  • This paper aims at identifying the effectiveness of the maintenance of container cranes in two typical container terminals in Pusan Port based on the empirical data For this the key performance indicator (KPI) was introduced with some information on world class standard level. Then, an empirical analysis was conducted with respect to the interaction of equipment maintenance KPI such as MMBF, PM, EM, and Breakdown ratio.

  • Travellers consider extra travel time to be arriving their destination because of uncertainty of travel. So it is important to make predictable highway by providing information of travel time variability to traveller so as to enhance level of service at highway. In order to make predictable highway, it is necessary to develope measures of travel time variability that travellers can easily understand. Recently advanced country including the United States, travel time variability index are actively studied. In earlier study, 95percentile of travel time is considered to be most important calculation index of travel time variability. In this study, is has focused on the propriety analysis of 95percentile of travel time in domestic transportation environment. Result of analysis, All of measures(80percentile of travel time, 90percentile of travel time, 95percentile of travel time) show the tendency to increase when case of weather factor occur compare to normal condition under LOS A~D. Especially 95percentile of travel time increased sensitively.

An Analysis on Truck Trip Chaining (화물자동차의 통행행태 분석(통행사슬 분석을 중심으로))

  • There are unique aspects of truck vehicle movements compared with the personal travel in trip chaining. This paper reports an analysis on the truck vehicle trip chaining which intercity/metropolitan/intraregional trips are classified. Data collected from the travel dairy survey is used the truck trip-chaining analysis. The pattern of trip chaining classes is classified by the GIS mapping based on orgin-destination trip information. The physical index and efficiency index for each trip diary is used to the truck vehicle activity. Truck trips lengths and time differs from its truck type, service type and travel patterns. It is shown that the efficiency of the truck trip chaining depends on vehicle types and its delivery patterns. There are many other topics for research on trip chaining modeling such as the classification of trip chain, time use and mode choice by trip chaining.

Relationship Between Degree Centrality of Livestock Facilities in Vehicle Movement Network and Outbreak of Animal Infectious Disease (차량이동 네트워크에서의 축산시설 연결중심성과 가축 전염병 발생 사이의 관계)

  • The national loss caused by the periodic livestock epidemic is very large. In addition, vehicle movement is the main cause of livestock epidemics in Korea. In this context, this study analyzed the relationship between the degree centrality of livestock facilities and the outbreak of infectious diseases. For this purpose, a livestock vehicle movement network was constructed using the facility entrance data provided by KAHIS. Afterwards, the centrality index was derived for each facility in the vehicle movement network and the mean centrality index of the epidemic and non-epidemic facilities were compared. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, the degree centrality of epidemic facilities is significantly greater than non-epidemic facilities. As a result of the analysis of the entire period data and the period-based data, in most data, the degree centrality of facilities where livestock infectious diseases occurred was significantly greater than most non-occurrence facilities. Second, in the entire period data, the difference in degree centrality between the epidemic and non-epidemic facilities was smaller for HPAI than for FMD. On the other hand, no significant difference was found in the results of the analysis according to the divided period. The policy implications of the results are as follows. First, proactive management of facilities based on centrality is needed. Second, in the case of cloven-hoofed animal facilities, it is more urgent to introduce a management policy based on the degree centrality.

An Empirical Study on Developing IS Evaluation Indices: In Case of Public Sector (정보시스템 평가지표 개발에 관한 실증적 연구 - 공공부문을 중심으로 -)

  • 본 연구는 정보시스템의 평가영역 및 평가지표를 개발하기 위한 것으로 선행연구에 대한 검토를 통하여 정보시스템의 주요 평가영역을 시스템영역, 사용자영역, 조직 및 경영영역, IS의 전략적 기여도 및 IS의 자원관리 적정도의 총 5개 영역으로 범주화하고 각 평가영역별 세부 평가지표를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 평가영역 및 세부 평가지표의 타당성을 검증하기 위한 실증분석 자료는 25개 정부기관에서 현재 운영중인 65개 정보시스템들을 대상으로 수집하였다. 분석결과 공공부문 정보시스템의 평가영역은 시스템영역, 사용자영역, 조직 및 경영영역, IS의 전략적 기여도, IS의 자원관리 적정도의 5개의 영역으로 이론적으로 도출된 가설적 모형과 동일한 것으로 확인되었으며, 세부 평가항목에 있어서도 시스템영역의 경우에는 시스템의 질, 정보의 질, 서비스의 질로 구성되는 것으로 나타나 가설적 모형과 일치하였다. 그러나 사용자영역은 원래 2개의 평가항목으로 즉, 인식된 유용성과 사용자 만족도로 구성되는 것으로 당초 추론하였으나 1개의 평가항목(사용자 만족도)으로 통합되는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 조직 및 경영영역은 내부업무효율성, 고객만족도, 조직혁신, 정보화역량 향상도의 4개 평가항목을 포함하는 것으로 확인되었다. 각 평가영역 및 평가항목을 구성하는 평가지표는 요인분석과 더불어 기준 타당도 분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 총 57개의 평가지표가 유의적으로 도출되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the policy improvements of management evaluation system of municipal medical institutes. Management evaluation system of municipal medical institutes has been carried out every each year. This makes a great improvement in management practices. But in some respects, management evaluation system of municipal medical institutes has some problems in mechanism and measures. To overcome these, appraisal measures should be composed to improve medical efficiency. If we want to reconcile two objects which require both profit and public service, more appropriate measures should be designed. In addition, we should make measures to promote people work hard. For this purpose, we should make sure a more theoretical and practical ground back to evaluate the effectiveness of management consulting.

  • 농촌생활 전반에 대한 생활수준 진단과 농촌주민들의 의식과 욕구를 정확하게 파악하여 미래 농촌생활의 모습을 예측하는데 있어서 종합적인 지표 및 표준화된 실태에 관한 통계자료는 필수적이라 할 수 있다 그러나 우리 나라에서 생산되고 있는 공식통계 중 농촌생활을 종합적으로 다루고 있는 자료는 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 필요성에 의해 농촌생활연구소에서는 1994년 농촌생활지표를 인구 및 사회, 식생활, 건강생활, 주거 및 환경, 가정경제, 교육 및 교양, 여가생활, 가족생활 등 8개 부문을 기본틀로 하여 1994년, 1999년 두 차례에 걸쳐 $\boxDr$농촌생활지표$\boxUl$ 집을 발간한 바 있고, 2000년부터는 이들 지표 중 기존 통계자료 이용이 불가능한 82종의 지표항목에 대해 3년 주기로 직접조사를 통해서 자료를 생산하게 되었다. 여기서는 2002년에 조사한 주거 및 환경. 가정경제, 교육 및 교양부문 중, 교육 및 교양부문의 조사결과를 제시 하고자 한다.

A Study on Social and Environmental Factors Affecting Traffic Behavior and Public Transportation according to COVID-19 (COVID-19에 따른 통행행태 분석 및 대중교통 이용특성에 영향을 주는 사회·환경 요인 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to study how to activate the use of public transportation by identifying the main factors that reduce the use of public transportation due to external influences such as COVID-19 infectious diseases. Method: This study analyzed the connection between the traffic behavior and the characteristics of public transportation use in the metropolitan area changed by COVID-19 with COVID-19 indicators, and analyzed social and environmental factors affecting traffic. Results: It was analyzed that the traffic behavior in the metropolitan area moves from commercial areas to tourist resort areas, the number of COVID-19 deaths affects the use of public transportation, and the lower the deviation between population density, agricultural and forestry areas, and gender ratios due to social and environmental factors, the more significant differences are shown. Conclusion: In the future, it will be able to be activated as a basic analysis model for revitalizing the city's transportation system, regional bases, and various social and economic indicators, such as quarantine of public transportation and social distancing, and can be used as basic data for establishing public transport policy directions according to major influencing factors.

  • This study is about setting the weighed value of evaluation items for cultural tourism development project using AHP and it analyzed the cultural and ecological tourism infrastructure project in three cultural areas of Andong City. As a result of examining the reliability of evaluation items, it turned out to be 0.9, an appropriate level. In the analysis of weighed value, the items valued highly were in the order of validity of the plan, economic validity, validity of the policy. As for the detailed indices for the three that showed the highest weighed value, for validity of the plan, distinction of contents; for validity of the policy, compatibility of regional characteristics; for economic validity, sustainability were given high values. In the end, it could be concluded that as the cultural and ecological tourism infrastructure project in three cultural areas was delayed a lot more than previously planned, in order to flexibly respond to changing environment, it would be desirable to change parts of the previous plan before pushing ahead with it.

  • 정부는 그 동안 공공부문의 문제점으로 지적되어 왔던 낮은 경영성과, 저 생산성, 고비용 구조, 낮은 시장 대응력, 조직 운영의 비효율성 등의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 공공부문을 포함하는 정부 혁신을 강력하게 추진하고 있다. 이러한 혁신의 핵심은 체계적인 성과관리에 있다. 지방공기업 역시 경영효율성을 높이고 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 자율 경영 체제하에서 경영성과를 정확히 측정하고 그에 따른 보상체계를 마련하는 것이 필수적이다. 논문에서는 이러한 BSC(Balance score card) 기반에서 다원화된 평가주체에 부합하는 지방공기업의 성과 지표에 대한 틀을 설계하고 이를 이용하여 실례로 광주광역시환경시설공단에 적용한 사례를 보이고자 한다.
