2006년 축산물가공처리법이 개정되면서 축산농가(가축사육단계) 위해요소중점관리 기준이 도입된 이후 HACCP인증에 대한 농가의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 산란계농장 213개소, 육계농장 168개소로 총 381개소 양계농장이 HACCP(20101.11.8일 기준)을 인증 받았고, 앞으로도 친환경사육에 대한 농가 참여율이 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 30년 전부터 양계 경영에 남다른 애착을 갖고 시작해 친환경사육 방식으로 지난 3월 HACCP를 인증 받은 농장이 있다. 경기도 용인시 처인구 소재에 위치한 소현농장으로 부친의 가업을 이어받아 건강한 계란 생산을 위해 노력하고 있다.

The development of a UIS driven by muncipal governments has been expanding through the wide application of GIS since NGIS project initiated. City of Inchon has developed a sewage management system as the first-year product of the long-term UIS project. GIS auditing process has been adopted to secure the credibility and stability, and to minimize the critical failure factors for building the sewage management system. So far, the auditing method generally used for developing information system in general purposes has been applied to the GIS field due to the absence of proper method for GIS auditing only. This study proposes major differentials in terms of the auditing between GIS and general information system based on the results from auditing Inchon´s sewage management system. The major results from this study would contribute to the establishment of the methodology and accompanying documents for the proper GIS auditing.

As the importance and proportion of electronic records increases in the public sector, the necessity for variable types of records management has strengthened. Elements of records management metadata standards, which were provided in 2007 by the National Archives of Korea, focused mainly on text-centered records management standards. Therefore an extension of elements which can represent diverse types of electronic records is needed. In this study, metadata elements focusing on image records are suggested. For this, the characteristics of image records are investigated and the Australian government recordkeeping metadata standard and the PREMIS data dictionary, which have been recently modified, are analyzed. Through this, four elements, format, significant properties, environment, and coverage are suggested to fortify the current records management standard.

본 논문은 USN을 이용하여 최근 식중독의 원인을 체계적으로 제거하기 위해 식품 위해 요소 중점관리인 HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) 안전관리시스템을 개발하였다. HACCP 안전관리시스템은 센서 네트워크, 패킷포워더, 관리서버로 구성된다. 각 주방기기에 부착한 센서 노드는 자율 네트워크를 구성하여 측정한 센싱 데이터를 관리서버로 송신하고, 관리서버는 수신한 데이터를 분석하여 사용자에게 HACCP 관련 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 센서 노드용 펌웨어를 개발하고, 응용 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 기존 HACCP 시스템에서 문제시되었던 통신망 구축 문제, 유지보수 문제를 본 논문에서 해결하였다. HACCP 안전관리시스템은 자율적인 모니터링과 CCP 기록을 자동적으로 작성하여 식품위해요소 관리에서 신뢰성 향상과 장애 발생 시 신속한 조치가 가능하게 할 수 있는 시스템이다. 유비쿼터스의 핵심 기술인 센서 네트워크 기술을 이용하여 기존 HACCP 시스템의 문제점은 개선할 수 있었다.

김치의 보존성을 높여 가식기간을 연장시키고져 하는 연구는 김치의 숙성원리 측면에서 접근하는 것이 바람직하며, 이러한 접근에 있어서도 저온관리는 가장 기본적인 요소이다. 현재까지 이루어진 연구들은 주로 김치의 미생물 생육을 제어함으로서 보존성을 증진코져하는 시도가 많았다. 김치의 숙성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요소들은 매우 다양하고 복잡함에도 일부 측면에 한정하여 보존성을 다룸으로서 지금까지 얻어진 효과가 미흡하지 않았나 판단된다. 김치 보존성을 증진시키기 위하여 중점을 두어야 할 몇가지 항목들은 (1)재료의 청정화 (2)소금절임에 대한 과학화 (3)효소저해제 개발 (4)호모형 젖산균의 선택적 저해 (5)완충제 및 중화제의 개발 (6)신맛의 완화 및 억제 물질 개발 (7)철저한 저온관리 등이다. 따라서 김치의 보존성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 다양한 측면에서 그리고 이들을 종합적으로 활용함으로서 보존성문제에 대한 해결이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

There is a growing need to apply TBM tunnelling method for the construction of underground facilities such as subways and utility tunnels in urban areas. Due to the variability and uncertainty of the ground, tunnelling in urban areas has various safety hazards which could cause damage to people and properties and it is very costly to recover from accidents. Therefore, it is very important to identify hazards from the planning and design phase and to establish risk mitigation measures. In this study, a total of 31 hazards affecting the stability of TBM tunnelling works in urban areas were listed from both the technical literature and correspondence with experts in tunnelling area. The importance and priorities of the hazards were analyzed by conducting Delphi technique, which is a decision-making method by consensus among experts. Finally, 12 hazards that satisfy the content validity criteria were settled and could be used as major control factors for accident prevention during TBM tunnelling works.

In the current information environment, metadata interoperability has become the predominant way of organizing and managing resources. However, current approaches to metadata interoperability focus on the superficial mapping between labels of metadata elements without considering semantics of each element. This research applied facet analysis to address these difficulties in achieving metadata interoperability. By categorizing metadata elements according to these semantic and functional similarities, this research identified different types of facets: basic, conceptual, and relational. Through these different facets, a faceted framework was constructed to mediate semantic, syntactical, and structural differences across heterogeneous metadata standards.

대형선박은 각종 고가 장비를 활용하여 장비 및 기타 선박운항에 필요한 요소들이 관리되고 있지만, 소형선박의 경우는 고가 장비 구입비용 등의 문제로 인해 장비, 인원, 입출항 등이 제대로 관리되지 못하고 있다. 이로 인해 장비고장에 따른 문제, 인원 관리 미흡에 따른 문제, 입출항 지연 신고 등과 같은 다양한 문제들이 발생하고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 기존 고가 장비를 대체하면서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 IP-RFID 기술을 이용한 소형선박관리 시스템을 제시하고, 이 시스템을 이용한 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제안한다. IP-RFID를 이용한 소형선박 관리 비즈니스 모델에서는 참여 주체들이 새로운 시스템을 통해 어떤 가치를 획득할 수 있는지를 중점적으로 분석하여, 새로운 비즈니스로서의 가능성을 제시하였다.

This paper covers the development process of multimedia evaluation system, especially focused on customer satisfactory factors while customers navigating net-based Interactive multimedia system. Customers usually experience new level of interaction cased by newly developed web-based technology In ordinary multimedia system. However, if it gives customers satisfactory experience is a matter of question. To find out the relationship between customer satisfaction and interactivity factors exposed by multimedia system, a model has been developed which describes the structure of web-based multimedia system and its relation to customer satisfactory factors. Five different experiments, including 'semantic differential', 'focus group interview', and 'expert review', has been conducted and four customer satisfactory factors were identified. Those are 'customery value', 'structural perfectness', 'visual perfectness', and 'contemporaneity'. With these factors and newly delveoped evaluation system, 7 different web-site has been evaluated and analyzed at the end of this report.
