우리 출판계는 세계 10위권의 출판량을 기록하는 양적인 성장과 함께 점차 다양한 분야로 전문화되는 추세를 보이고 있다. 이에 따라 출판관련단체들의 수도 늘고 있으며 활동 역시 더욱 활발해지고 있는 상태다. 이 단체들은 첫째 출판에 관한 이론의 체계화를 위한 연구사업을 펼치는 연구단체, 둘째 유통이나 편집.출판정책 등 출판계 안팎의 문제점들을 지적하고 그 개선책을 토론하는 단체, 그리고 해당분야 전문 출판사들의 정보교환과 출판의 활성화를 주된 목적으로 구성된 것들로 그 성격이 크게 대별된다. 현재 활발한 사업전개로 출판 흐름을 돕고 있는 이들 17개 단체들의 성격과 그간의 성과 그리고 올해의 중점사업을 알아본다. 이미 출판계를 대표하는 단체로 널리 인식된 대한출판문화협회.한국출판협동조합.한국출판금고 등의 공익단체와 간행물윤리위원회.한국출판연구소 등은 제외한다.

Procurement and lifting scheduling of modules and resources in modular construction, where modules that are manufactured from factory are delivered and assembled on site, is a crucial factor that determines the efficiency of the whole construction. However, previous studies have barely acknowledged the significance of resource procurement process and lifting of modules in modular construction. Therefore, this research aims to derive factors that are in need of improvement for successful implementation of procurement and lifting efficiency, and visualize them according to their importance and performance on improvement through IPA(Important Performance Analysis).

This study is aimed to point out the direction for more reasonable and effective application of future digital technology in the exhibition. It's also to improve the satisfaction of visitors' overall experience through inspecting the special exhibition using digital technology in the national central museum in 2019. The relationship of visitors' expectations, experience and satisfaction are analyzed through literature investigation. Hence, four dimensions of digital experience were summarized on this basis, the content of the questionnaire was set through this research. The satisfaction of visitors to the digital technology experience was evaluated and the key contents needing to be improved were found through Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). According to the IPA analysis, the content located in quadrant IV is analyzed emphatically, and improvement suggestions are put forward from macro-level, micro-level and viewer's inner levels. The results can be used as a reference for improving the feasibility of the current problem. In order to ensure the forward-looking and timeliness of this field, continuous research will be conducted according to the changes and developments.

The Act on the Establishment of Laboratory Safety Environment was enacted in 2015 to prevent safety accidents occurring in laboratories. However, it is time for fundamental and comprehensive safety management measures since various systems for laboratory safety are operated at the same time. The purpose of this study is to propose effective improvement methods in terms of the safety management inspection system. The laboratory's safety management statutes were investigated and compared, and problems arising from differences in inspection systems were derived. Further, specific inspection items were compared separately from the facility aspect and the management aspect. The improvement method was proposed. As a result, although it was the same lab, it was managed by different tests at different times. There were differences in inspection items that focused on the structure and performance of chemical facilities, or on the management criteria such as storage of reagents and management of toxic materials. The problems and suggestions considered in this study are expected to help develop the safety management system for preventing laboratory accidents.

건축법이 올 정기국회에서 개정될 예정이다. 이를 위해 건설교통부는 지난 7월 10일 입법예고 하고 법제처 및 관계부처 협의를 진행중인 것으로 알려졌다. 입법예고 내용중 상업지역 공동주택에 대한 일조기준 폐지 및 건축물의 일조기준을 남쪽기준으로 변경, 허가기준 고시, 피난 및 내화 등의 건축기준을 설계기준으로 고시, 사전승인대상(21층이상 10㎡이상)을 시도에서 직접 허가가능토록 하는 등 절차와 기준에 대한 대폭적인 변경이 예상되고 있다. 그러나 무엇보다도 일반인의 관심을 끌었던 것은 일간신문에서 중점보도한 "용도변경이 자유로워져 건축물을 마음대로 사용할 수 있다"와 "건축인허가시 건축사확인으로 허가 가능한 대상이 확대된다"는 것이었다. 따라서 용도변경제도와 허가제도의 개정 내용과 이를 시행시 발생하는 문제점과 함께 개선방안, 선결되어야 할 문제와 관련, 병행해서 개정되어야 할 과제 등을 살펴보고 바람직한 제도개선 방향에 대해서도 제안해 본다.

This research put the point on deducing problems of our first-aid system and proposing improvement program. Now first-aid system has lots of weakness, such as short of speciality, limitation to raise finance. To improve these first-aid infrastructure must be expanded and improved, and it also needs enough effort for improvement of quality and arrangement of emergency medical treatment speciality. We should introduce commission to first-aid system so raise fund and make use of speciality. And also we should organize private partnership with hospitals or insurance companies, so that we can construct united system of first-aid system.

본 논문은 시간 제약 조건하에서 수행 시간을 개선한 CPLD 기술 매핑 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 기술 매핑 알고리즘은 주어진 시간 제약 조건을 고려하여 가장 빠른 시간에 기술 매핑을 수행 할 수 있도록 속도의 개선에 중점을 두었다. 입력된 회로를 DAG로 표현한 후 입력부터 출력의 방향으로 노드들을 검색하여 매핑 가능 클러스터를 생성한다. 생성된 매핑 가능 클러스터들 중에서 시간 제약 조건에 적합한 매핑 가능 클러스터를 선택하여 기술 매핑을 수행함으로서 전체 수행 시간이 다른 알고리즘에 비해 빠르게 수행된는 결과를 나타내었다.

정부는 중소기업 정보화가 기업 업무효율성을 제고하고 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심동인임을 인지하고 있다. 이에 정부차원의 많은 지원정책이 있었지만, 소기의 성과를 달성하지 못했다. 이런 환경하에서 중소기업의 IT솔루션 도입성과를 측정 하기 위해 기존의 성과측정 방법론과 달리, IT 성과측정에 집중하지 않고 개선방향 제시에 중점을 둔 중소기업 정보화생산성 향상 컨설팅 방법론을 개발하였다. 본 방법론의 각 중소 기업의 시스템 구성평가, 운영 평가, 경영개선 기여도평가를 통해 IT솔루션이 중소기업 경영에 어떻게 기여하고, 어떤 측면을 개선하는 것이 좋은지를 판단할 수 있는 잣대가 되는 방법론이다.

본 연구는 재난안전법 제 69조의 재난원인조사의 자산화를 통한 재난관리 업무 연속성을 위한 방안으로 표준화 등 개선이 필요하다. 현재 「재난안전법」제69조와 동법 시행령 제75조의3 및 동법 시행규칙 제19조의5에는 재난원인조사에 대한 내용이 예비조사부터 본조사 등 구체적으로 명시하고 있다. 과학적 재난관리를 위해서는 과거의 재난관리에 대한 기록이 풍부하게 존재해야 이를 바탕으로 AI 등을 활용할 수 있다. 재난관리 기록을 통하여 과거를 거울삼아 미래를 예측하고 현재의 재난관리를 효과적이고 효율적으로 할 수 있다. 재난관리 사례를 자산화하기 위해서는 가장 먼저 현재의 법과 제도의 개선이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 법과 제도의 개선에 중점을 두어 진행 하고자 한다.

이번 연구에서는 재난관리 교육프로그램 개선을 위해 민방위재난안전교육연구원의 교육과정에 중점을 둔 전문가들을 대상으로 AHP분석을 실시하여 교육과정 개혁의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 재난현장지휘시스템에 대한 이해가 가장 중요한 분야로 인식되고 있으며, 재난관리 교육훈련 과정에서 대응현장에 적용되는 표준조치절차(SOP)에 대한 이해와 획득이 중요한 분야로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 재난관리 교육 프로그램 개선을 위한 현장지향적 재난대응역량 제고를 위한 교육 프로그램 부문 강화가 필요하다. 특히 재난현장에 참여하는 다양한 정부기관과 중앙정부 및 지방자치단체 관계자들의 현장 이해도 제고를 위한 교육이 이뤄져야 한다.
