The purpose of ICT Healing platform is the prevention of chronic disease. It is intended to early warning of the disease through the information such as the bio-signals and lifestyle. In this paper, we provide a 2-Step open system(TOS) for personalized health data access. TOS is connected between the personal health related data providers and service providers of individuals ICT Healing platform, a software engine for relaying personalized health data. The proposed system, to operate in isolation to 2 step in personal health document repository Inbound module and Outbound module to provide an inquiry service to external organizations. Therefore, we propose a personalized editable Manifest concept for defining data exchange between Step. This can be used as a reference model to collect the personal health information is scattered in many health related service institutions (Hospitals, Fitness Centers, Health Examination Centers, Personal Health Device, etc.) and under private-led liberalization.
This paper presents the design and implementation of a cache file system, umcFS, which is specifically designed to provide an efficient caching and transmission of streaming media. The proposed file system is based on the concept of file disk and implemented as an application level on top of a general-purpose file system. The file disk favors the continuity of cached media and provides an efficient I/O mechanism for cache server. umcFS statically allocates control blocks as well as media cache blocks. These blocks are referenced by the single-level indirect management structure. As the file system is designed as an application level, it is easy to develop and port to other systems. The performance of the implemented system shows that umcFS performs about 13% better than the native file system in randomly accessing the cache blocks of 1024KB.
Existing Android applications for streaming video in real time are dependent on the codec, which composes the encoding function, and the version of Android operating system. Also, for streaming video in real time, most applications should be connected with a separate desktop PC. To overcome these disadvantages, we propose a new application, which records and streams video in real time. Specifically, the proposed application uses the flash video file format, which is the common media file format supported by various versions of Android operating system. Through experiments, we show that it is possible for the proposed application to record the video screens more than 20 frames per second and to stream it in real time while using the existing video encoding methods.
EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) works by providing a collection of standard message formats and element dictionary in a simple way for businesses to exchange data via any electronic messaging service. Open-edi is electronic data interchange among autonomous parties using public standards and aiming towards interoperability over time, business sectors, information technology and data types. The number of Internet services using XML/EDI has grown rapidly since it is easily expansible and exchangeable. To use this service, the client does not have to install EDI S/W but only needs internet browser. Consequently, it became much easier and faster to handle the trading process in an office. eBusiness SML (extensible markup language) electronic data interchange. eXedi is the service that realizes B2B of XML/EDI. eXedi can be used easily in small and medium sized companies. Companies in any place can access to eXedi using the existing Internet connection. XML/EDI provides a standard framework to exchange different types of data -- for example, an invoice, healthcare claim, project status -- so that the information be it in a transaction, exchanged via an Application Program Interface (API), web automation, database portal, catalog, a workflow document or message can be searched, decoded, manipulated, and displayed consistently and correctly by first implementing EDI dictionaries and extending our vocabulary via on-line repositories to include our business language, rules and objects.
It is required to construct the pipelines to eliminate pressure drop at the end of transmission line under limitation of maximum operation pressure of 6.86 MPa, however, it highly costs to build the pipelines and takes time-consuming job. Higher operation pressure compared to current operating pressure has been considered to resolve the problem of pressure drop without modification of the existing pipelines and facilities. As a result of the integrity evaluation, the existing pipelines can be operated up to 7.85 MPa in terms of wall thickness and have higher Charpy impact energy than required value in the ASME B31.8. However, Increment of operation pressure gives rise to increase potential impact area if the pipelines burst due to third party damages.
This paper suggests a method to expand linkages in a Linked Open Data(LOD) cloud that is a practical consequence of a semantic web. LOD cloud, contrary to the first expectation, has not been used actively because of the lack of linkages. Current method for establishing links by applying to explicit links and attaching the links to LODs have restrictions on reflecting target LODs' changes in a timely manner and maintaining them periodically. Instead of attaching them, this paper suggests that each LOD should prepare a link policy and publish it together with the LOD. The link policy specifies target LODs, predicate pairs, and similarity degrees to decide on the establishment of links. We have implemented a system that performs in-depth searching through LODs using their link policies. We have published APIs of the system to Github. Results of the experiment on the in-depth searching system with similarity degrees of 1.0 ~ 0.8 and depth level of 4 provides searching results that include 91% ~ 98% of the trustworthy links and about 170% of triples expanded.

Due to the development of the digital technology, the territories of broadcasting and telecommunications are being converged and there have been the efforts to eliminate the spatial and/or temporal restrictions in utilizing the services (usually implemented as applications) via various devices (e.g. smart-phone, smart TV, pad-computer, etc). In the circumstances, Web is coming to the fore as a common running platform of the services and the digital broadcasting receivers are pressed to run Web applications as well as Java applications, which are the standard of data service of the digital broadcasting. The paper introduces a platform for running HTML5-based Web applications, which is equipped with a Web kernel (an engine for running HTML5 Web applications), a Web desktop (the facilities (with an UI similar to Window OS) for managing Web applications), and SDK (a set of API's for Web application developers).

Android Things is an Android-based platform running in Google's IoT environment. Android smartphones require permissions from application users to use certain features, but in the case of Android Things, there is no display to send request notifications to users. Therefore Does not make a request to use the permissions and automatically accepts the permissions from the system. If the privilege is used indiscriminately, malicious behavior such as system failure or leakage of personal information can be performed by a function which is not related to the function originally. Therefore, By monitoring the privileges that a device uses in an Android-based IoT system, users can proactively respond to security threats that can arise through unauthorized use of the IoT system. This paper proposes a system that manages the rights currently being used by IoT devices in the Android Things based IoT environment, so that Android-based IoT devices can cope with irrelevant use of rights.
The role of influentials to maximize word-of-mouth effect can be seen to be very important. In this paper, we have the perspective of corporate marketing to understand Twitter influentials. We start from the point of view of who can induce eventually most exposure of tweets when he tweets the company's specific marketing messages. From this perspective, we observe both the follower influentials who have many followers and the retweet influentials who induce many retweets by visualizing graphs from network data collected via Twitter Search API. Although some users have small followers they may bring much more exposure than follower influentials if they can induce retweets by follower influentials. On the contrary, some retweet influentials who don't induce retweets by follower influentials may bring very little exposure. This suggests the fact that some small users who can induce retweets by influentials might have more important role than influentials themselves in order to increase the exposure of tweets. These users also are seen to have high centrality measures in the network structure.
At present, Authoring tools, which are used to develop the WIPI applications are less convenient to be coded. Usually, the programming tools only focus on the grammar while scarcity of visualization. Developer forced directly codes all times during the development by this cause. As a procedure for rapid WIPI Application Development, in this paper, WIPI API High Level Component is first visualized, in order words, graphic control is developed. Second this control is used in designing the mobile layout. Then UI Markup Language and source code can be generated automatically. With this view, we propose the JIML(Jlet Interface Markup Language) with UI Markup Language based XML of WIPI Jlet Platform and also present the transformable rule for generation to the WIPI code about WIPI Jlet UI from offered JIML. Also we implement the WIPI Jlet Generation System to make the generation to JIML, WIPI code. The Implemented System provides efficiency when developing WIPI Business Application, and helps to enable rapid development.
