국내·외 사회 전 분야의 급속한 전자상거래 발전에 따라 해운·항만 분야에도 인터넷 사업의 진출기회가 확대되고 전략적 활동이 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서도 인터넷을 기반으로 세계가 하나의 시장으로 통합되는 경향을 보이고 있어 기업의 활동 범위가 광역화되고 있으며, 시간과 장소의 통합이 기업간 거래에서 중요시 되고 있다. 지금 세계 각 국은 해상연계 물류, 무역 등 물품의 중개 관련 사이트 및 선박 운송에 따른 각종 해운관련 서비스를 가상 공간에서 제공하는 사이버 해운 시장의 선점 및 구축에 모든 힘을 쏟고 있다. 해상 운송에 따른 각종 수송서비스를 생산, 공급하는 경제활동을 해운 활동이라 한다. 해운 시장의 불확실성, 다변성, 국제성, 개방성을 특성으로 하는 해운 거래는 전자상거래를 통해 효율적으로 처리될 수 있다. 즉, 해운 거래의 비용 감소와 양질의 서비스로 선주, 화주 등 거래 당사자들의 만족도를 높일 수가 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서도 오프라인상의 해운 거래소가 사이버 해운거래소로 옮겨질 예정이다. 가상 공간을 통한 해운 거래의 구체적인 장점은 다음과 같다. 구매업체는 기존 공급업체에 대한 접근 및 새로운 공급업체의 확보가 용이하며, 경쟁 입찰 등을 통해 저렴한 비용으로 물품을 구입할 수 있다. 판매 업체의 경우 채널 확장이 가능하며 판매비를 절감할 수 있다. 또한 e-Marketplace의 입장에서 보면 해운 산업 전체를 위한 새로운 시장을 형성할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 지속적인 수익 창출도 가능하다. 이러한 해운 거래의 B2B e-Marketplace의 출현은 향후 해운 거래의 새로운 패러다임으로 자리 잡을 것이다. 사이버 해운 거래소는 선박 매매와 용선, 화물 거래를 위한 선·화주의 연결, 표준화된 카탈로그 구축, 각종 전자문서 생성, 전자 결제, 온라인 보험 가입, 해운 선용품 판매 및 관련 정보 제공 등 해운 거래를 위한 종합적인 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 이를 위해, 본문에서는 e-Marketplace의 효율적인 연계 방안에 대해 해운 관련 업종별로 제시하고 있다. 리스트 제공형, 중개형, 협력형, 보완형, 정보 연계형 등이 있는데, 이는 해운 분야에서 사이버 해운 거래가 가지는 문제점들을 보완하고 업종간 협업체제를 이루어 원활한 거래를 유도할 것이다. 그리하여 우리나라가 동북아 지역뿐만 아니라 세계적인 해운 국가 및 물류 ·정보 중심지로 성장할 수 있는 여건을 구축하는데 기여할 것이다.

This study aims to survey the influence of the internet-based real estate transaction systems used by the common people on their decision-making for buying the real estate. That is, the purpose of this study is to review how the system for selection of the real estate has influence on the decision-making for buying the real estate, by exerting influence on the customer-satisfaction. Also, I want to present a scheme for the more effective internet-based real estate transaction system so that the real estate agents may grasp the on-line real estate transaction system and understand the intention of the customers for buying, and thereby establish the active marketing strategy.

본 논문은 정보거래 자동 중개 시스템을 위한 한국어 문형 표준안에 대하여 기술한다. 정보거래 자동 중개 시스템은 인터넷상에서 지식정보자산의 공급자와 수요자를 자동으로 연결해주는 시스템으로서 텍스트로 기술되는 수요자의 의도와 공급자의 지식정보 내용을 정확히 연결할 수 있는 신뢰성을 보장한 고품질의 정보검색 기술이 필수적이다. 그러나 자연어의 복잡성과 불규칙성은 정확한 언어처리 기술이 필수적인 고품질의 정보검색을 보장할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문은 한국어 문장 표현 방식을 표준화하여 언어처리 기술 적용의 한계를 극복해보자는 데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 일반 사용자의 언어 표현을 문형 표준안으로 유도하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 문형 표준안의 구성은 표준 문형 표준 문형 유도 방법, 어휘부로 구성되어 있다.

Recently, accumulation of technology, transfer, absorption, and commercialization is being significantly recognized as a key factor for sustainable growth of the 21st century global economy. The government established "Technology Transfer and Commercialization Promotion Act" In order that the technology developed at public research institutions can be transferred to the private sector and commercialized; the technology developed in the private sector can be traded and commercialized. Also, the Article 14 of "Technology Transfer and Commercialization Promotion Act" is concerning technology transfer agents' registration, promotion, and support: it introduced the special status system of technology transfer agents and the government registers, manages, and supervises it. In most developed countries, the technology transfer agency is transferred to the private sector and it is referred as a technology transfer agent or technology broker. In the domestic market, despite the introduction of the above special status system and the building a various organization and transfer medium system for boosting the market's revitalization, some problems occurred; because the registration system of a technology transfer agent and legal basis and system about its following-up control fall short. For example, recently technology transfer-related performance exemption has brought the activation of technology transfer agent's registration, but there was the limit of selecting the expert above a certain level. Therefore, some countermeasures for this are urgent, In addition, through a compulsory training completion system before the technology trade agent registration is prepared, a short period of curriculum was not sufficient to provide applicants various specialized knowledge. In this research, it is considered about the reform of technology transfer agent through its comparative study in China and Korea. Some improvements are suggested for expanding the market of technology transfer commercialization, assuring the agents' service and strengthening the competitiveness.

1990년대 이후 전자상거래에 대한 요구와 기대로 인해 각 국가와 Solution업체들은 전자상거래와 관련된 분야에 대한 연구개발에 큰 관심을 보이고 있다. 하지만 현재까지 전자상거래에 대한 연구는 주로 비즈니스 프로세스에 관한 연구가 대부분이었고 전자상거래의 발전에 의해 변화되는 유통구조를 새롭게 적용해야 하는 물류부분에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡하였다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 발전과 더불어 변화하고 있는 물적 유통에 대한 주요 요구사항의 하나인 물류 수요자(화주)와 공급자(운송회사)의 정보를 관리하고 그 정보를 바탕으로 상호간의 거래를 중개하는 e-Logistics 중개시스템의 구조 설계 및 기능을 제안한다.

In recent years, the number of public e-Marketplaces have grown according to the leap-frogging advancement of network technology based on open communication architecture named Internet. However, the transaction volume through public e-Marketplaces have been an immaterial increase, and some well-known sites closed their businesses. This study proposes the public e-Marketplace as an e-Business system which has been recognized the most strategic application of business information technologies (Barrett & Konsynski, 1982; Cash & Konsynski, 1985), and suggests some future strategic and technological direction which supports a firm's transaction infrastructure under internet architecture. For this purpose, it reviews evolution of business information technologies.

블록체인 기반 온라인 거래 플랫폼은 중개자에 의존적인 기존의 거래 방식을 탈피하여 비용 및 시간의 낭비를 줄이고 참여자들 간의 신뢰성 있는 직접적인 거래를 실현시켰다. 하지만 비허가형 블록체인은 참여자들의 프라이버시를 제공하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 허가형 블록체인인 하이퍼레저 패브릭을 사용하여 프라이버시를 강화한 디지털 콘텐츠 저작권 보호 및 거래를 위한 블록 체인 플랫폼을 제안한다.

The major thrust of this research focuses on the development of phased big data distribution model based on the big data ecosystem. This model consists of 3 phases. In phase 1, data intermediaries are participated in this model and transaction functions are provided. This system consists of general control systems, registrations, and transaction management systems. In phase 2, trading support systems with data storage, analysis, supply, and customer relation management functions are designed. In phase 3, transaction support systems and linked big data distribution portal systems are developed. Recently, emerging new data distribution models and systems are evolving and substituting for past data management system using new technology and the processes in data science. The proposed model may be referred as criteria for industrial standard establishment for big data distribution and transaction models in the future.
