An Intelligent information society means intelligent superconducting society that goes beyond information society where information is centered. Now that artificial intelligence is specifically discussed, it is time to start discussing the laws and systems for intelligent information society, where artificial intelligence plays a key role. At some point it may be too late to cope with singularity. Of course, it is not easy to predict how artificial intelligence will change our society. However, there are concerns on what kind of relationship should humans build with AI in the intelligent information society where algorithms rule the world or at least support decision making of humans. What is obvious is that humans dominating AI or ruling out AI will not be the answer. Discussions for legal framework to respond to the AI-based intelligent information society needs to be achieved to a level that replaces the current human-based legal framework with AI. This is because legal improvement caused by the paradigm shift to the intelligent information society may assume emergence of new players-AI, robots, and objects-and even their subjectivation.
The intelligent information society is expected to drastically change our lives. The purpose of this content is to derive tasks in the field of media education for the elderly for the realization of digital inclusion in an intelligent information society. To this end, the vision, goals, strategies, and tasks of the intelligent information society were examined through the 6th National Informatization Basic Plan(2018~2022) and the 2022 Education Informatization White Paper(2022). In addition, the current status of the digital gap among the elderly classified as vulnerable groups was identified through the results of the 2022 Digital Information Gap Survey. In order to ease the digital information gap between the elderly in the intelligent information society, it is believed that the development of intelligent media education services using intelligent information technology, provision of media education services for the elderly through learning online service channels, and support for digital intelligent media education for the elderly are necessary.
At present, our society is developing into the intelligent information society in the wave of the 4th industrial revolution, and this change will have the positive effect of innovating all industry fields. However, due to the duality of technology, there will be positive and negative effects. With intelligence, threats to cyber dysfunction such as hacking, terrorism, privacy infringement, and illegal content distribution will become more serious. Until now, the security system of the Internet has been a proactive security system, but in recent years, a proposal for a trust network, a preventive security system, has been introduced. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the possibility of resolving cyber dysfunction of intelligent information society about Bright Internet, one of trust network technologies. This study defines the cyber dysfunction of the intelligent information society and analyzes the perceptions of changes in the cyber dysfunction of the intelligent information society on the introduction of the five principles of the Bright Internet. The change of cyber dysfunction severity of the intelligent information society due to the introduction of the trust network is analyzed to reflect the technical and social demands. This work will guide the structure of the trust network and the direction of practical technological introduction and its influence.

This paper is designed to deal with the gaps and differences between the two Koreas, which have gradually increased since the Korean War. The purpose of this study, in particular, is to assess the digital and AI gap between the two parts of the peninsula in the emerging 4th industrial revolution era that is rapidly innovating the industrial structures, and to present a cooperation plan for the realization of a peace economy and economic prosperity of the Korean Peninsula in the future. In this study, policy alternatives for assessing and bridging the digital gap between South and North were drawn using the comprehensive policy (model) for closing the digital divide, which was one of Korea's past informatization policies. The derived alternatives are meaningful in that they can spark discussions for building the AI-driven society that realizes the integrated economy of the two Koreas complying with the future industrial structure.

The purpose of this study is to compare the impact of intellectual quotient and social intelligence on compliance with the administrative regulatory policies. This study found two things. The first one is the correlation between intellectual quotient and social intelligence is not so high. No matter how high is his or her intellectual quotient may be, it cannot be said that his or her social intelligence will be high in proportion to IQ. The second one is the influence of social intelligence on administrative regulatory policies is bigger than that of intellectual quotient. So to execute a policy efficiently, we cannot succeed without consideration to the factors of social intelligence. The result of analysis implies that policy authorities and the concerned citizens should try to get the social intelligence factors involved in all processes of administrative regulatory policies such as agenda setting, decision, implementation, evaluation and feedback.

In addition, 5 experts verified the content validity. As a result, 7 competency clusters and 22 sub-elements are finally derived. The findings of this study are expected to be useful as the basis for the national intelligence information human resource development.
This study was aimed to identify the effects of social intelligence and burnout on the turnover intention in nurses as a descriptive study. The data were collected between August 3 and September 1, 2015. A total of 188 nurses working at university medical centers and general hospitals located at J city and D city were participated. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVAs, Pearson's correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis. In turnover intention, there were significant differences in education, age, job preference of nurse, work period and position. Burnout showed significant effect in social intelligence and turnover intention. Social intlligence did not have control effect between turnover intention and job burnout. This findings suggested that to prevent the nurse's turnover intention, the education for social information, social skill and social awareness has to be programmed for the development of social intelligence.
