  • 최근 서울에 자동차 보유 대수가 급증함에 따라 주거나 상가 밀집 지역에서 주차 문제는 갈수록 심화되고 있어 이에 따른 주차공간 확보 및 기존 주차 공간의 활용할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공유경제 개념을 도입하여 개인이나 단체가 소유하고 있는 주차 공간을 사용하지 않는 시간대에 주차 가능 공간을 다른 사람들과 공유할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 플랫폼은 웹, 안드로이드, 라즈베리파이, 데이터베이스로 구성되어 있으며 실제 주차장에 설치된 초음파 센서와 CCTV 이미지를 분석하는 OpenCV를 이용하여 현재 주차장의 사용 중인 공간과 비사용 중인 주차 가능 면수를 분석하고 분석한 정보를 사용자들에게 제공한다.

  • 현재 자동차 대수 당 주차면 수가 충분한 상황이지만, 외부인이 사용할 수 없는 허수 주차 공간이 대부분이다. 이에 본 논문은 불법 주정차의 원인을 비효율적인 주차 공간 활용이라 판단하였다. 아파트 및 상가 주차 공간은 출근 시간대에 여유 주차면 수가 급격히 증가하는데, 이 잉여 공간 중 일부를 외부인에게 공유하여 주차 공간을 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 한다. 애플리케이션 이용자는 원하는 주차장을 예약하고, 출입통제 자동화 시스템의 QR코드 인식을 통해 주차장을 사용할 수 있다. 전체적인 예약 시스템 관리는 웹 브라우저를 이용한다.

  • 현재 국내 자동차의 증가에 따른 주차 공간이 부족하여 주차문제가 사회문제로 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주차문제 해결을 위해서 스마트 공유 주차장 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 기존 주차장에 IoT 장비를 설치하고 운영하여 주차장 활용을 최대화한다. 시스템의 빠른 개발 및 활용도를 높이기 위해서 클라우드 플랫폼을 사용하며 사용자용 스마트폰 앱을 제공할 것이다. 사용자는 앱을 통해서 근거리에 있는 주차장을 선택하여 주차 자리를 예약할 수 있다. 논문에서 실제 주차장 공간에 IoT 장비를 설치하여 실험을 진행할 예정이다. 실험을 통해서 제안하는 시스템의 가능성을 검증할 것이다.

  • 자동차 보급률 증가로 인해 교통 혼잡, 불법 주정차 등의 사회적 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히 불법 주정차는 교통 혼잡, 주차 공간 부족 등 부가적인 문제를 발생시키고 있다. 따라서 각 지방자치단체에서는 불법 주정차 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 연구하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방안은 초기 비용 발생 및 인력 부족 등의 한계가 있다. 한편, 정보통신의 발달에 따라 공공 업무에도 대량의 공공데이터를 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 연구 또한 빅데이터 처리 플랫폼 부족 및 분석 시스템이 미흡한 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 불법 주정차 데이터와 같은 공공 데이터를 효율적으로 처리하기 위해, 주정차 단속 시스템을 위한 하둡 기반 대용량 데이터 관리 및 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 첫째, 주차단속을 수행할 때 주차단속 데이터를 하이브(Hive)를 통해 저장하고, 단속된 차량의 차주를 검색하여 단속임을 알리거나 과태료를 부과한다. 둘째, 웹 인터페이스를 통해 수집된 주차단속 데이터에 대한 다양한 분석을 수행하고, 분석된 데이터에 대한 R을 이용한 시각화를 제공한다.

  • Recently, with the development of Smart City Solutions such as Big data, AI, IoT, Autonomous driving, and Digital twins around the world, the proliferation of various smart devices and social media, and the record of the deeds that people have left everywhere, the construction of Smart Cities using the "Big Data" environment in which so much information and data is produced that it is impossible to gauge the scale is actively underway. The Purpose of this study is to construct an objective and systematic analysis Model based on Big Data to improve the transportation convenience of citizens and formulate efficient policies in Urban Information and Public Transportation accessibility in sustainable Smart Cities following the 4th Industrial Revolution. It is also to derive the methodology of developing a Big Data-Based public transport accessibility and policy management Platform using a sustainable Urban Public DB and a Private DB. To this end, Detailed Living Areas made a division and the accessibility of basic living amenities of Gwangju Metropolitan City, and the Public Transportation system based on Big Data were analyzed. As a result, it was Proposed to construct a Big Data-based Urban Information and Public Transportation accessibility Platform, such as 1) Using Big Data for public transportation network evaluation, 2) Supporting Transportation means/service decision-making based on Big Data, 3) Providing urban traffic network monitoring services, and 4) Analyzing parking demand sources and providing improvement measures.

  • It comes into the spotlight as the new Blue Ocean in which the connected car industry in which the car and mobile communication technology is convergence. All sorts of infortainments services connecting with the portable electronic device(Smart phone, tablet PC, and MP3 player) and car are rapidly grown. The Connected car emphasizes the vehicle connectivity with the concept that the car has communication with the around on a real time basis and it provides the safety and expedience to the operator and using the thing of Internet (IoT) in the car and supports the application, presently, the entertainment service including the real-time Navigation, parking assistant function, not only the remote vehicle control and management service but also Email, multimedia streaming service, SNS and with the platform. Intelligent vehicle network is studied as the kind according to MANET(Mobile Ad Hoc Network) for the safety operation of the cars of the road and improving the efficiency of the driving.

Character Recognition Algorithm in Low-Quality Legacy Contents Based on Alternative End-to-End Learning (대안적 통째학습 기반 저품질 레거시 콘텐츠에서의 문자 인식 알고리즘)

  • Character recognition is a technology required in various platforms, such as smart parking and text to speech, and many studies are being conducted to improve its performance through new attempts. However, with low-quality image used for character recognition, a difference in resolution of the training image and test image for character recognition occurs, resulting in poor accuracy. To solve this problem, this paper designed an end-to-end learning neural network that combines image super-resolution and character recognition so that the character recognition model performance is robust against various quality data, and implemented an alternative whole learning algorithm to learn the whole neural network. An alternative end-to-end learning and recognition performance test was conducted using the license plate image among various text images, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was verified with the performance test.

A Design and Implementation of Educational Delivery Robots for Learning of Autonomous Driving

  • In this paper, proposes a delivery robot that can be autonomous driving learning. The proposed robot is designed to be used in park-type apartments without ground parking facilities. Compared to the existing apartments with complex ground and underground routes, park-type apartments have a standardized movement path, allowing the robot to run stably, making it suitable for students' initial education environment. The delivery robot is configured to enable delivery of parcels through machine learning technology for route learning and autonomous driving using cameras and LiDAR sensors. In addition, the control MCU was designed by separating it into three parts to enable learning by level, and it was confirmed that it can be used as a delivery robot for learning through operation tests such as autonomous driving and obstacle recognition. In the future, we plan to develop it into an educational delivery robot for various delivery services by linking with the precision indoor location information recognition technology and the public technology platform of the apartment.

Factors Influencing the University Students' Satisfaction and Continuous use Intention on K-MOOC (대학생의 K-MOOC 만족도 및 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • This study investigated the factors affecting the satisfaction and the continuous behavior intention of university students on MOOC. Adopting a questionnaire, the study collected data from 177 students enrolled in K-MOOC classes as an extracurriculum in the university in metropolitan area. Results indicated the following. First, the university students' satisfaction and continuous use intention on K-MOOC are higher during the semester than in vacation. Second, the perceived ease of use, usefulness, and task-technology fit influence the users'satisfaction on K-MOOC. Meanwhile, the perceived ease of use, task-technology, and user satisfaction likewise influence the users'continuous behavior intention. Hence, the study proposes that the subject matter on K-MOOC and the amount of educational content be made diversified, and the period of K-MOOC be made similar with that of the regular semester. The platform should also be stabilized, and the adequacy in mobile environment be improved. To further activate K-MOOC utilization in the university, the depth of contents and interaction between professors and students also need to be considered.
