충돌주파수가 고주파 수평행평판플라즈마의 전기장균일도에 미치는 영향 연구

  • 고주파수평행평판플라즈마소스에서 전기장분포를 맥스웰방정식을 적용하여 해석하였다. 크게 두가지 요인이 전기장분포를 결정하였는데, 변위전류가 우세한 경우는 중심에 전기장이 큰 모양의 분포가 되었고, 전도전류가 주된 경우는 바깥쪽에 전기장이 센 모양을 가졌다. 본 계산에 의하면 전기장분포를 결정하는 또 다른 하나의 요인은 충돌주파수였는데, 충돌주파수에 의해서 전기장분포가 변화되는 것을 확인하였고, 전기장분포를 변화시킬 수 있는 충돌주파수조 건도 본 논문에서 제시할 예정이다.

  • 간섭계의 광원으로 현재 레이저를 주로 사용하고 있다. 이러한 간섭계용 레이저의 조건은 선폭(linewidth) 이 좁아야 하고, 중심 주파수가 안정화 되어야 한다. 특히 거리용 간섭계의 경우, 주파수 안정화되어 있는 레이저가 사용되어 측정 불확도를 낮춘다. 그러나 점차 다축을 측정하기 위한, 또는 보다 넓은 영역을 측정하기 위해서는 보다 높은 출력의 레이저를 요하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 간섭계용 레이저는 헬륨네온 레이저로서 단일 모드 기준으로 2 mW 이하의 출력을 보이고 있어서 응용 면에 있어서 제약을 받는다. (중략)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 MSA의 구조를 변형하여 S자형 변형된 MSA를 제안했다. 제안된 안테나는 전기력선 형성에 제한 반지 않도록 방사패치와 접지면을 접어 올린 우측 평행 평판사이 용량을 장하하고, 방사패치를 접어내린 좌측 평행 평판과 접지면 사이 용량을 장하한 구조로 설계 제작하였다. 설계된 안테나는 2.24GHz의 중심 주파수에서 5.7%의 대역폭을 갖고 임의의 급전점의 위치변화에 따라 대역폭과 공진 주파수의 변화를 비교하고, 용량 장하의 크기에 따라 대역폭과 통진 주파수론 비교하였다. 또한 제작된 안테나의 방사 패턴 특성은 E면과 H면의 수직·수평 편파의 특성을 측정하여 비교하였다.

The Directional Coupler Using the Vertical Coupling Structure (수직 결합 구조를 이용한 방향성 결합기)

  • In this paper, the directional coupler with half-power division is designed and fabricated by using the vertical coupling structure based on the CPW transmission-line. Even-mode and odd-mode of the vertical coupling structure can be analyzed by the conventional CPW-line and the CBCPW-line, respectively, with half thickness of the substrate. The directional coupler is designed by using the tefron substrate with the dielectric constant of 2.55 and the thickness of 0.76mm. Manufactured directional coupler has the center frequency of 2.45 GHz and the bandwidth of 66.1%. Also, the return loss and isolation are 19.52dB and 19.47dB, respectively, at the center frequency.

  • Acoustic intensity method is applied to a 4-cylinder gasoline engine in order to identify the noise sources and the response characteristics. Acoustic intensity is analyzed by 1/3 octave band filter for each center frequency. Radiational characteristics of acoustic intensity at overall and the maximum intensity level are represented by using the contour and three-dimensional plot. It is verified that this method is effective to the assessment of engine noise. It can be found that the maximum intensity is radiated from the front side of the engine under idling condition and the right side of it under 2, 000 rpm running with no loading condition at overall level, and also that the maximum intensity is radiated from the oil pan and the intake and exhaust manifold at the center frequency of 100 Hz.

  • The multilayer chip band pass filter for mobile communication is fabricated and designed. The size, insertion loss, center frequency and band width of multilayer chip filter are 4.5$\times$4.4$\times$1.8[mm], 3.0[dB] and 700[MHz]$\pm$15[MHz] respectively. The chip filter using $BiNbO_4$with CuO 0.06wt% +$V_2O_5$.lwt% was fabricated by screen printing with Ag electrode after tape casting. Insertion loss and center frequency of the fabricated chip filter are 2.58[dB] and 692.5$\pm$15[MHz] respectively. The center frequency was lower 7.5[MHz] than design result, but other characteristics of chip filter were similar to the ruts ultras of design result.

  • In this paper, we have designed a bandpass filter with via-holes ground on K-band To pass only the 25 ~30% of the bandwidth at the center frequency of 19.6GHz, we have designed a six-order interdigital bandpass filter using microstrip lines. Simulation results of optimization according to via-holes size and numbers of interdigit bandpass filter shows a excellent agreement with theoretical values on passband frequency. Experimental results of BP filters show that mesaured center frequency is 19.150Hz, insertion loss, -4.1dB, reflection coefficient, -16.7dB. It proved that the vis-holes ground size and numbers must be considered to design the bandpass filter.

  • In this thesis, we designed and implemented a tracking filter which can be used for FH/2-FSK communication system in band of 40~60[MHz]. After measuring a performance of a tracking filter, an insertion loss was measured from 3.7 to 4.3 dB, depending upon a hopping center frequency. The 3 dB bandwidth of a tracking filter was specified 5.1 to 5.33% depend upon a hopping and 30/3 dB shape factor indication for interrupting property of a filter shows 6.828 to 6.98 satisfying a required specification. Also the attenuation $2{\times}f_0$, the characteristic parameter for interference degree, was specified 46~52dB, not satisfying a required specification.

  • In this paper, a dual-band pseudo-combline narrow bandpass filter is proposed. The proposed bandpass filter adopts the open resonant stubs and the proposed bandpass filter can be used for ITS(Intelligent Transport System) and X-band satellite systems application. The proposed bandpass filter has the insertion and return losses of 1.72 dB and 15.5 dB at the bandwidth of 3.6 % and center frequency of 5.8 GHz, respectively. Also, the second operating frequency band for insertion and return losses are 1.92 dB and 16.3 dB at the bandwidth of 3% and center frequency of 8.5 GHz, respectively.

  • After DTV transition, frequency allocation to efficiently utilize 700 MHz band, which is remained as Digital Dividend, is in progress domestically and internationally. This paper investigates global frequency allocation of 700 MHz band and utilization of the band, and analyzes domestic wireless technology methods and requested frequency bandwidth by use. In addition, the paper suggests what needs to be considered in case of building public integrated radio network that focuses on disaster and safety network; the integrated radio network also includes railway network and e-Navigation.
