Open Architecture of Transportation Information Dissemination using OPEN API (OPEN API를 이용한 개방형 교통정보 제공기법)

  • Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) is aimed to implement IT(Information Technology) to develop the next-generation transportation system in order to improve traffic conditions. In order to provide traffic information, the methods that provide available traffic informations to the public are needed. In this paper, analysis of the transportation applications in smart-phone and currently available methods of traffic information's sharing and providing were discussed. Finally, OPEN API was discussed and shows its effectiveness for transportation information area especially in smart phone.

  • 지능형교통체계(ITS:Intellegent Transport System)의 구현을 위한 가장 중요한 요소중의 하나는 교통정보의 생성이다. 교통정보의 생성은 루프 검지기, 폐쇄회로(CCTV), probe 차량, 경찰, 통신원 등을 수집된 제보자료들을 분석 및 가공함으로써 이루어진다. 그러나 이들 수집원은 주어진 시간에 있어 모든 네트웍을 통해서 자료가 완전히 수집되어지는 것은 아니다. 즉, 특정 지역에 수집원이 몰려 있는 경우가 있는 반면, 전혀 수집되어지지 않는 지역이 발생할 수도 있다. 이러한 공간적인 불균형적 특성은 동시에 발생한 다량의 자료를 처리하는 기술과 자료가 수집되지 않은 지역에 대한 처리기술을 요하게 된다. 본 논문은 전술한 바와 같은 사항에 대하여 ITS의 진행 단계별로 드러날 수 있는 문제점을 검토하고, 자료통합에 대한 일반적인 개념을 우선 설명한다. 다음에 특정시각에 주어진 자료의 통합을 위해 퍼지선형회귀모형(fuzzy linear regression model)과 데이터 퓨전(data fusion)기법의 내용을 소개하고, 신뢰성있는 단일 교통정보생성을 위한 테이터 퓨전 알고리즘을 제시한다. 또한 제시된 알고리즘을 토대로 가상의 자료를 이용하여 적용가능 봉? 타진해 보았다. 제시되어진 알고리즘은 향후 교통정보 수집환경이 어느 정도 형성된다고 볼 때, 예측치와 실측자료간의 자료검증을 통하여 신뢰도를 가질 경우 보다 광범위하게 사용되어질 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • C-ITS is a system that uses bidirectional communication between two vehicles or infrastructures to control traffic more conveniently, and safely. If C-ITS security is not properly prepared, it can cause traffic congestions and fatal traffic accidents, and therefore can affect greatly on the driver's life. This paper proposes the prevention and response mechanisms based on the cyber attack scenarios that can be used to attack C-ITS.

  • 지능형교통체계(ITS)환경 하에서 요구되는 정보서비스의 기본적인 형태는 통행속도, 지체정도, 통행시간등으로 대별 되어질 수 있다. 그 중 통행시간의 기본적 요소로서 링크통행시간을 산출하기 위한 제반 기법을 소개하였고, 특히 GPS를 이용한 링크통행시간 산정기법을 본 고에서는 제시하였다. 현재 GPS를 장착한 차량이 고유의 목적 (예를 들면, 위치파악 및 배차등의 목적으로)을 위해서 점차 늘어나고 있는 추세인 만큼 (개인택시조합등) 이러한 자원을 부수적으로 이용할 수 없는지에 대한 활용방안의 여부가 논문을 작성하는 계기가 되었다. 이를 위해서 본 고에서는 구체적으로 GPS 원시테이터, 수치도로지도 (GIS포함) 및 무선데이터망을 이용하여 링크 통행시간을 산출하는 기법이 이를 위해서 본 고에서는 구체적으로 제시되었으며, 이들을 통한 교통정보의 수집 가능성을 제안하였다. 중간 결과로서 실제 가로주행조사를 통해서 얻어진 링크통행시간과 본 연구에서 게시된 GPS를 통해 얻어진 링크통행시간과 비교해 보면 오창의 범위가 10%내외로서 판명되어 그나마 동적교통정보 수집조건이 열악한 우리실정에 큰 자원이 될 수 있다는 확신을 얻을 수 ? 있었다. 한편, 본 연구에서 수행되지 못하였으나 추가연구로서 반드시 수행되었으면 하는 몇가지의 항목이 결론부에 함께 제시되었다.

  • In Korea, an intelligent transportation system(ITS) is established to efficiently operate traffic congestion on roads and is being used for traffic information collection and speed control systems. Currently, designated and dedicated lanes are in place to ensure traffic circulation and traffic safety, and systematic and accurate illegal vehicle crackdown systems with artificial intelligence technology are needed. In this study, we propose a vehicle number recognition model that can improve the efficiency of the traffic of designated vehicles. By applying computer vision technology, we are going to identify three-lane and four-lane multi-lane roads in real time and detect vehicle numbers by car to suggest ways to crack down on vehicles that violate the designated lane system.

  • 오늘날 차량 교통 시스템은 지능형 교통 시스템(ITS, Information Transportation System) 으로 진화하고 있다. 특히 차량 간 통신 및 차량과 인프라 간 통신을 활용하여 차량 주행의 안전성을 높이고 교통 체계의 운영 및 관리를 과학화하고자 하는 연구가 활발히 진행 중이며, 특히 운전자의 안전을 확보하기 위한 보안 기술에 대한 연구 또한 활발히 진행되어야 한다. 본 고에서는 ITS 보안 기술에 대한 표준화가 활발히 진행 중인 ITU-T SG17 에서의 표준화 동향을 살펴 본다.

  • Convoy driving is one of the technologies of multi-vehicle cooperation driving along with platoon driving. All over the world, research on vehicle control mechanisms to maintain vehicle formation during convoy driving convoy driving has been actively conducted and in Europe's Autonet 2030 project has developed and demonstrated convoy driving services for highways. But, even the concept of convoy driving is still insufficient in Korea. Therefore, in this study, the concept of convoy driving service was established and scenarios and communication messages for service application on urban roads were developed. And its effectiveness was verified through simulation analysis. As a result of comparing and analyzing individual vehicle cooperative driving and convoy driving for the blind spot support service and dilemma zone safety support service, which are representative V2I cooperative driving services on urban roads, the number of conflicts(indicator of traffic safety) and delays and stops(indicator of traffic efficiency) are significantly improved in convoy driving compared to individual vehicle cooperative driving.

  • The Korean high speed railroad is scheduled to open in 2004. For railroad-based integrated transfer system, it is essential to develop the intermodal information system for easy transfer to other travel modes. The understanding of mode choices by KTX passengers is crucial for the intermodal transportation planning. Recent development of Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS) made it possible for railroad users to access the transportation information in a cabin or waiting areas at the station. Development of intermodal transportation information system will influence the relative demand for traveling by train from competing other transportation modes. The research is focused on a general overview of the ITS with an emphasis on intermodal transportation information system.

  • The aim of this study is to propose an integrated press system design for traffic information service by multi-connecting traffic information services which are now being serviced by each different requirements for the press service and by providing advanced traveler information service which organically user oriented design such as traffic broadcast, news, journal, semantic web and also related traffic ontology as well as road traffic information. For the objective, the status of domestic and foreign traffic information supply system was analyzed and then the requirements by media were reviewed. Then, by analyzing the system implementation method and the implementation system the method of implementing such the system was suggested. The design method suggested in this study enabled the information users to utilize a variety of traffic information through intervening between the necessary and sufficient conditions of information users and information suppliers. Throughout the result of this study, for the users who used the integrated transport, the efficient space movement and the economic using value was improved. Providing the traffic information through the press media will become useful information to road drivels, and it is effected that the traffic volume will be dispersed and the traffic jam will be relieved owing to the supply of traffic information to the press.
