글로벌 비즈니스 환경에 있어서 경쟁력을 유지 혹은 강화시키기 위한 방법으로 많은 기업들이 경영혁신 활동에 주력하고 있다. 식스 시그마는 이러한 활동을 가능케 하는 핵심적인 방법론이자 도구로써 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식스 시그마의 도입에 따른 성과요인을 분석하여 보다 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시함으로써 그 성공 가능성을 관리할 수 있도록 하는 것이 주요한 목적이라 하겠다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단을 대상으로 한 델파이 조사방법과 이를 분석하기 위한 도구로써 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 총 12개의 요인들이 도출되었으며 중요도에 따라 가중치를 계산하여 이를 실제 식스 시그마 프로젝트에 적용하여 연구에 제시된 프레임워크를 검증토록 하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 산업 및 기업에서 식스 시그마 방법론의 적용이 급속히 확대되어 가는 추세에서 프로젝트의 성패를 가늠짓게 하는 중요 요인들을 보다 객관적인 프레임워크로 제시되었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있을 것이다.

최근 증권, 센서, 기후, 의료 분야 등에서 수많은 시계열 데이터들이 쏟아져 나오고 있고, 이러한 시계열 빅 데이터를 통해 의미를 찾아내고자 하는 시계열 해석 및 분석, 예측 작업의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 시계열 해석 및 분석, 예측 작업을 하기 위해서 사용 될 수 있는 기초 작업은 유사한 시계열 시퀀스를 찾아내는 유사 시퀀스 매칭과 이러한 매칭을 통해 특정 시계열 데이터의 하나의 특징이 되는 빈발 시퀀스 추출 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시계열 빅 데이터에서 유사 시퀀스 매칭을 이용한 빈발 시퀀스 추출 문제를 효율적으로 해결하는 빈발 시퀀스 추출기(Frequent Sequence Extractor)를 개발 및 구현하였다. 또한 분산처리 플랫폼인 하둡을 이용한 데이터 파싱을 사용하여, 각 분야별 시계열 데이터를 분석하는 전문가에게 효율적인 분산처리 효과를 제공한다.

휴대형 심전도 단말기의 신호에서 잡음을 제거하고, 파형의 특징점을 찾아 임상파라미터를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과, 본 방법으로 생성되는 심전도 형태와 임상 파라미터는 전문가의 소견으로 실제 사용상 만족할 만한 수준이었다. 우리의 조사에 의하면, 휴대형 단말기에서와 같이 잡음 수준이 높은 심전도 신호의 잡음 제거 및 해석에 대한 연구는 거의 발표된 적이 없다.

본 연구는 급경사지 정비 사업 이후 현장을 재평가하고, 등급을 산정할 때 보강시설로 인한 등급 하락의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 역량 지표를 추가하여 12명의 전문가와 15개 지점에 대한 현장평가를 실시하였다. 15개 지점 중 11개소에서 점수가 변화되었으며, 6개의 지점에서 등급이 하락하였다. 등급의 변화가 크지 않아 개선해야 할 점이 있지만 본 연구는 향후 급경사지 등급 조정 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다

이 논문은 정보통신정책 목표와의 연관성 속에서 정보통신연구개발사업의 우선순위를 설정함과 아울러 비용효과성에 바탕을 둔 적정 자원배분 도출하는데 주안점을 두고 있다. 복합적인 목표를 가진 연구개발사업에 대해 사업부문별 그리고 기술분야별로 객관적이면서도 설득력있는 자원배분지침을 마련하기 위하여 본 연구는 다기준의사결정(MCDA: Multi-criteria Decision Analysis) 방법을 채택하고 있다. 이 방법론에서는 사업의 목표와 우선순위 판단기준 및 사업대안이 계층적으로 연계된 분석구조를 설계하여 사업대안의 우선순위를 먼저 설정하고, 여기에 정수계획법(Integer Programming)을 결합하여 사업의 목표와 연계된 비용-편익 관계(Cost-benefit relationship)를 최적화하는 바탕 위에서 사업대안별 자원배분 시나리오를 제시하게 된다. 이러한 절차로 사업부문별 및 기술분야별로 각각 도출된 8개의 자원배분 시나리오는 자원배분 경향치의 안정성(Stability) 분석과 자금지원의 과부족에 대한 현실적 적합성(Relevance) 분석을 거쳐 최종적으로 하나의 적정 자원배분방안으로 수렴되도록 하였다. 우선순위 설정에 기초가 되는 사업대안의 편익에 대한 자료는 전문가의 정성적 판단을 통해 수집되었는데, 이를 위해 정보통신기술 부문에서 활동 중인 중견 이상의 총 58명의 산학연 전문가를 대상으로 한 조사를 실시하였다. 먼저, 기초기반ㆍ전략기술개발사업, 연구ㆍ기술인력양성사업, 산업응용기술개발사업, 기술기반조성사업 등 4대 사업부문에 대해서는 (ⅰ) 정보통신 기술능력의 축적, (ⅱ) 정보통신산업의 경쟁력 강화, (ⅲ) 정보통신기반의 기술고도화, (ⅳ) 정보화를 위한 기술역량의 제고 등 주요 사업의 편익을 나타내는 4개 기준으로 우선 순위를 판단하였고, 정보통신망기술, 전파 및 RF 기술, 정보처리기술, 반도체 소자/설계 기술 등 13개 기술분야에 대해서는 (ⅰ) 공공정책적 임무에 대한 기여, (ⅱ) 기술자립기반의 확충, (ⅲ) 기술발전성과 기술적 파급효과, (ⅳ) 기술적 산물의 시장잠재력 등 기술분야 연구개발을 통한 편익을 나타내는 4개 기준으로 우선순위를 판단하였다. 우선순위는 사업대안에 대한 가중치로 표시되었고, 적정 자원배분방안은 추정된 총예산 규모에 따라 지원수준에 대한 일정한 제약조건 하에서 비용-편익 관계에 따른 자원의 최적 할당량으로 제시되었다. 본 연구는 총예산 규모의 가변성, 사업 및 기술분야 대안의 분류체계에 대한 공감대 부족, 사업목표의 상호연관성과 우선순위 판단기준의 부분적 중첩성 등 여러 제약요인이 있어 도출된 구체적인 수치보다는 방향성에 더 큰 의미를 부여하는 것이 바람직하다. 그러나, 이러한 연구의 한계에도 불구하고 도출된 우선순위와 적정 자원배분방안은 문제해결의 실행타당성을 감안하여 비교적 객관적이고 균형있는 결과로 판단된다.

Rapid growth of the domestic economy caused a lot of the demand of land information. The land information system has to keep the records of the various data about land that includes its owner and usages. Also the system must present adequate results that have been accumulated upon a user's request. Since Korean Government enforces 'Law of National Land Usage and Management', the land in rural area was also tightly regulated as much as that in the urban area. In fact, when people wants to develop their land, then they realize that their land has many restrictions and regulations to use. Sometimes, they find many regulations and restrictions even in a parcel. Thus, many people quite often want to know all the laws, rules, regulations, and restrictions etc., whatever applicable on the land they are interested in. to use. The purpose of this paper is to show a legal service system that precisely presents all the related laws, regulations, and restrictions. for a piece of the land. It summarizes the search results on users' requests. It uses a knowledge-based expert system to figure out the users requests. In this paper, we designed the system architecture of the software, and implemented its prototype. The results on this system show more concise and user friendlier than those of the existing systems.

The purpose of this study was to find and to apply an effective intervention method to deal with the aggressive behaviors of Junseo, who is in a classroom for two-year olds. First, we collected the data about the aggressive behaviors by ABC event sampling, journal, recording the frequency of behaviors and the interview with the parents. Second, we drew an inference to the reason for his behaviors and tried to find an appropriate method to deal with them with colleagues and the professor. A time-out was applied to Junseo's aggressive behaviors and alternately, his parents were asked to applause him frequently on appropriate behaviors at home. The aggressive behaviors became better gradually while the intervention method was monitored and assessed for feedback. As a result, the approach procedure, which was used in this study, was suggested to deal with the aggressive behaviors of young children. And supporting the system for operating this procedure was further discussed.

Kinetic typography has been suggested to express emotions in computer-mediated communication (CMC) by empowering static texts with dynamic attributes, where conversations occur primarily in text-based forms. In this work, we investigate whether pre-defined kinetic typography effects are capable of delivering emotions, and further, which specific attributes of kinetic typography arouse such emotions. The results show that emotional response of users were corresponding to the emotions intended by experts, indicating that pre-defined kinetic typography is an applicable way to express emotions consistently in CMC. Also, results demonstrate some key attributes that derive certain levels of mood and energy respectively. Energy level turned out to be affected by the font size, transparency, direction of movement, amount of movement, velocity, and acceleration of the text, while mood level was influenced by the transparency, direction of movement, regularity in movement, and speed of the text.

The Internet is appearing a new paradigm called Web 2.0 which 'Participation', 'Sharing', 'Openness', 'Cooperation'. Web 2.0 is expanded by experts and general users and many people's ideas can solve more problems than an expert's idea. The collective intelligence is techniques that express the valuable of Web 2.0. For this reason, the collective intelligence has attracted attention because of its potential as an educational tool. The purpose of this study is to develop a PBL-based programming instruction model using collective intelligence to improve students' problem solving abilities and programming attitudes and verified its effectiveness. As a result, the developed instruction model showed significant differences in the students' problem solving abilities and programming attitudes. According to these results, these have been proved that a PBL-based programming instruction model using collective intelligence has an influence to the students' problem solving abilities and programming attitudes.
