The purpose of this study was to discover who designed the common type and the individual type Goon office buildings in the Japanese colonial period, and to determine how the individual type's space-compositions were compared with the common types. The study used the literature research method. The method used an analysis of the digital images of the Goon office buildings kept in the national archive of Korea, the annotation of the images, the official documents between the Japanese government-general of Korea and To, the employee's registers of the Japanese government-general of Korea, and newspapers or journals from the Japanese colonial period. The designers of the common types were the engineers of the building-construction part in the Japanese government-general of Korea and also those in To. The space-composition of the individual types was similar to and also different from the common types at the same time, and the difference was attributed to the designers' ability and their preferences.

현재 국내 마리나시설은 법제도적인 제한으로 인해 공공이 개발주체가 되며, 해양레포츠 수요의 미온적 증가추이에 따라 독특한 공간구성 특징을 지니고 있다. 한국적 상황에 적합한 마리나클럽의 설게를 위해, 기존 마리나클럽의 사례분석과 플로팅 마리나클럽 설문조사를 토대로 한국형 마리나클럽 설계를 위한 스페이스프로그램을 기준을 정립한다. 이에 따른 스페이스프로그램 산정프로세스를 정리하고, 플로팅건축물 건립의 적지 중 하나인 새만금을 대상지로 한 마리나클럽의 스페이스프로그램을 제시한다.

In order to maintain the existence of a university in the era of infinite competition, it is actively promoting the establishment of a school dormitory, one of the welfare facilities, as a way to attract students who want to enter the university. In the past, university dormitories were built by the university and managed and operated on themselves, but recently, due to the poor financial situation of the university, university dormitories promoted BTL method that private construction company built dormitories and rented them for a certain period of time to manage and operate. J University has dormitories managed and operated by itself and dormitories managed and operated by entrusting the private sector. User satisfaction surveys are conducted on two dormitory facilities with different management and operation organizations, and the contents of the survey are compared and analyzed. This study is expected to be used as basic data when planning a dormitory remodeling project or a new dormitory establishment project in the future.

At the age of uncertainty, the contemporary architecture has been changed by various design approaches as a result of the development of the media. Especially, being issued Phenomenology by Merleau-Ponty the tendency of visual interpretation on the architectural space has been studied positively. This research is to understand a Phenomenological approach to design the interior and architectural space. The phenomenological architectural space is based on knowing about the perception from a body and experience as a contents of the world. The touch from the space designed by Phenomenological architectural express by various way of the Phenomenological light is one of the concept of Phenomenological experience.

This research conducts a comparative analysis of the perceived importance of advancing zero energy building certification from the viewpoints of two major stakeholders - designers and building energy assessors. Both groups prioritized the importance of policy, technology, education, incentives, and promotion respectively. For designers, enhancing energy efficiency standards, developing a skilled energy workforce, and implementing an office registration system emerged as critical factors in invigorating the certification process. The findings suggest potential avenues for the government to formulate realistic strategies for boosting the certification activity.

뉴미디어의 특성을 지니며 더욱 다양한 가능성과 관계를 열어나가게 된 오늘날의 현대 건축은 근대 이전의 구축적 양식 중심의 형식으로부터의 탈피, 디자인 분야의 심미적 발달, 자연 친화적인 관점으로의 발달, 그리고 무엇보다 인간 중심의 건축 발달 등으로 인해 구조, 실체와의 관련성 이외에 표면(surface)으로의 관심이 집중되면서 감상적인 공간 구조를 낳고 있다. 이는 표면이 공간적인 효과를 내는 표면을 통해 새로운 소통의 길이 열리게 되고 건축물 그 자체의 자율성을 표현하는 동시에 주변 컨텍스트에 동참하게 되므로 경계 영역으로서의 의미를 전달하는 인터페이스로 발전해 가고 있음을 시사한다. 또한 최근에는 더욱 적극적인 미디어 재료의 사용으로 건축의 표면이라기보다는 오히려 독립된 스크린으로써의 모습을 보여주고 있고, 그에 더해 다양한 미디어 아트 작업의 차용으로 표면의 스크린화는 더욱 진화하며 이전과는 또 다른 효과와 의미를 전달하고 있는데, 이는 공간 사용자의 능동적인 수용 형태를 인지하고 건축을 완성하는데 있어서 중요한 주체가 됨을 시사한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 건축 표면이 가진 인터페이스로서의 특성과 최근의 적극적인 미디어 재료 사용 및 미디어 아트 차용을 통한 다양하고 새로운 소통의 시도를 분석해 봄으로써 건축 표면이 가지는 더욱 넓은 범위에서의 가능성과 잠재력을 건축 그 자체가 가지는 특성 안에서 뿐만 아니라 수용자와의 상호관계 안에서 또한 연구해 보고자 하였다.

As the amount of construction information used in the growing construction field increases, the importance of efficient construction field management has been growing. Accordingly, this study aims to identifythe application situation and possibility of BIM through theoretical examinations and domestic & overseas case studies of BIM, and attempts to suggest an approach to the formulation of an efficient construction field management model through the implementation of phase-oriented and cooperation entity-oriented analysis in the construction field. In the future, the conclusions of this study should be used to formulate an actual construction field management model and apply it in the field.

플로팅건축은 기존 육상의 건축과 달리 다양한 주체와 복잡한 협업이 이루어지므로, 분야별, 단계별 협업에서 프로젝트 참여자들간의 긴밀한 의사소통이 요구되어 진다. 효율적인 정보관리를 위해 국내 외에서 이용되고 있는 BIM(Building Information Modeling)을 활용하면 플로팅건축 프로젝트의 효율적인 진행을 가능하게 한다. 설계프로세스별 정보수준에(LOI) 관한 기준을 정의함으로써 BIM기반 통합설계프로세스 진행시 단계별 적합한 정보를 제공하도록 하였다.

A construction supply chain needs an integrated information system, as the general contractor and subcontractors must communicate regularly with one another and share a substantial amount of information in their cooperative work. In the construction industry, supply chain management is necessary in the management of a system, including business process improvement, participant-oriented management, and the supply chain. This research proposed a supporting system and developed the prototype focusing on materials that play an important role in the supply chain. Construction projects are managed mainly through schedule management. As such, supply chain management should be linked with schedule management. The research implemented a prototype of the supporting system for construction supply chain management. The prototype was implemented in Microsoft Project using VBA, including a simulation tool based on @Risk for Project.
