공동주택단지에서의 태양에너지 시스템 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of Solar Energy System in Apartment Complex)

  • In this study, through case studies, solar energy systems were coordinated with architectural plan elements and the others in apartment complex, and the energy performance was evaluated quantitatively through computer simulation PVSYST and RETScreen. As a results, in plan process of the application of solar energy systems in apartment complex, solar energy system should be considered as not only energy reducing technical element but also part of architectural plan element. And it must be considered with architectural plan elements, composition methods, energy storage methods, technical elements from the early basic plan stage. Photovoltaic system was installed on the wall facing the south and rooftop. The energy ratio of electric load was shown to be 5.5%. The result showed 7.2% when adding it to shading device additionally, and 6.4% in case of putting extra translucent module on windows. Active solar collecting system was applied on roof with the angle of 45. Maximum number of solar collector was 10 in a row, and the total solar collecting area was $915.00m^2$. The energy ratio of domestic water heating load by active solar hot water system is shown to be 11.4%.

  • The purpose of this study is performance validation of district heating apartments about heating energy consumption and analysis of energy consumption by unit characteristics. The heating energy consumption of the existing apartments was analyzed and the analyzed results will be used for energy saving technology development and policy making. The heating energy consumption data about total 78 apartment complexes, 56,910 units in Gangnam-Gu, Seoul, Korea were investigated from October, 2010 to April 2011. The analysis results are as follows; The mean heating energy consumption is 98[kWh/m2]. The energy consumption of Apgujung-Dong, Daechi-Dong is higher than that of mean valuse. The energy consumption deviation by deterioration, unit area, core type and regional group is very high. Specially, building deterioration casts a long shadow.

  • In order to handle the crisis about energy-environment problem, it is necessary to develop the future-oriented and innovative energy technology in architecture area. So the development of new technology for energy saving and alternative energy use has been spurred in this area. Double skin window system, which is an active covering to respond to the exterior change of the environment, is the skill that can reduce the indoor cooling and heating load and the environmental architecture can be realized. This study works out U-value of windows using the window-simulation program with the development and study of the double skin. In addition, the effect of the double skin insulation on the efficiency rating has been analyzed, applying to the certification system of the building energy efficiency rating which has implemented.

  • This study makes three apartment building complex an object of analyzing representative building types and energy consumption rate of house holds, and effect of outdoor air cooling. Recently created apatrment complex is composed of very various types of building, plan, and orientation etc. But, it is difficult to remark conclusively that these various types of buildings are designed energy-effectively. Because architects are hard to find useful energy design guideline for decision making. By the preceding study, the present condition and problem about this subject is grasped, apartment building types were examined and representative types were extracted. In this study, energy simulation was conducted, and the effect to outdoor air cooling was analyzed about representative types of the subject apartment complex. It is expected that this analysed results will be basic data for the more integrated study. Research consequence can be summarized as follow: 1) Besides solar gain, household layout of building, orientation, and plan etc. effects compositively on energy consumption rate. 2) The effect of ourdoor air cooling in building of tower type can be improved by arranging households appropriately.

창호 구성 요소에 따른 난방에너지 절감율 예측에 관한 연구-공동주택을 중심으로 (Prediction of Heating Energy Saving Rate on the Window Type-Focus on the Apartment House)

  • This is study on the glazing performance of the apartment house to predict energy saving rate when the early design stage by calculating heating load. there are various factors of the window type in apartment building to save energy such as window's U-value, SC or SHGC, window wall ration, frame factor, sunshade coefficient and so on. In this study, we analyzed the heating load focused on the U-value, SC and window wall ration using variable heating degree days method for a small and middle size units $59m^2$, $84m^2$, respectively. Each cases were calculated heating load of the real models compared to standard model to predict energy saving rate. From those cases it was drew the conclusion that were window's U-value, SC and window wall ration for the small and middle size units to expect 10% energy saving rate at least.

  • This study analyzed the central heating system and the cogeneration system among the methods of supplying energy which have application to the Hydrogen Fuel Cell system and apartment complexes for performance evaluations. Therefore, a feasibility study on the first application of this system in an apartment complexes was considered to evaluate the energy performance by the amount of fuel consumed by the system using Hydrogen Fuel Cell energy and environmental performance by the amount of greenhouse gas emissions. As a result, the Hydrogen Fuel Cell system consumes 83% of fuel while the cogeneration system consumes 81% of fuel comparison to conventional central heating system. The Hydrogen Fuel Cell and the cogeneration system produce 73%t and 70% of greenhouse gas emissions in comparison to conventional central heating system.

  • Recently design standard for energy-saving in apartment buildings has been consolidated gradually on the basis of evaluation and certification standards of energy efficiency of buildings, the energy-saving policy of building at home and abroad. Performance criteria for thennal insulation as well as fenestration has been progressively enhanced, and performance criteria for ventilation and airtightness of the building have also been re-developed. Therefore, heating and cooling load characteristics of the apartment building can be changed. For the design of the upcoming heating and cooling equipment in apartment buildings, it is necessary to evaluate the heating and cooling load characteristics according to the design strategies for energy saving in apartment buildings. As a result, in this study, it is intended to use as a resource for analyzing the impact that the adoption of energy-saving design variables for each of the apartment buildings, to predict the heating and cooling load characteristics in the apartment building.

단독 주택의 제로에너지건축물 인증을 위한 태양광시스템 최적화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimization of Photovoltaic System for the ZEB Certification in Detached Housing)

  • As part of the government's energy policy, Zero Energy Building certification was launched on January of 2017. However, the three passive-housing rental housing projects are the only ZEB-certified detached housing since the certification's launch. The reason is that, in order for a detached housing to earn ZEB certification, it has to secure self-reliance in energy, and a photovoltaic system is the only viable renewable energy system. Therefore, conducting an analysis to optimize the photovoltaic system in an early design stage is strongly recommended. This study aimed to propose an optimal photovoltaic system design for a detached housing after analyzing through the ECO2 energy simulation of 44 cases, varying in a module type and efficiency, inclination and azimuth. As a result, 15 cases out of 44 cases were analyzed to satisfy ZEB evaluation criteria, and it is thought that these data could contribute greatly to the expansion of ZEB certification dissemination.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive priority improvement items through business expansion and efficient implementation for green remodeling business operator in order to enhance the activating of green remodeling business in a long-term perspective. For this purpose, survey of 128 business operator respondent is conducted based on 13 items. Also, priority improvements items were derived based on the results of the survey by using IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) techniques. As a result, In order to revitalize the green remodeling, it is necessary to induce market participation motivation through monetary profit. Additionally, The management of green remodeling business operator and the opinions of owners should be reviewed. In the future, the items that reflect the views of business operator and owners will be investigated and further research on improvements for expanding green remodeling 'interest subsidies on existing private buildings will be conducted.

기존 공동주택 그린홈 개보수 제도 마련을 위한 거주자 수요 조사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Resident's Demands to Repair to an Energy Saving House for the Existing Apartment Housings)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기존 공동주택을 에너지절약주택인 그린홈 주택으로 개보수하기 위해, 개보수의 수요정도와 우선순위를 예측하는 기초자료를 취득하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 입주한지 약 10여년 이상의 공동주택 단지에 살고 있는 세대를 방문하여 거주자의 그린홈 개보수에 대한 제반 의사들을 조사하였다. 조사내용으로는 일정수준의 재정지원이 있을 경우, 개보수 의사와 개보수 선호항목 등이다. 총 1,400만원을 이율 년 3.5%로 융자 지원할 때, 거주자의 53%가 개보수할 용의가 있다는 의사를 표시하였다. 또한 개보수 선호대상으로는 창호가 가장 높았으며, 일상생활에 불편을 주는 항목들은 현실적으로 개보수가 어려울 것으로 조사되었다. 본 설문조사는 공동주택에 대해서만 한정되어 있으며, 향후 단독주택에 대한 설문에 대해 추가 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.
