(An Integrated Development Environment for Automatic Design and Implementation of FLC) (퍼지 제어기의 설계 및 구현 자동화를 위한 통합 개발 환경)

  • 본 논문은 저비용이면서 정확한 제어를 수행하는 새로운 퍼지 제어기의 VHDL 설계 및 FPGA 구현을 자동적으로 수행하는 통합 개발 환경(IDE : Integrated Development Environment)을 다룬다. 이를 위해 FLC의 자동 설계 및 구현의 전 과정을 하나의 환경 내에서 개발 가능하게 하는 퍼지 제어기 자동 설계 및 구현 시스템 (FLC Automatic Design and Implementation Station :FADIS)을 개발하였는데 이 시스템은 다음 기능을 포함한다. (1) 원하는 퍼지 제어기의 설계 파라메터를 입력받아 이로부터 FLC를 구성하는 각 모듈의 VHDL 코드를 자동적으로 생성한다. (2) 생성된 각 모듈의 VHDL 코드가 원하는 동작을 수행하는지를 Synopsys사의 VHDL Simulator상에서 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. (3) Synopsys사의 FPGA Compiler에 의해 VHDL 코드를 합성하여 FLC의 각 구성 모듈을 얻는다. (4) 합성된 모듈은 Xilinx사의 XactSTep 6.0에 의해 최적화 및 배치, 배선이 이루어진다. (5) 얻어진 Xilinx rawbit 파일은 VCC사의 r2h에 의해 C 언어의 header 파일 형태의 하드웨어 object로 변환된다. (6) 하드웨어 object를 포함하는 응용 제어 프로그램의 실행 파일을 재구성 \ulcorner 능한 FPGA 시스템 상에 다운로드한다. (7) 구현된 FLC의 동작 과정은 구현된 FLC와 제어 target 사이의 상호 통신에 의해 모니터링한다. 트럭 후진 주차 제어에 사용하는 퍼지 제어기 설계 및 구현의 전 과정을 FADIS상에서 수행하여 FADIS가 완전하게 동작하는지를 확인하였다.

  • As the information & communication technique is growing rapidly and internet is widespread recently, a lot of life information systems are developing to provide various information related with our living space. Especially, to get the several real-time urban life information through the networking, the development of the system which integrates internet and GIS is proceeding actively. These systems give a variety of information; traffic information including bus route and parking lot, building information, welfare and medical and educational facilities information, the public office information such as the cityhall, the police station, the fire house and the entertainment place information such as the parks, the movies, etc. This study aims to construct the urban life information system with the multi-query module using Visual Basic, MapObjects IMS, SDE and Oracle, which can provide spatial and attribute information according to several events.

  • 최근의 차량 주차관리 시설, 출입통제가 필요한 장소 그리고 도로 방범카메라를 통한 단속 등 다양한 곳에서 차량 번호판 자동 인식 기술들이 활용되고 있다. 하지만 현재 사용되고 있는 LPR(License Plate Recognition) 시스템에는 많은 장비와 비용이 들어간다는 큰 단점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 컴퓨터와 최소의 카메라를 가지고 할 수 있는 기계학습을 통한 영상처리를 제안하려 한다. 먼저 딥러닝 프레임워크 중 하나인 YOLO(You Only Look Once) [4]를 활용하여 자동차의 번호판 부분의 영역을 검출하고 Grayscale를 통해 햇빛 또는 조명 등의 영향을 감소시켜 번호판의 특징을 보존시킨다. 전처리 작업이 끝난 후 번호판에서 숫자를 인식 하는 부분에서는 k-NN(k-Nearest Neighbor) 알고리즘을 사용하였으며 한글 문자 인식부분은 Template Matching을 이용하였다. 제안한 알고리즘을 사용하여 기존 LPR 시스템에서 획득한 차량이미지를 대상으로 시뮬레이션 한 결과 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있어 향후 연구 방향의 시스템 확장성의 가능성을 발견할 수 있었다.

Security Problem of National Major Facility's Parking Lot and its Improvement Method -Focused on Doonchi(Waterside) Parking Lot of National (국가중요시설의 주차장 보안의 문제점과 개선방안: 국회둔치주차장을 중심으로)

  • National Assembly is a constitutional institution that is required to first consult the will of the people and it should do its effort continuously so that security of citizens using parking lot would be enhanced at the same time while improving parking service in order to increase customer satisfaction of the people. Under this recognition, in this study, Doonchi parking lot of National Assembly under consigned management was first reviewed in a perspective of criminal prevention through environmental design(CPTED) and particularly, fence installation and reinforcement work for securing 'territoriality' and operation of all round shooting camera and installation of No-trespassing warning board at entrance were suggested. Second, it was recommended to change independent control system in which CCTV security system of National Assembly Doonchi parking lot is operated separately from National Assembly safety situation room and integrate it with National Assembly safety situation room(revised to double safety system) and performance of CCTV camera was made to be increased to over 2m. In addition, video recording mode was converted to NVR mode for application to IP camera in the future and in order to avoid dead zone of security monitoring area and based on site inspection result, addition 3 places of newly installing CCTV were indicated. Third, it was recommended to introduce parking fare billing and management system through unmanned equipment in parking lot management and operation.(specialized management of professional parking service provider was reviewed). By doing so, risk of cash handling by charging personnel was removed by reducing current 7 working personnel to 3 and particularly, by converting parking lot management mode being operated temporarily from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. at present to 24 hours operation mode and providing more specialized parking service, citizens visiting National Assembly were provided with convenience and image of National Assembly was also enhanced. This study was carried out in parallel with various literature and case studies, including data from the Office of the Defense Protection in the National Assembly.

  • Caliper intergrated Electric Parking Brake (EPB) is an automatic parking brake system, attached to rear caliper. Because EPB uses luxury vehicles recently, the drivers of vehicles are sensitive to the EPB noise. EPB is operated by the motor and gear, so noise is generated by motor and gear. In order to reduce noise, One of EPB manufacturers uses helical gear and changes the shape of EPB housing. But these methods are not optimized for reduction of interior noise. There are many noise transfer paths into vehicle interior and it is difficult to identify the noise sources. Therefore, in this study, we performed contribution analysis and modal testing in the vehicle system. It is possible to distinguish between air-borne noise and structure-borne noise in the vehicle interior noise by comparing interior noise peak with resonance mode map.

Study of Pre-ventilation Effects on the Cabin Thermal Load (주차환기 시스템이 차 실내 열부하에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The aim of this paper is to investigate the application of solar energy in reducing cabin thermal load. When a vehicle is parked under the sun in summer, the interior temperature can reach up to $70^{\circ}C$ depending on the solar intensity. Solar power, one of the green energies, is used in automobile air conditioning systems, in order to operate the blower. The power supply of a blower's voltage has been used in a solar sunroof experiment. At the climate wind tunnel, cabin temperature changes were conducted with various operating modes of an air handling system and the preventilation parking conditions of several vehicles, outdoors, was also examined. The test results of the solar sunroof, 39.3W power and 14.1% efficiency were obtained. The thermal load behavior was analysed with the air handling system operating mode differently according to the cabin temperature. By simply operating the blower, average cabin temperature decreased between $5^{\circ}C{\sim}10^{\circ}C$ in those vehicles parked outdoors in summer. This reveals that cabin thermal comfort can be improved without consuming the vehicle's extra energy, and that the performance of the air-conditioning system is better than those currently found in vehicles. Moreover, fuel economy will be increased as a result of the reduction in the use of the air-conditioning system, and many other human advantages will be gained. Such advantages include minimized VOCs and a healthy cabin environment.

Development and Evaluation of Automatic Steering System for Parallel Parking (평행주차를 위한 자동 조향 제어시스템 개발 및 성능평가)

  • This research is conducted to develop an automatic steering system for parallel parking, and the performance of the system was evaluated by parallel parking a conventional vehicle. The automatic steering system consisted of MDPS (motor driven power steering) to control steering, ESC (electronic stability control) to acquire wheel speed, ultrasonic sensors to recognize the parking space, and a controller to communicate and handle data. The parallel parking process using the automatic steering control consisted of parking space recognition, parking path generation, and parking path tracking. The path for parallel parking was generated based on a kinematic model of a conventional vehicle, and a PI controller was used to control the steering angle for path tracking. Parallel parking using the automatic steering control was conducted according to vehicle speed conditions. The results show that the errors on the x-axis and y-axis were below 0.54 m and 0.14 m, respectively, and the error on the steering angle was less than $1^{\circ}$. Therefore, it is possible to implement parallel parking using an automatic steering control system for conventional vehicles.

  • Recently, inn the ubiquitous home where a variety of home devices and sensors are inter-connected, various services can be provided through wired and wireless networks invisibly. The convenience of users can be maximized by using intelligent and adaptive interoperability technologies in the home. In this paper, it is designed u-apartment that connected parking system of intelligental form and medical service system based on USN environment with existing apartment. Intelligental form parking system is designed specific structure architecture for effective improvement of parking space and medical service system propose a design about health management of future. In this paper, we propose integrated u-apartment design with parking system and medical equipment using RFID system in ubiquitous environment.

  • 자동차 보급 증가로 인한 주차 공간 부족 문제는 불법 주정차 차량 발생의 원인이 되어, 교통 체증을 야기하는 심각한 사회문제가 되었다. 따라서 각 지방자치단체에서는 불법 주정차 문제 해결을 위한 법안을 마련하기 위해 노력하고 있으며, 불법 주정차문제를 해결하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 한편, 정보통신의 발달에 의해 데이터의 양이 매우 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있으며, 아울러 공공 데이터의 양도 매우 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 따라서 공공 빅데이터를 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 그러나 현재 공공 빅데이터 관리 및 분석을 수행하기 위한 효율적인 시스템을 구축하는 데는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 불법 주정차 데이터와 같은 공공데이터를 효율적으로 분석하고 효과적인 주 정차 단속을 위한 하둡 기반 불법 주 정차 데이터 관리 및 분석 시스템을 제안한다.

  • Recently most of the hand-held smart devices have WiFi communication facility. This makes WiFi AP(access point) popular and cheaper than before. These circumstance launches some services with AP providing location based services and device control services. In this paper, we propose a AP based control system. The control system consists of AP's, AP controller and Android application program. The AP can collect MAC address information of the associated smart devices and control connected devices. The AP controller maintains DB for smart device position information and device control information. Finally Android application program provides users location based service and device control service.
