An Analysis on the Users' behavior of the Parking Area for the handicapped (장애인전용주차구역제도의 이용행위 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is analyzes the violate behavior the Parking Area for the handicapped and monitor the management problem, therefore presents the improvement alternatives of it. We use the field interview survey method by visiting the government office of cities of 16, commercial facility, housings, medical centers, cultural and sports facilities, express highway rest area. We visited the 50 places and interviewed the 227 violating persons. As a result, violate behavior is divided into the not attachment of sticker on parking possibility and not accompaniment with walking disabled person. We presented the improvement alternatives for the lawful usage of the parking area for the handicapped. First, We have to magnify a recognition and a advertisement about the parking area for the handicapped. Second, We have to improve a management of expense, manpower and civil complains, etc. We have to prepare the legal revision which strengthens the concrete punishment for a violate behavior improvement.

  • 본 논문에서는 주차 시설 이용 현황 중에서 차량 번호판 조사를 통하여 평균주차시간과 주차 회전율을 구하도록 한다. 관찰하는 사람이 없이 카메라를 활용하고, 조사 시간에 일정한 간격을 주어 조사하도록 한다. 일정한 조사 시간 간격을 주차된 차량에 나눠주어 평균 주차 지속 시간을 구하도록 한다. 그리고 이렇게 하여 주차면 1개당 1시간당 주차 차량 대수인 주차 회전율을 구하도록 한다.

Development of Parking Space Forecast Model for Large Traffic-inducing Facilities Considering Surrounding Circumstance (주변 환경을 고려한 대규모 교통유발시설 주차면산정 모형개발에 관한 연구 - 판매시설을 중심으로 -)

  • With the rapid industrial development and national economic advance since 1970, the national income of Korea has sharply increased. As a result, issues regarding city expansion, urban concentration, increase in the number of registered motor vehicles, and increase in traffic have caused transportation issues such as traffic congestion and problems with parking. Especially, enforcement ordinances and rules have been established on installation and management of parking lots to solve problems with parking which are raised as social problems such as conflict with neighbors but the flexible calculation of legal parking space has the limitations because of the diversity and complex functionality of purposes of facilities. Accordingly, this study attempted to supplement such demerit of the parking space demand forecast method based on the legally required number of parking spaces and average unit requirement in the parking space supply. This study estimated the required number of parking spaces by analyzing existing literature, collecting field research data, and analyzing the factors that have an impact on the parking demand. Also, it compared the required number of parking spaces based on the average unit requirement as well as the required number of parking spaces by the forecast model based on the cumulative number of motor vehicles parked. The result was that the required number of parking space based on average unit requirement was less than the cumulative number of motor vehicles parked by 9.99%. Meanwhile, the required number of parking spaces by the forecast model was more than the cumulative number of motor vehicles parked by 4.37%. Therefore, it is believed that the parking space forecast model is more efficient than the others in estimating there quired parking space. The parking space forecast model of this study consider different environmental factors to enable practical parking demand forecast considering the local characteristics and thus supply the parking space in an efficient way.

  • 주차 관리원에 의한 주차요금 징수체계가 경영효율이 낮고 부조리의 발생요인이 높아 기계화설비의 도입에 의한 주차요금징수 자동화시스템으로의 변환이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 단문 서비스(SMS ,Wireless Short Message Service)와 개인 휴대 정보 단말기(PDA : Personal Digital Assistant)를 이용하여 광역에 걸쳐 설치되어 있는 주차 관제용 기계화 설비를 원격으로 관리하며 최소의 주차 관리요원으로 넓은 주차시설의 효율적인 관리를 가능하게 하는 기계화설비에 대한 원격관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • The parking area for the disabled is a parking facility for the pedestrian disabled and is a parking space for securing pedestrian safety passage for the disabled. However, due to the lack of social awareness of areas for the disabled, the use of parking areas is restricted, and violations such as illegal parking and obstruction of parking are increasing every year. Therefore, in this study, we propose a system to crack down on illegal parking in handicapped parking areas using the YOLOv5 model, a deep learning object recognition model to improve parking interference within parking spaces.

  • The ongoing development of Distriparks, the increase in workers inside the warehouses, and the growth in traffic volume have shifted the attention of the many D.C. operators on how to utilize their warehouse spaces more profitably and economically. A total of 550 cars and trucks are illegally parked at the distribution centers everyday. To meet these challenges, port authorities are looking closely at how they can establish effective countermeasures to solve this problem and satisfy customers of the Distripark. In order to answer these questions, this article sought to identity and analyze the current status of the illegal parking issues and main causes of that phenomena. In addition to summarizing an actual outcomes of the illegal parking problems, the research also examines the legal and practical countermeasures of this issues. Finally this research tries to find future solutions for ports in the Distripark development process, with particular reference to the legal and managerial aspects.

  • One way to increase public revenue from public parking spaces is by improving the way parking meters gather data. Improved parking meters have evolved that increase car park revenue as well as efficiency in service and operations. It provides parking meters with the capacity to provide real-time information. This information consist primarily of the status of parking spaces (it indicates which expired metered spaces have parked vehicles.) The technology consists of sensors located at meters that report on their condition (i.e. whether it is working or if it is expired). This information is processed by a microprocessor and then sent via an internal wireless modem to the server. This server then processes the information from all the parking meters and sends it to the public institution in charge of them. This system also provides verification of parking permits. For example, disabled people with special license plates can be automatically approved for parking in designated places.

  • Most of the Micro-mobility parking in Korea use Dockless system. However, Dockless can result in cluttering, infrastructure deficiencies, and safety challenges as has been observed in cities. It is necessary to introduce a Station Parking system in order to solve the drawbacks of the dockless, but the introduction without engineering has low accessibility and induces side effects. In this study, to decide optimal location about number of the Micro-mobility Station, we has been applied the MCLP model about the coverage range, usage demand, usage time in order to classify the type of Micro-mobility Station. For the MCLP, User Date input to reflect realistic demand in Bundang new town, Korea. The result show that the optimal number of facilities in 400 m was 146, and the coverage ratio was 99.83 %, which was most suitable coverage for solving the parking problem. We also classified the demand into 4 levels and the usage time into 3 levels, and by crossing them, we were able to classify the Parking lot types into 12 types. It is possible to propose strategic policies in the installation and operation of Micro-mobility Parking System.

Analysis of Characteristics of Loading and Loading Space in the Central Commercial Area (도심상업지역 가로에 있어서 하역의 실태분석과 하역주차공간 산정에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 부산시 도심상업지역 중 특히 노상에서 하역이 빈번하게 이루어져 교통상의 문제가 되고 있는 지구를 중심으로 하여 하역의 실태와 특성을 파악하고, 하역을 적절히 처리할 수 있는 필요 하역주차공간을 산정해 그 활용방안에 대해서 고찰을 행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 부산시 도심상업지역의 점포에서 반.출입되는 화물의 수송형태는 공동수송보다 개별적으로 수송되는 경우가 더 많았다. 도심상업지역의 시각별 순간노상주차현황을 보면 승용차의 비율이 높으나 화물의 반.출입에는 소형트럭이 가장 많이 이용되고 있으며 목적시설과 가까운 곳에 주차하려는 경향을 보이고 있다. 하역주차공간산정을 위해 대기행력 시뮬레이션 모델을 활용한 결과, 도심상업지역에 있어서 도로길이에 따른 불법주차 발생비율과 필요한 하역주차공간과의 관계를 명확히 할 수 있었다. 하역주차공간산정을 위해 대기행렬 시뮬레이션 모델을 활용한 결과, 도심상업지역에 있어서 도로길이에 따른 불법주차 발생비율과 필요한 하역주차공간과의 관계를 명확히 할 수 있었다. 한편, 무질서한 노상하역을 배제하기 위해서는 주차공간의 적절한 배치가 무엇보다 중요하며 또한 장기적인 안목에서 노외 하역주차공간의 확보 및 화물의 공동집배송 등에 관한 여구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • This study is to look into importance and achievement on awareness of creative musical audiences, who use SNS, by the use of Importance Performance Analysis(IPA), and to find ways to improve the recognition of creative musical by performance enterprise. In other words, the study is to discover choice attributes, that need to be urgently improved, which importance is rated high but which achievement is rated low. As a result, it is learned that composition of content(memorable dialogue), admission fee(ticket prices, charges of using additional facilities), theater(parking), composition of stage(acoustics of the stage), staff services(ticket box staff, usher, and etc. are should be properly controlled by staff expertise) need to be consistently improved. In addition, it is learned for SNS non-user group that choice items such as creative musical choice attribute(admission fee), composition of stage(acoustics of the stage), production(overall music from a musical), admission fee(ticket prices, charges of using additional facilities), and theater(parking) need to be improved.
