Internet accidents have skyrocketed every year. It always has been threatened by the methods such as hacking and Spyware. The majority of security accident is formed of the loss of authentication information, and the internal user who is not authorized. The importance of security is also emphasized when someone tries to do something accessing to the main information system. Accordingly, Biometrics has been used in many ways. OTP, however, must have a few devices accessing to several systems, and Biometrics involve some risk of mis-recognition rate and mis-denial rate. It also has the risk possible to access to the main information system when losing OTP. This research reduced risks about the loss as separating RFID leader for mobile, Tag and the accessor's cellular phone, and is about pseudo random validation key generated from the administration system through contact with RFID leader for mobile and Tag. As sending the key to user's cell phone which is already registered, security is strengthened more than existing connection methods through the ID and password. RFID for mobile not generalized to the present has been studied as a tool accessing to the main information system.

Most important to financial is to provide well designed and built services to the customers by accessing their core bank systems and affiliated systems in their partners. This will be essential to introduce new products and services and still be able to count on legacy and collaborative affiliated systems. Winning the war on such service competitions among financial institutions is attainable by seizing the 'e-bank' opportunities in B2Bi and CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ). Such application integrations among systems and 'e-bank' services need to be available in the new IT environment.

Information Technology (IT) managers play an important role as a bridge between technology and business, and it is therefore important to determine what skills are required for this position. Although many previous studies have investigated the skills necessary for IT managers to perform their roles, most of these studies are based on the data collected from companies in the US. However, given the increased labor mobility in the IT industry, it is important to determine whether IT manager positions elsewhere require the same skills as the positions in the US. This study is a first step in this direction and attempts to determine whether there are any differences in skill requirements between Korean IT managers and American IT managers, and, if so, what they are.

The goal of this paper is to set up the order list of performance measurement factors according to the its weights. For this purpose the AHP method were implied. The research of this paper is carried out in two steps. At first step, the performance measurement factors are crystallized through review of the korean and foreign researches. In second step, the weights and order list of critical success factors of Hospital Information System were complete. The AHP method were performed in second step. The order list of all CSFs will be determined according to their weights and priorities. This order list shows which factors have the most useful influence on the performance of HIS. This result could play the role as milestone for the effective management of Hospital Information System in Korea.

관계 추출은 질의응답이나 대화 시스템의 기반이 되는 지식을 구추하기 위한 작업으로, 정보 추출의 기초가 되는 기술이기도 하다. 최근 실세계 지식의 희소한 형태를 구현한 문서간 관계 추출 데이터셋이 제안되어, 여러 문서를 통해 분산되어 언급된 두 개체 사이의 관계 추론을 수행 및 평가할 수 있게 되었다. 이 작업에서 추론의 대상이 되는 개체쌍은 한 문서 안에 동시에 언급되지 않기 때문에 여러 문서에 언급된 중간 개체를 통하여 직/간접적으로 추론해야 하나, 원시 텍스트에서 이러한 정보를 수집하는 작업은 쉽지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 개체의 동시발생빈도에 기반하여 중간 개체의 중요도를 정량화하고, 이 중요도에 기반화여 중요한 문맥을 식별하는 방법론을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법론은 기존의 두 문서로 구성된 추론 경로를 식별된 중간 개체를 활용하여 확장하여, 관계 추론 모델의 수정 없이 추가된 문맥만을 활용하여 문서간 관계 추출 시스템의 성능을 개선할 수 있었다.

In the knowledge-based society, IT literacy and application of a person become a measure of personal competitiveness. As IT industry is of great important nationally, many countries are trying to make an effort to promote IT industry. In this sense, identification and fostering of the gifted children in IT become an important national task since, in IT industry, usually only a few prodigies have led whole IT industry. Currently gifted education aims for convergent gifted education according to government policy. The purpose of this paper is to investigate correlation of information subject and convergent subject for the gifted children in IT. For this purpose, the gifted children in IT who attended a gifted science education center attached to a university at Seoul Metropolitan Area are selected. Their grades during their the period of attendance are collected and analysed. The statistical results show that there is a meaningful correlation between information subject and convergent subject for the gifted children in IT. It means that the higher scores information subject is, the higher scores convergent subject is. The results can be used to make or change gifted curriculum and education contents for gifted IT education.

Nowadays, demands with respect to applications based on geo-based information on mobile device such as smartphone and those based on open platform or open source have been increasing. This trend can be regarded as significant opportunities to widen application fields and to expand industry business cases using satellite imagery. However, it needs a different approach from conventional remote sensing researches. This work focuses on SAR among many kinds of geo-based data resources. First, an application for Interferometric SAR processing based on open source was implemented. And using this, InSAR data was processed and stored into database. When smartphone users at any places request InSAR results, they can receive InSAR information and concerned metadata on their device. An smartphone application for this task was designed and implemented in this study. This provides a practical way for SAR service for smartphone, and can apply to build mobile service system of complex and compound types of remote sensing resources and their derived contents.

The auditory information is used for urgent notification or warning in vehicle because it is not restricted by the direction compared to the visual. However, since the hearing impaired drivers cannot recognize sound signal, various methods of visualizing the auditory information have been attempted to replace it. When visualizing auditory information, only important information should be selected and provided to prevent cognitive overload concentrated on the vision. For this purpose, analysis of the type of auditory information in vehicle should be given in advance. In this study, the types of auditory information in vehicle were analyzed based on the user experience of hearing impaired drivers. Through the observation of the driving behavior of hearing impaired drivers, 33 auditory informations experienced in vehicle were collected. The collected auditory informations were classified into 12 groups through open card sorting by an expert group, and the types of auditory information in vehicle consisting of four levels were presented through a relative comparison of importance between groups. The presented type of auditory information in vehicle can be used as a guideline for selecting important information when the auditory information is converted into visual or tactile. This study is meaningful in that the user experience analysis was conducted by observing actual driving in daily life of hearing impaired drivers.
