이 연구는 중국의 공항 중 인천의 허브화 전략의 경쟁공항인 베이징공항(수도), 상하이공항(푸동)을 대상으로 지분매각, 지배구조, 공항운영 및 시설확충 등에 관한 사례를 분석한다. 세계 주요공항의 전략적 허브화 경쟁이 가속화되면서, 인천공항은 급변하는 경영환경에 대처하고 무한경쟁에서 생존하기 위하여 경영 패러다임의 전환이 시급하다. 그 일환으로 공항에 대한 대내외적 혁신요구에 적극 대응하는 새로운 소유구조와 지배구조 및 운영효율화 방안을 모색하여야 한다. 공항의 일반적인 민영화 방안에는 기업거래(trade sale), 기업공개(IPO), 영업허가, 경영위탁, 프로젝트 파이낸싱의 5가지가 있다. 세계 공항산업의 동향과 함께 중국의 경쟁공항의 민영화와 관련하여 지분매각 및 이후의 지배구조에 초점을 맞추어 인천공항의 일부 지분매각과 지배구조, 공항개발 및 운영 등의 주요 의사결정에 대한 시사점을 도출한다. 인천공항이 동북아허브로서 성장하기 위해서는 공항시설 확충을 위한 재원을 조달하여야 하며, 운영 효율성의 강화가 필요하다. 공공성의 보장을 위해 공기업 형태를 유지하되, 민영화의 장점을 살리기 위해, 정부가 51% 이상의 지분을 보유하는 부분 민영화를 하되, 기업 가치를 극대화하기 위해 기업거래와 기업공개를 함께 활용하되 전략적으로 그 속도와 시기를 결정하여야 한다.

Recently, the change of shipping and port environment has required the new strategy from the liners, terminal operators, ports. The ports of call in the North American and European line also has changed as the Chinese ports made rapid advance. This seems to result from the fact that the trend of the container transportation by sea has developed the traditional concept, called port-to-port system that directly links between a port and another port into the network with complicated hierarchical structure reflecting costs, efficiency, and strategy of the Mega Carrier. This paper suggests the factors for Busan port to become the hub port of northeast Asia by analyzing the change of the liners' strategy along the change of the shipping and port environment, the global management of the operator of container port, and the amount of containers flowing in the northeast Asia.

Yet logistics base in China has a refrigerated storage facilities installed areas, the number of those is very limited and is generally insufficient. According to these especial points, a new construction cold chain logistics network design strategy is required from how to use the existing refrigerated warehouses to new issue. For example, however refrigerated storage facility is supplied, can it satisfy all demand of this area? Then does it have optimized location of this area? If future demand expansion, adding that already other refrigerated storage facilities matter? Or, add another refrigerated facilities, optimum cold chain established a network matter? So on. Above problems can be occurred. In order to solve facing many of these issues of distribution network, northeast area in China has been selected as a subject, and we designed a new cold chain distribution network.

This study aims to understand the architectural characteristics and living pattern of the Daor and to make a comparative study with the Han race. This research inquired into the background of the Daor and surveyed the present condition of traditional houses. As a result of this study, the features of Daor's traditional house is synthesized as follows. 1) The arrangement of village is in a row facing south. The site plan and exterior shape is like as the Manchurian race. 2) Making west window and creating a bright atmosphere is the unique architectural style. 3) Viewed from spatial layout and function, Daor's has more remarkable difference from Han's. That is to say, the room equipped with Kang is daily space and kitchen is just space for cooking in contrast with the Han.

인천국제공항에서 불과 15분 거리며 비행거리 3시간 반 이내에 중국, 러시아, 일본 등을 빠르게 오갈 수 있는 곳. 바로 송도 국제도시이다. 지금 송도가 새롭게 변신하고 있다. 머지않아 송도는 한국을 동북아시아의 비즈니스 허브로 자리매김하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다. 송도는 송도국제업무단지 경제자유구역으로 지정된 세계 최초의 신(新) 지속 가능 개발 도시이다. 여러 종류의 주거용 건물과 상가 건물 및 학교뿐만 아니라 건강관리 시설과 쇼핑 외식 엔터테인먼트 시설까지 전세계에서 영감을 얻은 마스터플랜에 따라 최대의 시너지 효과를 내도록 설계되었다. 또한 건축물과 대중교통의 연계선 및 건물 설계상의 에너지 저감, 모든 종류의 녹지 공간 및 주거 공간의 효율적인 인프라 등 대규모 친환경 설계에 대한 새로운 기준이 되고 있다. 송도국제업무단지에서는 세계 최고 수준의 친환경 도시를 건설하기 위하여 대부분의 프로젝트에 LEED인증을 추진하고 있다. 본지는 인천 송도지구 개발의 기본 방향과 계획에 대해 살펴보고 특히 국제업무단지의 친환경 설계와 구체적인 설비기술에 대해 알아본다.

This paper aims to analyze the status and prospects of chinese e-commerce, review previous literature, and provide future direction for cooperation with far east asian area This study deals with the reform, the open and entering WTO of China economy to suddenly change domestic IT industry, legal regulation of Chinese e-commerce market and cooperation with far east asian area. Especially, Chinese e-commerce market is much developed in recently, but relative legal system is unsatisfactory. Therefore this paper research firstly the present conditions and characteristics of Chinese e-commerce market, secondly Chinese e-commerce policy and legal regulation tendency, thirdly the e-commerce activity between Korea and China, and cooperation with far east asian area.

동북아 지역 특히 중국대륙의 경제발전에 따른 에너지 사용량 증가는 다량의 대기오염물질을 방출하고 있다. 한반도에 도달하는 황사현상에서 알 수 있듯이 대기오염물질은 장거리로 이동되어 인접국가의 환경 및 기후변화에 영향을 미친다. 대표적인 장거리이동 대기오염물질인 미세 입자를 포함하는 에어로졸의 물리적ㆍ화학적 성분 및 이동 경로파악은 매우 중요하다. 라이다를 사용하면 지상에서 60km까지의 대기에어로졸 연직분포의 실시간 측정이 가능하다. 본 연구는 ACE-Asia 프로그램 참여를 위해 다중채널 라이다 시스템을 제주도 고산 관측소에 설치하여 2001년 3월부터 운영 중에 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effectiveness of Quality Leadership on the Business Performance through Quality System for Manufacturing Companies in the North-east China, and research into the model of Quality Leadership is related with the Business Performance. A new questionnaire of QM based on Conti's Quality System thesis, was developed and tested. A statistical analysis of data was collected from Manufacturing Firms in the North-east China. As a result, Quality Leadership is the important drivers of Total Quality Management, and is related with the Quality System. Then, the Quality System is directly related with process, and process is also related with the Product Quality and the Business Performance. Of course, the Product Quality is directly related with the Business Performance in the end.

인천항은 동북아 경제권의 중심항만으로 경인공업지대 및 수도권지역에 각종 원자재를 공급하며 수도권 일대에서 필요로 하는 소비물자의 적기공급등 국가경제발전에 중추적 역할을 담당하고 있다. 또한 인천항은 대 중국화물, 장래 남북화물을 유치하는데 아주 유리한 여건에 있어 인천지역의 물동량은 해마다 더욱 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 하지만 인천항의 처리능력의 한계를 이미 넘어섰고 이로 인해 만성적인 체선 · 체화현상이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 항만시설의 부족은 항만시설의 신규건설을 통한 항만공급 능력의 확대가 장기적으로 바람직하나 현실적으로는 항만시설의 기능재배치를 통한 운영효율화로 시설능력을 증대해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 시설소요 화물량과 하역능력을 비교하여 하역능력이 절대적으로 낮은 화물과 하역능력이 높은 화물을 부두별로 재배치함으로써 시설능력의 증대를 도모하고자 한다. 특히 인천항의 기능재배치의 시뮬레이션을 위한 본 시스템은 화물의 이동이나 화물량의 변화, 선석의 배정규칙을 변경하여 여러 가지의 시나리오를 설정할 수 있고, 이에 대한 결과를 하역사, 화물군, 부두별로 분석하여 영향을 검토함으로써 항만운영계획에 대한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있을 것이다.

중국동북지역에 위치해있는 본계수동굴(本溪水洞), 천용동굴(天龍洞), 환인망천동굴(桓仁望天洞) 등 3곳의 자연동굴과 주변 고유문화재를 탐사하기위하여 필요한 동굴탐사와 안전관리에 관한 사전지식 내용을 알아보고, 시설설비와 자연환경의 안전 측면에서, 그리고 관람객과 탐사대원의 안전에 최우선의 관점에서 상기한 동굴들의 관리환경과 보존실태 및 관광동굴로써의 안전관리 수칙과 요령들을 살펴본다.
