The production process of construction industry is different from thing of the general manufacturing, likewise various participants make temporary teamwork for success of the project through sharing of information. But, the each role of participants is Individually changed to step in construction process stage and moreover it has complicated, entangled interests. The CM(so it called Construction Management as an abbreviation word) system was inducted for the effective management and operation of construction project. The key of the CM success depends on the cooperative relationship relation to major participants. There are lots of studies and efforts for the performance measures of the CM, however existing performance index is only measured as the viewpoint of project owner. Therefore it needs to make up for balanced view through combination of the four-way view of participants. In this study, we should search for cooperative relationship of project participants, and then we should suggest to define the difference of project in their viewpoints.

In this study, we conducted the classification experiments with GMM (Gaussian Mixture Model) from combining the extracted features by using microphone, Gyro sensor and Acceleration sensor in 9 different environment types. Existing studies of Context Aware wanted to recognize the Environment situation mainly using the Environment sound data with microphone, but there was limitation of reflecting recognition owing to structural characteristics of Environment sound which are composed of various noises combination. Hence we proposed the additional application methods which added Gyro sensor and Acceleration sensor data in order to reflect recognition agent's movement feature. According to the experimental results, the method combining Acceleration sensor data with the data of existing Environment sound feature improves the recognition performance by more than 5%, when compared with existing methods of getting only Environment sound feature data from the Microphone.

인지의 주체로서 마음을 연구하는 인지과학은 인간 마음이 가지고 있는 본성을 탐구하고 인간이 가지고 있는 정보전달체계(information processing system)를 밝힘으로써 미를 컴퓨터에 응용하려는 것이 그 목적 중의 하나이다. 이러한 맥락에서 인식론도 어떤 명제를 믿는 것이 정당성을 갖느냐, 다시 말해서, 어떤 명제를 믿어야 하느냐는 규범적 문제보다는 실제로 우리가 어떻게 믿음을 형성하고 있느냐는 서술적인 문제에 중점을 두는 자연주의적 인식론이 큰 세력을 얻게 되었다. 자연주의적 인식론의 대두와 함께, 그것이 규범적인 문제를 다루는 전통적인 인식론과 이떠한 관계가 있는가에 많은 철학자들이 관심을 표명하였다. 그 중 콰인(W. V. O. Quine)은 자연주의적 인식론이 전통적인 인식론을 대체해야 한다는 급진적인 주장을 하였으며, 콘블리쓰(Hilary Kornblith)는 전통적인 인식론과 자연주의적 인식론이 같은 목표를 향한 다른 방법론을 쓰는 것이므로 적어도 전통적인 인식론자들은 자연주의적 인식론의 영향을 받아야만 한다고 단언하였다. 본고에서는 이 두 사람의 논증을 살펴보고 전통적인 인식론과 자연주의적 인식론이 얼마나 밀접하게 연결되어 있는가를 검토해 보기로 하겠다.

컴퓨터에 의한 한글정보처리의 주체는 한글이며, 객체는 그 처리도구인 컴퓨터라는 전제하에서 한글문자의 개별성에 의한 주체적 파악을 통하여, 한국어 정보처리에 최적한 코드로의 개선안을 제안한다. 개선안의 구체적 대상 범주로서 최근의 한국어 정보처리의 응용분야인 자연언어처리, 문자인식, 음성 인식 및 합성, 전자출판등이 점차 확대되어 가고 있다는 관점에서 보아서 기존의 코드가 가지고 있는 문제점을 분석하고 이들에 최적한 코드는 무엇이며 어떠한 성격을 가져야 하며, 그들이 기존의 코드가 중요시하던 처리효율이나 저장 효율의 문제에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 해당 알고리즘을 개발하고 이들에 대한 평가를 해보인다.

우리나라는 매년 홍수피해가 되풀이되고 있다. 홍수피해는 댐, 제방시설 등의 사전적 예방조치 이외에 보험을 통한 사후적 보상제도가 절대적으로 필요하다. 그러나 국내에는 아직 홍수보험제도가 도입되지 않고 있어 문제가 되고 있다. 피해자의 경우 정부로부터의 최소한의 복구지원금을 받고 있을 뿐이다. 이에 본 고에서는 국내 홍수피해 현황을 살펴보고 홍수보험의 도입방안을 제시한다. 홍수보험의 도입을 위하여 정부, 보험회사 및 주민의 인식전환이 필요하다. 참여주체별 역할에 대해서 살펴보면, 정부는 보험료 일부를 지원하여야 하며, 특히 거대보험사고에 대한 최종 지급보증(재보험회사 역할)을 하여야 한다. 그렇지 않으면 이익추구를 목표로 하는 보험회사가 거대위험에 대한 부담감으로 홍수위험의 인수를 기피하기 때문이다. 물론 보험회사도 홍수보험에 관한 한 어느 정도 사회공익적 차원에서 보험을 운영한다는 자세가 필요하다. 개인도 당연히 자신의 사유시설물에 대한 위험관리의 주체가 되어야 하며, 이를 위하여 보험료를 부담하겠다는 인식 전환이 필요하다.

This study purports to examine the potential determinants of welfare attitudes of Korean Youth. In a sense, this study could be considered as exploratory since the independent variables for model are chosen in a somewhat arbitrary manner. The independent variables are mostly value orientation of Youth. The welfare attitude is measured by the question asking respondent's nonnative idea on the primary care-giver in the old age. Data has been collected by National Youth Policy Institute as a part of research project, named "Korean Youth Development Indicators". The analysis shows that the welfare attitudes of Korean youth is influenced. by a number of factors. such as parent's education, a proxy for the parents' SES, attitude toward equality. and state's responsibility in general. The author contends that although this is an exploratory kind of study, this study contributes not only to the research in the field, hut also to the welfare policy-makers by providing generalizable outcomes on the value and attitudes of Korean youth on welfare issues. After all, policy needs public supports to be sustained.

The aim of this essay was to investigate Marlow's desire for constructing enlightenment subject of knowledge and power sustained by the collusion of imperialism and patriarchy in Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness. Marlow's narrative, based on his journey up the river in Africa to retrieve Kurtz, attempts to conceptualize himself as the subject of the enlightenment reason and rationality. In the novella, collusive network of ideologies of empire and gender contributes to the making of a Western Enlightenment subject. Marlow eulogizes himself for realizing the harsh realities of imperialism, political domination and economic exploitation of the natives in Africa. However, Marlow is a colonial subject who has been ruled by the hierarchical system of thought in the Western logocentrism. He is not aware that his narrative has already been infiltrated by the ideological discourse of the totalitarian enlightenment. His narrative in effect is not a self-congratulatory testimony to truth and realities but a narcissistic and self-defeating document. Marlow unconsciously employs the totalitarian ideologies of empire and gender in order to relegate the African natives to the inhuman existence and to consign women to the sphere of illusion.

This study is the subsequent full-scale research of a TV drama writer who has been out of scholarly pursuits as it explores in-depth Su-Hyeon Kim's underlying consciousness with focusing on her male characters of the and . Su-Hyeon Kim shows difference which clearly distinguishes a melodrama from a home-drama by her own self control, a rare case in TV drama genres. This study, in her distinguished melodrama, analyses the writer's more clearly ignited consciousness. This study enlarges the result of the precedent study by applying the same Lacan's theory to the male characters with the study's female characters. Lacan's concepts of sexual difference notes that the sexual differences is not the product of the fixed differences from the biological organs or the inequal system, custom, but that of the psychological, cultural causes. According to Lacan's sexuation theory, the male subject is an all 'fractured' one of subordinating to symbolic/phallic order by becoming a exceptional being of breaking the order through a fantasy despite his existence of subordinating the order. The writer conceives men and women as the 'same', 'privative', 'fractured' subjects who search for the impossible phallic jouissance in their own different ways, which is the same method of Lacan's. Also the gap of 20 years of two works marks the writer's change of male perspective, in which shows being more accepting, more sex-neutral to a man who can only enjoy the phallic jouissance through a fantasy, while a woman who can enjoy both of the phallic and feminine supplementary jouissance.

The purpose of this study is, first, to establish a theory about the conflict between sustainable tourism development and the restoration process of modern cultural heritage. Second, a research model is established through literature research, and the difference in perception between the local government (Incheon Jung-gu Office) and the local residents is analyzed. Third, based on the results of the analysis, we will present a conflict management strategy for sustainable tourism development in the modern hotel restoration project. If a conflict management strategy is presented based on the analysis results, first, a procedure to confirm whether the goal of development for sustainable tourism development and local residents is the same before the modern cultural heritage restoration project is necessary. Second, it is necessary to coordinate opinions on priority items among sustainable tourism development indicators during the modern cultural heritage restoration project. Third, in the modern cultural heritage restoration project, priority should be given to the change of awareness of the development subject rather than the change of awareness of the local residents. Fourth, in the modern cultural heritage restoration project, the development entity should attempt continuous dialogue and compromise in an effort to find an alternative that satisfies local residents. Fifth, in the modern cultural heritage restoration project, it would be effective to pay special attention to and focus on the part of 'adjustment of opinions' where the difference of opinion between the developer and the local residents is the largest.
