최근 국내외적 이슈 가운데 하나인 녹색성장(GreenGrowth)은 지구온난화의 문제로 이산화탄소[CO2) 배출을 줄이기 위한 산업적 노력과 이와 관련된 기술 및 산업을 성장 동력의 기회로 만들자는 취지이다. 스마트그리드의 대상이 국가주요기반시설인 전력망이기 때문에 스마트그리드의 추진에 있어 주요 기반시설보호 등의 보안은 중요한 요소로 고려 될 필요가 있다. 특히 스마트그리드가 다분히 전력기반시설의 발전을 의미하는 것이 아니라 IT, 통신, 전력 등의 여러 기술이 융합된 디지털 사회의 핵심기반시설로써의 의미가 중요하게 고려되어 논의되고 있기 때문에 더욱 그러하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트 그리드의 개인정보보호의 필요성과 스마트 그리드에서 개인정보보호가 어떻게 이루어져야 할지를 생각해보고 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

초고속정보통신망 및 서비스의 발달로 정보통신에서의 정보보호는 점차 그 중요도가 증대되고있다. 본 고에서는 정보보호의 중요성과 국내 정보보호 표준화 추진 현황을 언급하고 정보보호 기술에 대한 표준화 추진 체계와 한국정보통신표준(KICS) 제정 및 향후 정보보호 표준화 추진 방향에 대하여 언급한다.

This paper studied the effects of risk cognition of personal information and self-expression information on conation of privacy protection. In the first study, 88 college students who volunteered for this research were surveyed about risk cognition of personal information and conation to protect it. In the second study, after an information-seeking expert collected and organized the self-expression information that 88 volunteers had expressed on SNS, and then showed the organized self-expression information to 88 volunteers, and then 88 volunteers were surveyed about risk cognition of self-expression information and conation to protect it. As results of the first data analysis, the risk cognition of personal information had the greatest influence on non-disclosure of personal information, followed by reduction of the disclosure scope and law institutionalization requirement. As results of the second data analysis, SNS users openly expressed their opinion or life-style, but when they realized that self-expression information can be accumulated and become sensitive information, they had conation to protect their self-expression information such as non-disclosure, reduction of disclosure scope, and law institutionalization requirement. The implication of this study is that we have overcome the limitations of existing researches that can not explain information protection behavior on SNS.

In current knowledge-based society, development and growth of IT industry is essential for a nation's competitiveness since economic power depends on IT industry in many countries. Thus, it is necessary to identify and foster gifted children in IT as early as possible. The purpose of this paper is to identify if EPL is proper language for testing programming ability of the gifted children in IT. Scratch language is selected as an EPL. For the experiment, gifted children from a gifted institution at some university are selected and their programming test scores are gathered and analyzed. Based on statistical analysis, the conclusion is that Scratch language is not proper for testing programming ability for the gifted children in IT. This result will be helpful for selection examinations, curriculum for gifted education in IT.

In current knowledge-based society, development and growth of IT-related industry is essential for a nation's competitiveness since it's economic power depends on IT industry in many countries. A success of IT industry depends on a few IT geniuses like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. Thus, it is necessary to identify and foster gifted children in IT as early as possible. The purpose of this paper is to identify the correlation of academic performance per subject for the gifted children in IT. The analysis is focused on three subjects, that is, Information, Science, and Mathematics, respectively. For this purpose, the gifted children are selected and analyzed in a gifted science education center attached in a university at Seoul Metropolitan Area. The analysis results show that there is meaningful correlation among three subjects. That is, if high scores in a subject means high scores in other subjects. For instance, a gifted child with high scores in Information got high scores in Science and Mathematics. The result will be useful to improve selection examinations and curriculum for gifted education in IT, for inclusive education and convergent education.

This study aims to improve the information service so that construction engineers and construction project participants without specialized knowledge can easily understand the important words and the interrelationships between them in construction practice. To this end, using text mining and network centrality, the frequency of occurrence of words, topic modeling, and network centrality in construction practice information such as technical information, case information, and cost reduction, which are most used in the Construction Technology Digital Library, were analyzed. Through this analysis, design, construction, project management, specifications, standards, and maintenance related to road construction such as roads, pavements, bridges, and tunnels were identified as important in construction practice. In addition, correlations were analyzed for words with high importance by measuring Degree Centrality and Eigenvector Centrality. The result was that more useful information could be provided if the technical information was expanded. Finally, we presented the limitations of the study results and additional studies according to the limitations.

정보보호에 있어 다양한 정보수집과 공유는 가장 기본적이고 필수적인 요소다. 정보공유와 협력은 사이버 공간의 안전을 책임지는 KISA에게 가장 중요한 부분이며, 실제로 KISA에서는 광범위한 정보 수집을 위해 많은 기업.기관들과 끊임없이 정보를 교류하고 있다. 대응지원팀은 KISA가 침해사고 예방과 신속한 대응을 위한 정보교류, 즉 정보 네트워크의 중심에 서 있을 수 있도록 활약하는 팀이다.

본 논문에서는 어휘의 동시 발생 (co-occurrence) 빈도와 분포를 이용한 회의록 요약방법을 제안한다. 회의록은 일반 문서와 달리 문서에 여러 세부적인 주제들이 나타나며, 잘못된 형식의 문장, 불필요한 잡담들을 포함하고 있기 때문에 이러한 특징들이 문서요약 과정에서 고려되어야 한다. 기존의 일반적인 문서요약 방법은 하나의 주제를 기반으로 문서 전체에서 가장 중요한 문장으로 요약하기 때문에 다중 주제 회의록 요약에는 적합하지 않다. 제안한 방법은 먼저 어휘의 동시 발생 (co-occurrence) 빈도를 이용하여 회의록 분할 (segmentation) 과정을 수행한다. 다음으로 주제의 구분에 따라 분할된 각 영역 (block)의 중요 단어 집합 생성, 중요 문장 추출 과정을 통해 회의록의 중요 문장들을 선별한다. 마지막으로 추출된 중요 문장들의 위치, 종속 관계를 고려하여 최종적으로 회의록을 요약한다. AMI meeting corpus를 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안한 방법이 baseline 요약 방법들보다 요약 비율에 따른 평가 및 요약문의 세부 주제별 평가에서 우수한 요약 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine users' perceived importance for service attributes and performance in research libraries, and further to suggest the improvement strategies for research libraries. The survey was conducted for the library users of 14 government-funded research institutes. The questionnaire for this research was developed from the standard LibQUAL+. Statistical analyses were conducted to identify the relationship between service quality and users' satisfaction, and the gap between perceived importance and performance by user groups. According to the result of statistical analyses, the priority of service improvement strategies of research libraries were suggested.

텔레매틱스 단말은 서버로부터 다양한 통신 수단을 통해 가동되어 전달되는 각종 서비스 정보 및 응용 소프트웨어를 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 실행 환경을 제공해야 한다. 그러나, 이러한 실행 환경 중에 가장 기본적이며 중요한 요소는 단말에서 실행되는 어플리케이션을 그 중요도에 따라 관리하기 위한 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 게이트웨이 프레임워크인 OSGi 기반의 환경에서 동작하는 텔레매틱스용 어플리케이션 관리기를 제안하여, 텔레매틱스 단말에 설치되는 각종 어플리케이션을 중요도에 따라 설정하고, 차량의 각 상태에 따른 어플리케이션 실행 관리 기법을 제안하여 보다 안전한 텔레매틱스용 어플리케이션 실행 환경을 제공하고자 한다.
