  • 본 연구는 강지혜의 '고등학교 무용전공 지도자의 지도유형과 지도자 신뢰 및 만족의 관계 연구'를 바탕으로 한 무용지도유형과 지도자 신뢰도의 관계에 대한 논의이다. 기존의 연구는 2010년 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 무용전공생과 무용지도자의 관계를 논의를 통해 탐색하고 분석함으로써 실기 수업에 있어 무용수행 효율성을 높이고 무용지도자 역할을 강화하는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의의가 있다. 본 연구의 논의에 따르면 빠른 속도로 변화하고 있는 융복합 사회 속에서 교육을 받는 학생들에게 무용지도자의 신뢰를 높이며 교육이 획일적인 지도자 중심의 지도보다는 학생들의 의견을 수용하여야 하는 무용지도자야하며, 학생들에 대한 세심한 배려와 상호작용하는 것은 무용전공생에게 지도자에 대한 신뢰와 무용지도자의 지도효율성과 무용수행도 높아질 수 있음과 동시에 무용지도자의 역할이 강화될 것이다.

Weight of Role according to Job Position for Hospital Managers (병원경영자의 직위에 따른 관리자의 역할 인식도)

  • This study aims to be of help to cope with internal and external circumstances of hospital effectively by analyzing the weight of role for a hospital manager which has been changing. It surveyed 191 top managers and administrators working in a medical institute like hospital located in Busan, Ulsan and Kyungnam area from 20 November, 2007 to 29 February, 2008. The results of this study were as follows: The top manager thought that the role as a leader is the most important role as a manager in present, but the role as an enterpriser is also very important in future, however, they had troubles in the role of a representative which they have carried out in present. In order to overcome the current medical situation that competition is getting keen, it seemed that they expected the role as an enterpriser would be more important in future for competition and organization improvement. The administrator thought the role as a leader is the most important in present, in future and in current performance. It was considered that they recognized the importance of team work, order, goal of the organization, strategies, and information interchange regarding the characteristics of hospital that there are people of various kinds of occupations.

The Reality and Alternative of Gender Inequality to Female Golf Leader (여성골프지도자의 젠더 불평등 현실과 대안)

  • This study examines the inequality of female golf leaders in recruitment and promotion and investigates alternatives to overcome them. It consisted of in-depth interviews and observations of the participants of this researcher by 9 female golf instructors who were employed in the driving range and had more than 10 years of teaching experience. Area analysis and classification analysis were used, and expert consultation, triangulation verification, and reconfirmation with participants were performed. The results first, Female golf leaders were unable to compete equally in the network of male golf leaders who advanced first. Second, female golf leaders were faithful to the role theory of women who have been educated in Confucian culture in Korean society. Third, to overcome the gender inequality reality, education was selected and self-esteem was raised through education. Fourth, fair opportunities should be given through job postings and job standardization. Lastly, it was confirmed that the proportion of athletes soon leads to the proportion of leaders, and that the number of leaders becomes a condition for equality.

Study on User Benefits for Activating Lifestyle Sports (생활체육 활성화를 위한 이용자 편익에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the physical and psychological effects of lifelong physical activity and the role of leader capacity, to provide practical basic data on intangible benefits and to suggest ways to activate the value of lifelong physical education. This study was conducted from September 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018, with a total of 206 questionnaires centering on men and women participating in sports in Jeollanam do. The two-step approach proposed by Anderson & Gerbing (1988) was used to examine the structural relationships between physical benefits, social benefits, mental benefits, self efficacy benefits, leisure cultural benefits, physical effects, mental effects, Respectively. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows. First, physical and leisure cultural benefits have a positive(+) direct effect on leader capacity. Second, self-efficacy benefits, physical benefits, and leisure cultural benefits have positive direct effects on physical effects. Third, self-efficacy and leisure culture benefits have a direct positive effect on mental effects. Fourth, leadership competence plays a mediating role in the relationship between leisure cultural benefits and physical effects. In addition, it has a mediating role in the relationship between leisure cultural benefits and mental effects. In order to maximize the quantitative expansion and qualitative improvement of living sports and to enhance intangible value of participants in sports for all, the private capital investment such as the training of competent leaders, the development of various programs, and the investment support in the public sector, We hope that the role of the new welfare service delivery system shared with welfare will be provided.

The Effects of Emotional Labor on Job Stress and the Professional Identity of Sports Coaches for People with Disability (장애인스포츠지도자의 감정 노동이 직무스트레스 및 전문 직업 정체성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of emotional labor on job stress and the professional identity of sports coaches for people with disability. 190 surveys targeting sports coaches for people with disability working at sports associations for people with disability, rehabilitation sports centers, and welfare centers for people with disability in the metropolitan area were collected and used for analysis. Using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program, the collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that emotional dissonance, a sub-factor of emotional labor, affects role ambiguity and role overload in job stress. The expression diversity, a sub-factor of emotional labor, had an impact on publicity, use of professional organizations, and sense of responsibility, which were sub-factors of professional identity. It was confirmed that emotional dissonance affects the autonomy of professional identity and the sense of responsibility. It was also confirmed that role ambiguity, a sub-factor of job stress, had an effect on professional identity, and that role overload had an effect on publicity and autonomy. As a follow-up, a detailed in-depth study including perceptions and thoughts on the types of emotional labor of sports coaches for people with disability according to national regions and categories other than metropolitan areas is needed.

A Study on Leadership Roles Based on Information Technology (정보기술을 바탕으로 한 지도력의 역할에 관한 연구)

  • Information technology leadership roles have undergone fundamental change over the past decade. Despite increase interest in recent years, little empirical research on Information Technology has been done. This paper suggests results from a survey in Korea on Information Technology. The survey collected data on general leadership roles such as information roles, decisional role and interpersonal role, as well as on specific Information Technology leadership roles such as planning leader, R&D manager, general manager, chief operating strategist. The role of a change leader is positively influenced by the number of years, the extent of strategic responsibility and the organization's revenue while it is negatively influenced by the number of years in the current position. R&D manager can be predicted by strategic responsibility and chief executive's IT use, Manager can be predicted by the extent of strategic responsibility. Although several significant predictors of Information Technology leadership roles were identified, the more signigicant study should continue in the future.
