This study is the result of a fuzzy-AHP-based evaluation of the support policy for the export of Chinese software, for which nine Class 1 evaluation indexes were established. Following a survey of 10 Chinese software experts, fuzzy AHP was used to assess and evaluate the absolute and relative importance of each index. The evaluation revealed that the support policy had relatively positive effects. More specifically, the analysis showed that several indices - technology development, HR development, marketing reinforcement, fund support, platform establishment, and product support - carried relatively significant importance. Quality management and tax deductions, on the other hand, showed no importance, while the importance of international certification was relatively small. In light of these discoveries, there is a need to train experts, increase software quality, and reconsider software brands.

지역별 산업 및 육성을 위해서는 지역 기술혁신 활동을 보다 실제적으로 모니터링하고 이를 바탕으로 분석하는 것이 중요하다. 특허 통계를 이용하여 지역별, 국가별 혁신 능력을 비교하는 연구는 많이 있어왔지만, 기존의 방법은 주로 출원인(기업)의 본사를 기준으로 행해져 왔으며, 실제 혁신활동이 행해지고 있는 지역을 기준으로 하지는 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 혁신활동을 대표한다고 할 수 있는 발명자의 지역분포 현황과 발명자간의 네트워크를 분석함으로써 특정 기술분야의 인력교류가 지역적으로 어떤 관계를 보이는지를 알아보았고, 이러한 지역혁신이 지역별 경제적 성과와 어떠한 연관성을 갖는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 2005년 출원된 한국등록특허를 기준으로 내국인이 출원한 특허 전체를 대상으로 한 지역간 네트워크 분석을 통해 분석한 기술혁신활동의 지역간 연계구조와 이후의 경제적 성과를 분석하였다.

벤처캐피탈은 유망한 기술력과 우수인력을 갖춘 창업초기단계부터 성장단계의 유망 중소벤처기업에 필요한 자본을 투자하고 경영 및 기술 등을 지원하여 성장 이후 다양한 수단을 통해 투자금을 회수하여 이익을 실현하는 벤처생태계의 핵심주체로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 벤처캐피탈의 업무는 다양한 출자자(LP)를 모집하여 벤처투자조합(펀드)를 결성을 통해 성장성이 있는 중소벤처기업에 투자하고 기업의 성장함에 따라 투자금을 회수하여 출자자들에게 배분과 재투자를 하는 것이다. 벤처투자에 있어 가장 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 벤처캐피탈리스트의 업무는 기업발굴, 기업분석 및 평가, 투자심사, 사후관리, 투자회수 등이며 임원급 이상의 경우 펀드레이징(펀드결성)이 중요한 업무이며 투자와 회수 및 펀드결성 등의 업무성과로 연봉, 성과급, 승진 등 보상이 이루어지고 있다. 최근 급격히 성장하는 벤처투자시장에 비해 투자인력은 부족하며 이에 투자성과 제고를 위해 인력양성과 장기근속을 위한 인프라와 시스템을 갖추기 위해 벤처캐피탈은 많은 노력을 하고 있으나 다른 산업에 비해 벤처캐피탈 산업의 연구자체가 부족할 뿐만 아니라 주로 투자수익률 등 계량적인 관점에서 연구가 이루어졌다. 이에 본 연구는 벤처캐피탈리스트가 소속된 벤처캐피탈의 조직특성 중 권한위임, 직무적합성, 조직신뢰 등이 성과급 등 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연구하고 벤처캐피탈의 유형에 따른 조절효과를 중심으로 실증적인 분석하고자 한다.

The business environment that affects the management performance can be characterized by each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) since construction companies win overseas contracts due to the fairly good construction situations while experience a decline in the local housing market. Environmental changes can alter the strategic importance of the SBU when measuring the management performance. However, large construction companies apply BSC (Balanced Score Card) for collective calculation to determine the management performance, making it difficult to reflect the strategic importance of SBU. This method may create a distorted image of management performance that fails to take environmental changes into consideration, and as such it needs to be improved. Yet, there are no studies on the weight of each SBU considering environmental changes. Thus, the current study intends to analyze the weight of SBU for company-wide measurement of the performance of large construction companies. In addition, a model for analysis of SBU importance is proposed to respond to the constantly changing environmental situations and to modify the weight. For analysis of SBU weight, a questionnaire was conducted with 23 experts and hands-on workers, and the questionnaire result was quantitatively analyzed by applying the FD-AHP method. It is expected that the result will enable a model to be proposed to calculate the weight per division in a manner that reflects environmental changes and minimizes strategic distortion when measuring the management performance of large construction companies.

Studies on technological innovation of SMEs have made remarkable growth both qualitatively and quantitatively, but each study has a limitation to generalize due to lack of data, diversity of methodologies and variables. Therefore, a systematic and comprehensive statistical approach to obtain generalized conclusions through numerous empirical studies can help both the strategic decision making of SMEs and the government's innovation policies. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the technological innovation process of SMEs through meta-analysis. For this, the antecedents of technological innovation, the relationship between technological innovation and management performance of SMEs were analyzed. The results of using 62,512 samples from 111 domestic empirical studies were as follows; First, to improve the technological innovation of SMEs, internal cooperation, innovation culture, dynamic capabilities, and absorptive capacity were important antecedents. Second, in terms of IP performance, which was introduced as a proxy for technological innovation, human resource management, technological opportunities, commercialization capabilities, financial resources, and R&D expenditure. Third, technological innovation has a medium-sized effect on financial performance, however the effect of IP performance has a small effect size. Lastly, in the relationship between technological innovation and financial performance, the method of measurement and publication type showed statistically significant moderating effects.

This research developed a strategy for mobile banking services based on the important factors deduced from quality assessment of mobile banking service that is experiencing rapid growth of user. SERVQUAL model and importance-performance tool were used. First, SERVQUAL model uses the important factors of mobile banking service selected from literature reviews. As a result, four dimensions that affect user satisfaction are found; assurance, customer orientation, tangibility, and reliability. Second, importance-performance analysis is to develop the strategy using the four factors. The final results revealed that assurance dimension had the strongest influence on user satisfaction. Assurance dimension of high expectation and yet low real performance needs immediate improvement. Customer orientation dimension of low expectation and performance should be reconsidered definition of satisfaction. On the other hand, tangibility dimension of higher performance than expectation is simply to maintain current level. Reliability dimension of high expectation and performance is recommended consistent management.

When planning and promoting apartment house development project, it is very important to carry on profitability in planning stage through realistic evaluation and analysis about distributability. Especially, the analysis about project feasibility through forecasting the early distribute rate is crucial stage because it could evaluate overall expecting benefit and feasibility of the project. However, researches and studies related with forecasting profitability and distributabilty of construction development project are insufficient. Also there is a big gap of the standard for evaluating early distribute rate between government and individual corporations. So it is necessary to study about the evaluating early distribute rate. In this point, this study aims to present effective evaluating standard(criteria) which is for forecasting profitability and distribute rate through analyzing various factors and weight of apartment house development projects. This study compared and analyzed examples of the real initial rate of private apartment sale based on the government estimated standard. Among estimated index, omitted items and factors to be additionally considered are combined as 33 detail appraisal contents of 4 parts 9 items by allotting them based on the data about priority of all considered factors.

산업재 생산업체에서 모든 주문의 납기를 확약해 주면서도 중요 고객사의 긴급주문에 대응하기 위해서는 생산능력의 일부를 예비로 보존하는“예비생산능력” 방식을 운영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 24시간 연속생산형 단일설비 장치산업에서 예비생산능력을 운영할 때 납기를 확약해주는 알고리즘과 사용가능한 대안들에 대하여 그 성과들을 시뮬레이션으로 비교분석하는 모델과 기초적인 분석결과를 제시한다.

기업 간 추격에 관한 연구는 중요한 연구 관심사항이 되어오고 있는데, 기존의 연구들은 주로 동일한 기술궤적 상에서의 기술변화에 있어 후발기업에 의한 선도기업을 추격하는데 논의의 초점이 맞춰져 있었다. 하지만 급진적 혁신에 따른 기술패러다임 변화가 발생할 경우 기존기업들은 새로운 패러다임 하에서 후발주자로서 선도기업을 추격해야 하는 상황에 직면하게 되는데, 모바일 통신 시장에서의 애플에 의한 스마트폰의 등장과 기존 피처폰 기업들의 추격이 대표적인 예이다. 본 연구에서는 특허정보 분석방법론에 기반하여 패러다임 변화에 따른 기업간 추격에 대해 기술 학습 측면에 초점을 맞춰 추격의 성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 패러다임 변화에 대응하여 기존기업의 기술학습의 속도와 누적규모가 추격의 성과에 중요한 요인이 된다는 것을 밝힘으로써 기업의 기술전략에 대한 중요한 시사점을 제공해준다.

최근들어 환경변화가 가속화되고 기업의 환경적응성이 중요해짐에 따라 R&D 활동의 평가과정이 학습의 핵심적인 단계로서 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 또한 R&D 활동에서 결과 중심적 접근, 사업부와의 연계 등이 강조되면서 구체적 R&D 성과평가가 연구관리(R&D management)의 중요한 이슈가 되고있다. 그러나 그동안 R&D 성과평가는 R&D 활동 자체가 불확실성을 가지는 특성으로 인하여 체계적 접근이 이루어지지 못하여 왔으며 최근에 들어 R&D 성과평가 부문이 연구관리 및 기술경영분야의 도전적 연구과제가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 R&D 성과평가를 어떻게 접근할 것인지에 대한 접근방법과 성과 지표의 내용, 성과지표의 선택 및 개발절차, 향후 연구과제를 중심으로 제시한다. 본 연구의 세부내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간기업 연구개발활동의 성과평가에 적용가능한 평가의 분석틀(framework) 및 관점(perspective)을 제시하였다. 기존 평가모형에 대한 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 종합적, 체계적인 평가분석틀을 도출하고, 측정가능한 성과지표군을 제시하였다. 또한 성과지표들을 다양한 기준에 따라 분류하고 각 분류에 따라 적용가능한 성과지표군을 제시하였다. 둘째, 각 기업별 특성을 고려하고 경영전략과의 연계를 명확히 할 수 있는 구체적인 성과지표를 개발하기 위하여 4단계의 R&D 성과 평가지표 개발절차를 도출하였다. 셋째, 향후연구를 위한 성과평가 연구분야의 주요 연구과제들을 5가지로 정리하여 제시하였다.
