Because of increased global competition, rapid technology development, and shorten product life cycle, manufacturing firms needed to quickly adapt to the changes of customer and competitive environment. During last 20 years, lean production and agile manufacturing have been used to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing firms. This study is purposed to examine the antecedents of agility and to statistically analyze not only the effect of antecedents on agility but also the effect of agility on business performance. This study used the structural equation model and found that intra-organizational cooperation, inter-organizational cooperation, and mutual trust had the significant effects on agility. And it was found that agility had a significant effect on operation performance and strategic performance. Agility has been one of important competitive advantages enhancing the supply chain process and firm's competitiveness. This study contributes to widen the practices of agility capability.

This research suggests an ideal role between franchisee and franchisee for survival and development of the Korean franchise business by identifying causal relationships between entrepreneurship of franchisees and their business performance. Besides, when considering multi-dimensional features of a franchise system, this study aims to show that the market orientation of the franchisee and the relationship commitment between franchisee and franchisee will play an important mediating role to achieve a better business performance. Thus specific causal relationships among sub-dimensional constructs of entrepreneurship and market orientations were investigated. They are innovativeness, risk-taking propensity, pro-activeness, information creation, intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination, response design, response implementation. The results demonstrate that pro-activeness of franchisee plays a crucial role for franchisee's business performance. It was noted that franchisor's market orientation and innovativeness is also important for high market orientation of franchisor. The higher the market orientation of franchisor was, the higher relationship commitment of franchisee was formed. By identifying the mediation effect of relationship commitment and market orientation of franchisor, this paper showed that relationship commitment positively affect the improvement of franchisee's business performance. Above all, it should be noted that this research empirically identified the relationship between franchisee's entrepreneurship and business performance that most of the previous researchers have ignored. Furthermore, the analysis was conducted at sub-dimensional construct level. It is expected that empirical results from this study will be able to provide a meaningful framework and theoretical basis for future research on franchise, entrepreneurship and market orientation.

여러 개의 작업이 동시에 작동 할 때 서로 다른 작업에서 특정한 로봇이나 장치를 사용하기 위하여 상대방의 작업이 끝나기를 기다리는 상태를 교착상태라 하며 생산공정에서는 효율성과 경제성 제고에 가장 중요한 문제 중 하나다. 지금까지 이러한 교착상태 확인은 도달성(reachability)기법이나 서브넷(Subnet)으로 분리하여 분석하는 기법 등이 가장 많이 사용 되었으나, 분석에 필요한 시간과 노력, 복잡성과 효율성에 있어서 효과적이지 못한 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 페트리넷(Petri Net)에서 모든 플레이스(Place) 간의 관계를 나타내는 추이(Transitive)행렬을 이용하여 교착상태가 나타날 가능성이 있는 자원공유 플레이스(Place)를 분석하여 교착상태를 검증하는 정책을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 교착상태를 확인할 수 있는 자원공유 플레이스의 관계를 정의하고, FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) 모델을 이용하여 제안한 알고리즘의 성과를 검증한다.

유니콘기업을 목표로 하고 있는 국내 스타트업들이 아직까지 국내 투자유치와 코스닥시장 IPO를 목표로 삼고 있고, 해외 판로개척, 해외투자 유치 및 M&A를 통한 글로벌 진출이 활성화 되어 있지 않기 때문에 현재까지의 제2벤처붐은 절반의 성공이라 볼 수 있다. 현 정부에서도 스타트업의 글로벌 진출을 중요한 정책 아젠다로 보고 있는 바, 중소벤처기업들의 글로벌 진출 및 사업화 성공 요인을 분석하기 위한 연구가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 중소벤처기업의 글로벌 경영성과에 미치는 요인들을 살펴보기 위해 국제경영이론 중, 글로벌진출 성공요인과 관련된 자원기반관점과 동적역량관점의 선행연구를 검토해보고, 기업의 혁신역량과 개방형 혁신활동이 기업의 글로벌 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 아직까지 스타트업 또는 벤처기업들을 대상으로 글로벌 진출 성공요인을 도출한 연구가 부족하다는 측면에서 본 연구는 기존 연구들과 차별성이 있음을 밝힌다.

This study The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of relationship factors and technical factors on the logistics performance of logistics companies. As a result of the analysis, information sharing, mutual trust, and mutual benefit of the inter-organizational relationship factors as factors affecting the logistics performance were analyzed as the factors that positively influence the logistics performance. In the technology factor, IT infrastructure and technology reliability are analyzed as factors that positively influence logistics performance, but system operation capacity is analyzed as a factor that does not positively affect logistics performance. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be confirmed that logistics companies can maximize the logistics performance by mutual sharing of information, mutual benefit and trust, and it is also confirmed that technical reliability is also an important factor.

The risk in the constructions projects is extremely diverse because there are too many indefinite factors. Therefore, Performance Measurement Baseline(PMB) is needed regularly during the construction process. However, nowdays, the PMB in the constructions projects is for contractors' PMB and Performance Management(PM). Clients have a lot of difficulties to control and manage the projects. Therefore, this paper classifies schedule and cost data of the public apartments houses which is a actual cases into types and then conducts regression analysis and deduces a regression. In addition to this paper establishes the Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) and suggests the PMB for the clients through using that.

최근 텍스트와 같은 비정형 데이터의 생성 속도가 급격하게 증가함에 따라, 이를 분석하기 위한 기술들의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 텍스트 마이닝은 자연어 처리기술을 사용하여 비정형 텍스트를 정형화하고, 문서에서 가치있는 정보를 획득할 수 있는 기법 중 하나이다. 텍스트 마이닝 기법은 일반적으로 각각의 분서별로 특정 용어의 사용 빈도를 나타내는 문서-용어 빈도행렬을 사용하여 용어의 중요도를 나타내고, 다양한 연구 분야에서 이를 활용하고 있다. 하지만, 문서-용어 빈도 행렬에서 나타내는 용어들의 빈도들은 문서들의 차별성과 그에 따른 용어들의 중요도를 나타내기 어렵기때문에, 용어 가중치를 적용하여 문서가 가지고 있는 특징을 분류하는 방법이 필수적이다. 다양한 용어 가중치를 적용하는 방법들이 개발되어 적용되고 있지만, 환경 분야에서는 용어 가중치 기법 적용에 따른 효율성 평가 연구가 미비한 상황이다. 또한, 환경 이슈 분석의 경우 단순히 문서들에 특징을 파악하고 주어진 문서들을 분류하기보다, 시간적 분포도에 따른 각 문서의 특징을 반영하는 것도 상대적으로 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 텍스트 마이닝을 이용하여 2015-2020년의 서울지역 환경뉴스 데이터를 사용하여 환경 이슈 분석에 적합한 용어 가중치 기법들을 비교분석하였다. 용어 가중치 기법으로는 TF-IDF (Term frequency-inverse document frquency), BM25, TF-IGM (TF-inverse gravity moment), TF-IDF-ICSDF (TF-IDF-inverse classs space density frequency)를 적용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 환경문서 및 개체 분류에 대한 최적화된 용어 가중치 기법을 제시하고, 서울지역의 환경 이슈와 관련된 핵심어 추출정보를 제공하고자 한다.

Along with the recent economic downturn, domestic construction companies have also faced with many difficulties and obstacles. To overcome this situations, now they are trying to continuous efforts to improve efficiency and productivity of project performance through many means including the reduction of fixed cost expenditures. Level of work performance of construction field managers is very important factor of productivity improvement for successive performance of construction project. This study attempts to analyse level and influence factors for work performance of field managers in construction companies through analysis of work burden and level of work performance. Also this study attempts to present basic data of the improvement directions for enhancing construction efficiency and productivity in future.

공공기술 사업화와 벤처창업 생태계 활성화를 위해 정부의 막대한 투자로 지난 2006년 부터 1,600호 이상의 연구소기업이 등록, '21년 기준 1.1조원 규모의 매출이 발생 등의 양적 성과에도 연구소기업 1개당 평균 매출액 등의 질적 성과가 지속적으로 하락하는 문제를 인식하였으며, 연구소기업 설립형태 중 가장 시장지향적인 합작투자 형태의 기업 성과가 가장 좋았다는 연구 데이터를 시작으로 질적 성과 하락의 원인을 경영자의 기술지향성과 시장지향성을 주목하게 되었다. 본 연구는 그동안 선행연구를 통해 입증되었던 기업의 기술지향성과 시장지향성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 연구소기업도 실제 적용되는지 실증적 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구목표를 달성하기 위해 총 1,289개의 현행 연구소기업을 연구대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과를 예측해보면 첫째, 기술지향성의 기술우수성, 기술집약도, 기술혁신성 모두 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 시장지향성의 고객지향성, 경쟁지향성, 집입장벽 모두 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구결과를 통해 기술지향성과 시장지향성 모두 연구소기업 경영성과에 직접적 영향을 미치며, 연구소기업 성장에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인임을 확인하였다. 그리고 연구소기업 기술지향성과 시장지향성 강화에 대한 연구의 필요성을 규명하고, 연구소기업 설립요건 변경, 지원사업 다각화 등 정책적 변화의 필요성을 제시하였다. 향후 연구에서는 연구소기업 기술지향성과 시장지향성을 높일 수 있는 정책 연구가 필요하고, 연구소기업 질적 성과 제고를 위한 다양한 관점에서의 연구가 지속될 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

Existing researches on movie genre have been focusing on the relationship between a specific genre and performance of a movie. However, most of films cross into multiple genres and new approach is needed for analyzing a genre network. In this study social network analysis was used to analyze the genre centrality and its relationship with movie performance by developing a genre network, i.e. network among multiple genres constructed via genre co-occurrence pattern in a specific movie. Three index of genre centrality, eigenvector centrality, degree centrality, and bonacich power centrality, were tested for the valued genre network. Results showed that the relationship between genre centrality and movie performance appeared to be inverted U-shaped. This empirical finding is in line with the theory of ambidexterity which emphasizes the balance of exploration and exploitation. In addition, this study can provide practical implications for movie producers, distributors, and theaters that need to develop genre strategies.
