As modern society changes toward knowledge based society, the patent policy and professional manpower need to be changed because interest and importance about patent, trademarks, intellectual property right and copyright of business secret are increasing. In order to facilitate trading of the technology developed in the private sector and to promote the business, the Act of technology transfer and commercialization promotion is prepared. In the law, the article 14 says that who have expertise on commercialization of the technology transfer can be registered as a technology trader to the Minister of Knowledge Economy. For the purpose of finding improvements of the technology trader's registration system, comparison method was studied. Technology trader compare with licensed real estate agent which is similar with it in terms of trade. There are several results from this study by followings. The unique tasks of technology traders should be specified for increasing authority of technology transfer expert. Manual criteria of post management should be prepared through registration certificate management agency which operated by charging. In addition, The announcement document should be prepared carefully for necessity of announcement and registration criteria of technology trading business. These improvements are enable to motivate trading market and impact to expand the base of technology marketing and technology transfer-commercialization.

최근 우리나라의 비트코인 거래량이 폭발적으로 증가하면서 블록체인 기반의 비트코인에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 비트코인에 적용된 블록체인 기술은 중개기관의 개입이 없는 분산된 지급 형태로 위 변조의 우려가 적고 거래가 간편하나 불법자금, 탈세, 이용자 도산 등의 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기반의 비트코인 거래에서 도출된 정책적 시사점과 향후 정책 도입 방안을 제언한다.

최근 언택트 시대에 프리랜서 시장이 활성화되면서 재능거래 플랫폼이 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 이러한 재능거래 플랫폼은 판매 금액의 일정 부분을 중개 수수료로 책정하여 수익을 올리는데, 서버-클라이언트 모델 기반의 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 서버 운영비용이 발생하여 수수료가 높다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문은 분산저장파일시스템(IPFS)을 활용한 이더리움 플랫폼 기반 분산앱(dApp) 시스템에 대한 것으로, 거래 정보 같은 가벼운 데이터는 블록에 올리고 블록체인에 올릴 수 없는 대용량 데이터는 IPFS에 분산 저장 후 파일 주솟값인 CID 값을 블록체인에 올려 서버 및 데이터베이스 운영비용을 절감하는 방법을 제안한다.

The percentage share of mobile gift card certificate in the gift card market has increased significantly each year. But from a consumer perspective mobile gift card certificate has several problems. Specifying unfair terms in Fair Trade Commission has improved slightly, but the problem is not replaced with the equivalent authority that issued the vouchers can not be solved. The exchange between users the most realistic way to solve this problem is to create an environment as possible. In conclusion, The deal will be possible to build a mobile gift card certificate brokerage trading in a convenient and reliable P2P-based. If the System for mediating transactions of a mobile gift certificate has created a healthy retail environment, such as the expansion of the voucher market, reduce social costs may be creating.

Online e-commerce management systems are gradually increasing, and transactions are made in various items. However, the reliability between sellers and buyers is very important in high-priced transactions such as automobiles when used transactions online. Nevertheless, in the existing used trading system, a device that prevents fraud or trusts the seller is insufficient. This paper developed a blockchain-based used transaction management system to improve the reliability that occurs during used transactions. We have improved the safety trading system by developing a trading management system for used cars with the highest amount of used cars in various fields. This system uses Ethereum-based smart contract to guarantee reliability without third party intervention. By designing the contracts required for used car trading by utilizing smart contracts, it was possible to reduce the effort and time of trading participants in the existing used car transactions, while enabling safe transactions. In addition, this system mitigated information asymmetry between buyers and sellers, and reduced and prevented brokerage fees in the distribution process without third parties.

Trust is becoming one of the critical forces that drive consumers into purchases in e-marketplaces, as consumers face uncertainty associated with buying online from unknown sellers. In this paper we propose a consumer trust model specifically designed for an online marketplace. It aims at examining how intermediary and site characteristics of an e-marketplace affect factors of trustworthiness, and understanding the relationship between trustworthiness factors and trust in intermediary. Findings from an empirical analysis indicate that both intermediary and site characteristics are positively associated with factors of trustworthiness - namely, competence, integrity, and benevolence. In addition, all the three factors of trustworthiness were found to have positive relationship with overall trust in intermediary; in particular, integrity had higher association with trust than the other two factors. The paper concludes with suggestions for building consumer trust for the owners of online marketplaces.

Recently, mobile and smart devices are rapidly spreading. As a result, real estate services, which were formerly face-to-face, have now been replaced by mobile environments. This study focuses on the real estate app service and 261 samples were used for the empirical analysis. The results of the hypotheses test using structural equation model are summarized as follows. First, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, security and aesthetic perceived by users of real estate services have positively influence on positive attitude, but effort expectancy and social influence do not. Second, positive attitude of real estate services have positive effects on service Acceptance. Third, involvement moderated the relationship between positive attitude and service Acceptance. Based on the results of the analysis, it provided meaningful implications for practitioners and researchers in related fields.

The talent trading platform is a platform that brokers transactions such as program coding, media content production (video, music, presentation materials, etc.), design, learning, and repair. Existing talent trading platforms provide a server-client model-based service, which incurs server operating costs and arbitration labor costs for transactions, which has a disadvantage that users bear high service fees. This paper proposes a method to reduce server and database operation costs by uploading transaction information to blocks through the system as a distributed app (dApp) based on the Ethereum platform. In addition, it proposes a method to lower transaction fees by reducing the labor cost of transaction arbitrators through smart contracts. Compare and analyze the cost processing procedure and transaction fee size of the blockchain-based talent trading platform and the existing talent trading platform.

Differing from most of current studies which recognizing game item cash-trade as simple static system, this study approaches game item cash-trade as Complex Adaptive System through historical analysis. The item-trade is a complex phenomenon converging between cyber-economy and real-economy, and production and consumption process of game-item are evolving dynamically over time. The results are following: first, the early item-trade emerges in endogenously rather than results from purposed system designed by singular actor. Second, after the early item-trade, the trade system as a CAS which various voluntary actors(single user, factory, game company, user community, agency, etc.) participates in is self-organizing for trading safety and efficiency. Third, the complex adaptive item-trade system satisfies actor's needs interdependently and accelerate positive feedback powerfully. This study implies that purposeful control disregarding emergent adaptive item-trade system distorts system efficiency and can lead to unintended policy failure.

This paper is a review of the certification system required for various energy prosumer business models, including P2P energy trading and participation in small demand response programs, which are based on reliable production and consumption certification. One of the most important parameter in energy trading is ensuring the reliability of trading account balancing. Therefore, we studied to use big data pattern analysis based blockchain smart contract between trading partners to make its tradings are more reliable. For this purpose big data analysis system collected from the IoT AMI and a production authentication system using a private blockchain network linked with the AMI is discussed, using the blockchain smart contract are also suggested. Futhermore, energy trading system concept and business models are introduced.
