Firstly, in order to systematize the production of Korean heritage information, it is necessary to specify the entities that produce and manage information in Korean heritage, and to select important Korean heritage information from the information produced and manage it strategically. In today's complex Korean heritage management environment, it is impossible to manage all the Korean heritage information produced by various stakeholders. Secondly, in order to systematize the delivery of Korean heritage information, detailed procedures related to the information to be delivered to the Korean Heritage Service should be specified, and a clear plan for information delivery and management between local and basic local governments should be defined. In the Korean heritage information delivery system, local governments play various roles as direct information providers, managers, consumers, and transmitters. Therefore, it is necessary to specify the provisions of the ordinance so that local governments can systematically fulfill their various roles in the Korean heritage information delivery system. Thirdly, in order to activate the production of Korean heritage information, local governments should review the provisions of the Act to ensure that important Korean heritage information generated from directory provisions and non-mandatory provisions, in addition to the mandatory provisions of the Korean Heritage Act, is not omitted. In particular, Korean heritage information is not just administrative information, but also includes specialized information for the maintenance of the current state of Korean heritage. Therefore, if certain Korean heritage information is partially missing, there may be a gap in intergovernmental communication for Korean heritage management.

Purpose: This study examines how police's level of satisfaction over work environment influences on introduction of municipal police system and the purpose of this study is to examine the individual police's opinion by exploring the work satisfaction of police under current centralized police system and their level of expectation toward introduction of municipal police system. Method: To complete the research, this study used the survey data from in-service police and analyzed it based on regression analysis. Result: This study analyzed the influence of police's job satisfaction on expectation over introduction of municipal police system by dividing the police's job satisfaction into internal and external satisfaction. In the influence of police's job satisfaction on expectation toward physical environmental change, both internal and external satisfaction had significant negative influence. Conclusion: Thus, there should be a clear organization on municipal police and related items before introducing the system to gain trust from police.

A change of social environment based on digital information technology has decreased the disparity of regional cultures by exchanging & consuming contemporary information & culture freely. After 1995, when local autonomous entity system was established, the local autonomous bodies competed with one another in developing the regional society with its' own resources, human powers & cultures, independently of the central government. In the competitive system, a local government is getting itself distinguished from each other in the cultural & regional properties, and brands the region with its unique events, public relations(PR) & development strategies. The environment for advertisement has changed rapidly under the spontaneous system of regional brand and competition, which means the changes of creative standard in the field of advertisement. An in-depth advertising creativity with induced impression & trust is one of the most important aspects of the advertisement to become persuasive to the public effectively. This demand has had public advertisements changed rapidly and the change of regional system's advertisements has started already. This study focuses on analyzing the status of Local Government's commercials on TV, and presenting an effective method for improving it.

이 토지 컨설팅 정보 시스템(Land Consulting Information System)은 토지에 건축, 형질변경 등 개발행위와 관련하여 구입토지의 선정에서부터 개발의사결정에 이르는 여러 가지 토지법률정보, 요구토지의 입지조건정보, 개발목적에 부합하는 토지의 분포정보, 매매나 세입 관련 부동산 정보 등 사람들의 다양한 요구조건과 의사결정 요소들을 컴퓨터 시스템을 통해 질의하고 검색, 분석함으로서 경제적이고 신속한 정보의 취득과 이를 통한 신뢰성 있는 개발과 구입의 의사결정정보를 제공하기 위한 목적에서 개발되었다. 시스템 기능의 인지도를 향상시키기 위해 'ALGOSA'라 별칭의 로고를 부여하였으며, 일반 개인은 물론 현존하는 전국의 수만 업체에 이르는 부동산사무소(공인 중개사), 측량설계사무소, 건축설계사무소, 전문토지개발회사 등 컨설팅 업체를 중심으로 시스템 보급의 필요성이 기대되며, 나아가 지방자치단체의 개발관련 인허가 부서에서도 이 시스템을 도입함으로서 개발행위 인허가 토지의 체계적 관리는 물론 불법 개발행위 단속과 객관적인 공시지가부여 기준제시를 위한 실제토지이용정보제공 등 폭 넓은 시스템 도입의 효과가 기대된다. 효과가 기대된다.

급변하는 정보기술의 발달로 국제적인 이슈로 떠오르고 있는 전자정부는 국내 정보통신분야에서도 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 그러나 국가자격증의 경우 전자정부와 연관성이 많지만 전자정부를 추진하는데 있어서 국가자격증과 관련한 내용은 언급되고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 국가자격증의 하나인 보육자격증 중심에서 국내 전자정부와 보육자격증의 연계방안을 제시 하고자 한다. 보육자격증 연계방안의 목적은 전자정부에서 제공 받을 수 있는 주민등록등본, 지방자치단체에서 관리하는 경력 정보를 기반으로 학교, 교육원의 정보를 제공받아 고객중심의 서비스 행정을 구현 할 수 있으며 접근성의 제고를 통해 투명성과 신뢰성이 있는 열린 행정을 구현 할 수 있다. 또한 이러한 통합망은 국가존립 및 발전을 위한 하나의 큰 아젠다(Agenda)인 보육의 체계적 발전을 위한 사회간접자본(SOC:social overhead capital)으로서의 역할을 기대할 수 있다.
