In this study, $Gd_2O_2S:Tb^{3+}$ was used as the component of the intensifying screen, and this study aims at analysis of fluorescent feature depending on the increase of tube voltage using spectrometer. When the released fluorescence was measured according to the increase of tube voltage, blue, green and red was observed, among which, $^5D_4-^7F_5$ which is applicable to green, was strongest. In addition, when the fluorescent of 50 kVp and 120 kVp were compared, 50 kVp was proved to release only 9.56% fluorescence of 120 kVp. In case when tube voltage which is higher than 100 kVp is used for the X-ray using $Gd_2O_2S:Tb^{3+}$ intensifying screen, the amount and strength of the fluorescence reaching the film increase drastically, so attention is demanded to get images of proper concentration.

Promoted in places like Korea, the central government and the local governments that can provide information on which to base investment policy to attract foreign direct mutation-specific gravity model (Shift-Share Model) In this study, the decrease of foreign direct investment performance using factors looked up in the industry. The sample period of 2009, 2010, 2011 nationwide (metropolitan and non-metropolitan separated) of foreign direct investment performance for Industry Standard Industrial Classification (Division) was conducted. Factors to look at the results of the National Growth Effect(NS), the industrial structure effect (IM), local allocation effect(RS) to decrease foreign direct investment in 2010 and 2011 non-metropolitan, metropolitan national growth effect(RS) is negative(-) has a value. Because it appears to be the aftermath of the global recession, the impact on the domestic economy Metropolitan area and the Industrial Mix Effect(IM) to the development of education, culture, business, and transportation, etc. in the development of service industries than in non-metropolitan valid environment. In the sector of services (food accommodation, business services, entertainment), We did it, was able to find the function. However, the Regional Share Effect(RS) be competitive in the manufacturing sector in metropolitan areas in the metal and chemical sectors have been identified. These results seems to enhance the competitiveness of the region, such as the metropolitan area's excellent workforce. Shift-Share analysis technique based on competitive factors of the region, to find the failure has limitations.

Korea has enacted the Performance Evaluation law on the R&D Programs since 2006. This study categorizes program size, program history, sustainability, self-evaluation result as antecedents, and analyze the relationship between the antecedents and Meta-evaluation result, the change rate of appropriations. The result shows that program size, program history, self-evaluation result have significant effect to the Meta-evaluation result. And Meta-evaluation result has significant effect to the change rate of appropriations. This study has implication that the performance evaluation system shows significant effect to the appropriations.

The Ratio of APT jeonse to purchase price was still rising. The interaction of APT Purchase and Jeonse price indices by region analysis in order to analyze this phenomenon, and results were summarized as follows. First, because the regional APT purchase and jeonse prices appears the rise and fall differently by region, regional polarization was deepening. Second, the recently real estate market was analyzed the province's booming real estate and the downturn of the metropolitan area. So, the ratio of APT jeonse to purchase price was continued to rise. Finally, the Ratio of APT jeonse to purchase price changing rate is (+) increased if the APT purchase price changing rate is larger then the APT purchase price changing rate and smaller then is (-) decreased.

최근의 기상변화에 의한 이상 홍수와 유역의 도시화로 인한 불투수면적의 증가로 홍수시 유출량을 증가시켜 기존 하도의 적정소통량을 초과하는 홍수를 발생시키고 있다. 토지의 고도이용으로 하도의 하폭이 제한된 도시유역 초과 홍수에 대비할 수 있는 구조적 홍수관리방안은 제방 증고, 하천준설 등의 하천개수나 저류지 설치, 방수로 설치 등이 대표적이다. 주요 재해저감시설인 저류지는 개발사업에 의해 발생하는 증가된 유출량을 조절하는 개념으로서 도시홍수 재해경감의 목적으로 활용하기에는 설계기준 및 기술상의 이견이 최근 많이 제시되고 있다. 개발사업으로 인한 하류부의 영향에 대해 해당 사업지구에 국한하여 개발전의 유출량이하로 유지함을 목표로 하고 있으나 전체 유역차원의 검토는 이루어지지 않고 있어 저감효과가 의문시 되고 있다. 또한, 하류부 인근의 개발사업시행으로 저류지를 설치할 경우 사업대상지구의 홍수도달시간 변화가 발생하며, 전체 유역 첨두유량 발생시간과의 중첩현상으로 오히려 저류지 설치로 인해 본류 하천의 피해를 초래할 여지가 있다. 저류지 설치 위치에 따라 경제적, 치수적 효과가 달라진다는 점은 많은 연구의 결과로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 실제사업지구의 기존 재해영향 평가에서 저류지 설치에 의한 하류부 홍수량 증감에 대한 분석을 수행하고 저류지 면적 대비 전체유역면적 비율에 대하여 저류지 설치로 인한 홍수량 증감분석을 수행하였다. 홍수량 증감율은 저류지 설치에 따른 저감후 대비 저류지 설치전 본류하천 유역면적비가 31.17 이상인 경우, 저류지 설치에 따른 홍수량 저감후 대비 개발전 본류 하천 유역면적비가 27.05 이상인 경우에 홍수량이 증가하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 사업지구내 일률적인 저류지 설치계획보다는 추후 체계적인 저류지 계획을 위한 가이드라인 제시를 통해 합리적인 계획을 수립하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

This paper examined the relationship among corporate cash flow, its accruals, and its factors with its continuity of profit and corporate value by regression analysis of KOSDAQ based midsize manufacturing enterprises for 11 years from 2004 to 2014 year. Through this empirical analyze, corporate operators can have a chance to find opportunities to improve the efficiency of business operations, and to the potential investors, it can give the perspective through providing the basic information for the rational investment decisions. Through this analysis, its cash flow, accruals and its factors showed continually a significant relationship with its corporate operating profits and its market values. Thought out the relation analysis, its cash flow, its accurals and the factors of the accruals, account receivables, inventories affected the positive(+) impact on its business profits. But, its account payables affected negative(-) impact on its business profit. The other hand, the cash flow from operating activities and accruals related to capitalization of assets and liabilities fluctuations affected a positive(+) effect on the company market value.

Ubiquitous Computing is an agriculture revolution, the Industrial Revolution, the fourth revolution to equal an information revolution are Ubiquitous Computing. Historic agriculture was revolutionary, but the Industrial Revolution was a revolution of the physics space that was a base of a mankind civilization, and the information revolution that Cyber Space saw a prime while world wide web service was expanded was a revolution of cyber space. Be charmed with this, and, as for the Ubiquitous Computing revolution, it is achieved a physics space and an intelligent union of cyber space in the space where an off-line space was integrated with compunction on-line. It is combined with a life space naturally, and Ubiquitous creates a new integrated space. The space is the opportunity space that is limitless as soon as it is the unknown world that mankind was not able to experience yet. This paper checks the present situation of currently proceeding Ubiquitous computing technology(RFID, CCTV) in augmented reality environment. Also, The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the concepts analysis of privacy, personal information, and electronic surveillance in augmented reality environment. Thus this paper treated the analysis of case, technological issue, problem and solution and so on.

최근 3D 입체 영화 및 3D 방송 기술의 개발과 더불어, 사용자의 몰입감을 극대화하기 위하여, 3D 입체영상과 사용자의 인터랙션 효과를 융합하는 3D 증감 방송 기술에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 3D 증강방송을 위해, 3DTV 환경에서의 사용자 인터랙션 서비스에 대한 시나리오에 대해서 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 제한된 시나리오를 위한 객체 인지 및 제어 기술에 대해서 소개한다. 본 논문에서 깊이 정보와 연계된 3D방송 환경을 가정하고, 이를 TV 환경에 적용했을 경우의 인터랙션 시나리오에 제시하였으며, 다 수의 깊이 카메라를 이용하여 시나리오에 필요한 객체 인지 방법에 대해서 제시한다. 키넥트 카메라를 이용한 구현을 통해 객체 인지 및 시점 전환 구현 결과를 보여준다.

일(一). naphthyl acetic acid를 합성(合成)하였다. 무색(無色)의 침상결정(針狀結晶)이며 M.P $131^{\circ}C$이다. 이(二). 주당(株當)의 정조량(正租量)과 분벽수(分蘗數)의 증감(增減)은 비례(比例)되지 아니하였다. 삼(三). 저농도처리(低濃度處理)에서는 정조량(正租量)의 증가(增加)를 보이고 NO. 2 집구(集區)에서 20.471%이고 고농농도처리(高濃濃度處理)에서는 무처리구(無處理區)에 비하여 주당(株當)의 정조량(正租量)은 도리어 감소(減少)하고 이집구(二集區)의 1mg/l구(區)에서 10.926%의 감소(減少)가 있었다. 사(四). 분산분석(分散分析)의 F 검정결과(檢定結果) 반복간(反覆間)에는 유의성(有意性)이 없으며 농도(濃度)의 변화(變化)는 주당정조량(株當正租量)의 증감(增減)에 유의성(有意性)이 있었다. 오(五). 삼집구(三集區)의 평균치(平均値)에 대(對)하여는 0.0005mg/l구(區)에서 11.917%의 최대증가(最大增加)를 보이고 이때의 증가회귀직선계수(增加回歸直線係數) Byx=18.275이고 반면(反面) 고농도(高濃度)인 1mg/l구(區)에서 5.572%의 감소(減少)가 있고 감소회귀직선계수(減少回歸直線係數) Byx=-12.6803이었다.
