The Study on the Influence of Selection factors of Franchise System and Franchisee's Satisfaction in the Food Service Franchise Industry. Franchisors can use franchisee selection criteria as a key input control to enhance the outcomes of their future franchisees. A business technique based on long term contractual arrangements between two legally independent businesses and relying on certain inputs from both parties for success and survival has significant potential for conflict. Furthermore,with many independent small businesses falling to reach their full potential, it is important to evaluate franchising as an alternative system of business management and to identify the characteristics of franchisor and franchisees which contribute to the satisfactory operation of a franchised small business. Thus, the objective of this study was to investigate a possible relationship between franchisee satisfaction and certain characteristics of the franchisor and of the franchisees themselves. In accordance with results of a hypothesis verification, a Selection factors of Franchise affects positively a Franchisee's Business Satisfaction.

This study analyzed the effect of small maufacturing businesses' company culture on organizational performance. The study results showed that personal culture(one's organizational commitment) positively affected job satisfaction and improving creativity. Organizational culture(harmony of organization) and environmental culture(importance of environmental factors) didn't significantly affected organizational perfirmance. Also, organizational commitment was varied by employee's position, harmony of organization was varied by age, education and continuous service year, job satisfaction and creativity was varied by education. This study provided implications for analyzing the importance of personal organizational environmental factors and dicovering individual diffrences of the employees.

The study was conducted in order to systematize specialization of flower decoration. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The research of image adjectives were analyzed into a total of 4 factors, which are texture, color, period, decoration. With regard to texture, the flower with the highest texture of 2.00 was white Zantedeschia aethiopica and that with the lowest texture of -1.90 was Leucospermum cordifolium. In regard of color, the flower with the highest color of 1.70 was Rosa 'Judy' and that with the lowest color of -2.40 was Gypsophila. With regard to period, the flower with the highest period of 2.00 was Gomphrena globosa and that of the lowest of -3.00 was Leucospermum cordifolium. In decoration, the flower with the highest decoration of 2.50 was Agapanthus 'Intermedia' and that with the lowest decoration of -2.00 was Heliconia bihai 'Lobster'. As for correlation among the factors, color and period were in a correlation with each other. It shows that color and period are the most important factors in flower decoration. In result of conjoint analysis, importance was high in order of color, texture, decoration and period. This suggests that consumers overemphasize color and texture in flower decoration and may fail to notice the importance of period.

본 연구의 목적은 힘판(Force plate)의 지면반발력(Ground reaction force)의 비교에 따라 발압력 측정계(F-메트와 F-스킨)의 상호 기계간의 신뢰성과 타당성을 연구하는 데에 목적을 두고 있으며 정상인과 리스프랑크(Lisfranc) 골절을 가지고 있는 환자를 대상으로 분석 연구하게 되었다. 힘판의 지면 반발력을 기준치로 설정하고 정상인과 환자의 각각 오른발과 왼발의 스텝에 대해 F 메트(F-mat) 와 F 스캔(F-scan) 시스템의 그래픽 비교 모식과 시간에따른 보령분석의 차이에 따라 이 논문에 대한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 F 스킨 시스템의 데이터 분석기인 새로운 버전 3.622와 마이크로 소프트웨어인 엑셀 97을 통해 새 시스템의 힘의 평균치와 그래픽을 통해 비교 분석하게 되었으며 다음과 같은 세가지 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫 번째로 F스캔의 지면 반발력은 힘판과 비교되어질 때 통계학적으로 중요한 차이점을 얻을 수 없을 것이다. 두 번째, F 메트를 위한 지면 반발력 역시 힘판과 비교되어질 때 통계학적으로 중요한 차이점율 얻음 수 없을 것이다. 세 번째로 정상군과 실험군의 지면 반발력에 대해 중요한 차이점이 있을 것이라는 것이 밝혀졌다. 특히 정상군의 대상자는 실험군의 대상자와 비교되어질 때 각 발에 대해 증가된 지면 반발력을 나타내었다. 이상 본 연구에 대해 다음의 결론을 내릴 수가 있었고 기존의 F 스캔 시스템이 임상적으로 많이 쓰여졌지만 F 스캔의 센서에 대해 많은 이견 차이를 보였었다. 한편. F메트 시스템에서 F메트 센서의 일관성에 대해서는 어느 연구 논문도 나오지 않았고 이에 대해 F스캔(F-scan)과 힘판(Force plate)를 상호 비교하여 F메트 시스템에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성을 연구하는데 목적을 두게되었다.

2001년 1월 빌 클린턴 미국 전 대통령의 국가나노기술전략 (National Nanotechnology Initiative) 발표 이후 현재 전세계 50여개 국가에서 국가핵심전략 연구개발사업의 하나로 나노기술을 선정하고 집중투자하고 있다. 이러한 정책 및 예산지원으로 인해 정부연구개발투자의 효율화를 위한 연구성과의 체계적인 평가가 중요하게 되었으며, 나노기술 연구개발 활동의 연구결과는 과학기술 생산성이나 연구결과물 즉 논문 등의 출판을 통한 확산이나 인용분석 등에 기초한 양적 평가지표를 이용해 측정하는 서지적 방법에 의해 평가되고 있다. 나노기술 연구활동 및 실적에 대한 객관적 평가는 과학기술 정책 입안과 의사결정 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하며 나노기술 분야의 연구활동을 평가하기 위한 중요한 지표가 될 수 있는 것이 연구논문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미국의 민간학술정보전문기관인 ISI(Institute for Scientific Information)에서 구축하였으며 주요과학기술문헌 인용색인정보를 수록한 SCIE 데이터베이스를 활용하여 우리나라의 나노기술관련 논문신장율, 세계점유율 및 국가별 비교분석을 수행함으로써 국내 나노기술 연구개발 수준 및 성과분석을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

The main purpose of this study is to identify the tasks performed at the construction stage of apartment houses and analyze the major construction tasks that may affect the performance indicators and analyze the impact on project performance. Based on expert opinions through preliminary research, pilot data, construction database, and other research trends, domestic and foreign research trends are divided into five major tasks, and each is divided into process management (P'1 ~ P'6), construction management (C'1 ~ C'5), environmental management (E'1 ~ E'4), quality control (Q'1 ~ Q'5), safety management (S'1 ~ S'5). Subsequently, each major task was subdivided into 24 detailed tasks. An independent t-test was conducted to analyze the impact on cost. We compared the importance of achieving the project goal and identified the construction work of concrete important construction which affects not only the cost but also the schedule performance index for the degree of significance of less than 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the correlation between network and firm's performance by analyzing the perception and characteristics of network of business founder and investor from the perspective of the network. We selected a TIPS support program which is evaluated to be a best practice as a research target for empirical analysis. The empirical results using social network and statistical analysis, shows that the stronger the investor's network connectivity, the more likely it is that the investor's start - up succeeds in attracting subsequent investment. In addition, both the entrepreneurial team and the management think that the internal human network between the enterprise and the investor plays an important role in inducing investment or exploring the company, and recognizes that the value of the human network will have a significant influence on the enterprise value evaluation or investment decision.

In the past, ERP had been applied to large company mainly, but recently, in order to exist from global business environment, most of smaller businesses are using or planing to introduce ERP. However, introduction of ERP requires considerable expense and effort, before ERP come into being, it is needed to measure the expense of introducing and the outcome expected. Previous analytical frameworks (according to introduction of ERP) have been focused on measuring improvement of performance by introducing ERP. This study carries out a survey on priority analysis of information system with small businesses which produce displayer parts. To derive the user's priorities which have been disregarded beside the improvement of performance on information system, this study rearranges the analysis indices by using BSC model and it analyzes the priorities of importance according to the stakeholder(manager group, middle manager group, worker group) by using ANP method.

우리나라 첫 연안VTS인 진도 연안VTS의 운영 성과를 분석하고, 운영 사례를 조사하여 연안VTS기능에 관하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연안VTS는 관제구역이 넓어 해상교통 특색이 장소마다 상이하며, 집중 관제를 필요로 하는 곳이 많았고, 통항선박 중어선과 같은 비관제 대상 선박이 다수를 차지하여 이들의 관제가 중요한 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 선박 운항자의 집중도가 항내보다는 떨어지므로 인적과실에 의한 사고 개연성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 연안VTS는 항만VTS와 같이 정보제공, 항행지원, 교통관리의 역할을 주로 하고 있지만, 수색구조 지원, 해상 보안, 해상치안 업무, 해양오염 대응, 비관제 대상 선박 업무 및 수상레저 안전관리 등의 기능을 강화되는 것으로 나타났다.

With the rapid changes in the industry paradigm including the 4th industrial revolution, the survival and sustainable growth of SMEs and venture capital companies are facing a more difficult environment. The organizational capabilities help these companies to overcome the difficulties, such as absorption capacity, innovation capacity, adaptation capacity. It require many interconnected functions and capabilities to increase company performance. This study is based on the research about market adaptation capacity (agility, flexibility)'s mediating effect between organizational capacity(absorption capacity, innovation capacity, adaptation capacity) and corporate performance(financial, non-financial performance). According to the results of empirical analysis, First, Absorption capacity have a significant effect on agility. Second, Innovation capacity have a significant effect on flexibility. Third, Innovation capability have a significant effect on corporate performance. Fourth, Flexibility have a significant effect on corporate performance. Fifth, The mediating effect of flexibility between organizational capability and corporate performance was verified. Finally this paper also propose some suggestions on how to increase corporate performance for SMEs.
