1995년부터 시작된 국가GIS 구축사업은 초기에는 공간정보기반을 확충하기 위하여 주로 중앙부처와 공공기관을 중심으로 추진되어 왔으나, 앞으로는 행정업무와 대민서비스를 수행하는 기초자치단체를 중심으로 추진될 것으로 전망된다. 그 이유는 지자체의 행정 업무시스템을 통해서 생산 관리 갱신된 지리정보 데이터가 중앙부처로 연계되어 활용될 것이기 때문이다. 이 연구에서는 향후 중요도가 높아질 것으로 예상되는 지자체 GIS정책 수립을 위해 지자체의 GIS 활용 및 운용실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과 지자체별로 GIS활용의 정도와 수준 차이가 매우 크게 나타났으며, 환경도 아직은 열악한 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 재정자립도가 낮은 지자체의 GIS구축 및 활용수준을 높일 수 있는 대책과 함께 지자체간 정보격차를 줄여갈 방안이 시급한 실정이다.

The 'Integrated Inquiry' unit is a new addition in the 5th~6th grade science textbooks, and was developed for the 2009 revised national curriculum. The unit deals with six integrated inquiry process skills: problem cognition, formulating hypotheses, controlling variables, transforming and interpreting data, drawing results, and generalization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions and the teaching practices of elementary school teachers on this unit in their school curriculum and where improvements can be made. Data was collected from questionnaires filled out by 92 elementary school teachers. The results are as follows: First, teachers do have a positive perception on the importance of teaching integrated process skills. Second, with that being true, this unit ended up receiving both positive and negative reviews by teachers. This research found that there were good and bad responses on the educational aspects of this unit in three particular areas: dealing with the development of integrated inquiry process skills, facilitating science learning in other units, and implementing open inquiry. Third, teachers have difficulties particularly in problem cognition, formulating hypotheses, controlling variables, transforming and interpreting data, generalization, and drawing results. There is a lack of student understanding as well as a lack of professionalism for teachers on this unit, and many issues related to the composition of the textbook. This study may have important implications for making improvements in this unit and teaching integrated process skills.

The purpose of this study is to present implications using local government data, focusing on the occurrence of empty houses, one of the serious social problems emerging due to population extinction and aging. The subjects of the study were Mokpo-si, which has the highest percentage of empty houses in the country, and the spatial distribution status was identified by schematizing the status of empty houses by grade on a map through data from the local government's survey on empty houses. As a result of the survey on vacant houses, it was confirmed that 90% of empty houses in Mokpo City were included in the project district of the urban regeneration strategy plan underway in Mokpo City. Currently, the empty house maintenance project is difficult to proceed smoothly due to difficulties in purchasing empty houses and lack of budget for local governments, so in order for the project to proceed quickly, it is necessary to come up with a plan to promote the project in connection with the urban regeneration strategy plan in Mokpo.

형광등용 안정기의 실태를 파악하기 위하여, 제조시설 및 관리실태를 조사하고, 제품의 품질 특성을 조사하였다. 본 논문에서는 실태 평가를 위한 평가방법을 제시하고 이를 사용하였으며, 특히 형광등에서 가장 중요한 광출력 특성을 평가하기 위한 고아출력 평가인자를 제안하였다. 논문 자료를 위하여 8개사를 직접 방문하였으며, 제품 평가를 위하여는 입력 220[V] 형광램프 40[W] 1등용을 대상으로 하였다.

본 연구는 장수벨트에 거주하는 노인 중 90세 이상과 89세 이하의 노인간에 생활습관과 식생활에 차이가 있는 지를 알아봄으로써 장수에 영향을 미치는 식생활 인자를 찾고자 실시하였다. 장수벨트에 거주하는 60세 이상 89세 이하의 일반노인 164명(남 61명, 여 103명)과 90세 이상의 장수노인 91명(남 26, 여 65)을 대상으로 건강습관, 식습관, 맛의 기호도, 주당 식품군 섭취횟수 등의 식생활 실태와 1끼 식사의 칭량을 포함한 24시간 회상법을 통하여 산출한 영양소 섭취실태 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. (중략)

본 연구는 수도권 농촌지역인 여주 지역의 토지이용 변화, 생활공간 변화, 생활실태의 변화 등을 살펴 급격하게 변화하고 있는 생활공간의 사례를 살펴 지역성을 규명코자 농촌성격이 강한 지목(예; 전, 답, 임야)과 도시적 성격이 강한 지목(대지, 공장용지, 도로용지 등)의 필지변화와 면적변화를 중심으로 토지이용의 변화를 살폈고, 지형도를 통해 과거의 마을에 비해 변해버린 생활ㆍ공간을 추적하였다. 설문지 조사를 통해 주민생활의 실태를 살폈다. (중략)

본 연구는 대학생의 음주와 식생활 관련 지식 및 행동에 관한 실태를 조사 하고자 경산지역 남자 대학생 177명과 여자대학생 189명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 실시하였다. 설문지 내용은 일반적인 사항과 건강, 음주량과 음주와 관련된 사항 그리고 식습관과 영양지식과 관련된 문항으로 나누어서 자가기입 방식으로 응하도록 하였다. 자료는 각 문항들에 대해서 빈도와 백분율로 표기 하였고 통계적 분석은 SAS Package Program을 이용하여 t-test와 x$^2$-test로 하였다. (중략)

On this paper, the actual conditions of home accidents by investigating rescue and emergency reports at fire stations in Gwangju Metropolitan city and annual report on the cause of death statistics in the National Statistical Office were analyzed, and actual conditions about home accidents in developed countries were studied. As a result, the following matters were confirmed: 1) Infants and older adults are the main victims of home accidents, especially the older adults. 2) The more older adults we have in our society, the more deaths caused by home accidents take place. 3) We must study the home accident of our society in the level of developed countries. And we must have the prevention policy about the home accidents.

본 연구에서는 중학교 과정에서 기본이 되는 개념이라 할 수 있는 음수 개념의 이해실태를 중학교 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 분석하고, 예비수학교사들이 음수 개념에 대해 어느 정도의 '교수학적 내용지식'을 갖고있는지 파악하여 분석하고자 하였다. 또 학생들이 겪는 음수개념 학습에서의 어려움을 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하여 음수 개념 지도에 도움을 주고자 한다.

우리나라 사무실조명의 실태조사결과, 평균조도는 대체로 추천조도의 1/2에도 미달되는 빈약한 조명상태이다. 활동능률측면이나, 국민보건측면에서도 적절한 전정시설의 증설로 조도 수준의 향상이 절실히 요망된다.
