Based on the exploration of the reasons why Shunji Iwai is called "Wong Kar-wai of Japan", this paper compared and studied the image style of two directors films, and explored the theoretical characteristics of their similarities and differences, so as to provide inspiration for the development of Chinese national films. This is the purpose of this paper. Through the search of literature, cultural background analysis of the two directors, film style comparison and film aesthetics comparative analysis and other research methods, this paper made a more in-depth theoretical research on the films of the two directors. It was found that the films of the two directors showed the characteristics of narrative abstraction and image beautification, but there were also some differences in the choice of narrative subjects. The research of this paper provided a new train of thought and starting point for us to study and explore the films of two directors, and pointed out a new direction for us to explore the trend of national films.

In the 1980s, the rapid development of Hong Kong genre films began the myth of Hong Kong's New Wave films, which had a profound impact on Taiwanese films of the same period. Later, two leading film directors, Hou Xiaoxien and Edward Yang, appeared in the process of being influenced by Taiwanese film Ganyu Wave. In this paper, we conducted research on the art style, theme style, film language, and aesthetic narrative methods of films of Hou Xiaoxien and Edward Yang against the backdrop of Taiwan's New Wave era. In addition, the visual characteristics of Taiwan's New Wave films, and the two directors have drawn suggestions on Taiwan's new generation of directors and the Taiwanese film industry, and presented a colorful film creation scheme for the creation and innovation of the new generation of filmmakers.

Modern design has to be satisfied to user in various social class. Therefore a study of lifestyle is vary important as a basic of design. The logical starting point to grasp the user's needs is begun by consumer analysis. There are many methods of consumer analysis, In them, the study of lifestyle is extremely much used for understanding consumer who is classified with groups. Basic education of design have to teach knowledge and ability which is to be a groundwork for designer. The study of lifestyle is not a purpose itself but one of theoretical knowledge which is requested for design. By induding practical techniques and theory, theory can be achieved through practical techniques and the meaning of theory itself could be recalled. The value of this study is in the suggestion which is the way of approach to research and to study for oneself, by introduce the study through conceptual approach for lifestyle into basic design educational program. For the study of lifestyle, let students have the theoretical knowledge which is concept of lifestyle, modern social form, consumer culture, the way of using lifestyle and theorizing lifestyle, etc, And after, let students make teams for the study of lifestyle for oneself. Every team creates the subject and studies lifestyle of each social dass by the practical way such as Inquiry, observation and interview etc. As a result they have to make a report after the form of paper and let them have a presentation in each team. Students can understand lifestyle through this process not only theoretical but also practical and can be earned an ability for apply to business.

In the current economic situation of China, the leadership style and organizational commitment of employees has become an important topic. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among leadership style, employee empowerment and organizational commitment. And help leaders to understand which leadership style is more important and suitable for them, and to increase employees sense of identify of the organization and giving them more power so that they can work more effectively. To serve this purpose, this study conducted an extensive survey of IT companies in ShenZhen, China, and 403 valid data was collected. The research model was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. According to the result, leadership style has a profound influence on organizational commitment. And leadership style can also impact on empowerment. Employees' empowerment also significantly influence the organization commitment, and exist a mediating effect between the leadership style of organizational commitment. The results of this study provided a new reference and a more suitable leadership style for Chinese IT enterprises that transactional leadership is more effective than transformational leadership, and it is more effective to encourage employees with rewards.

Data warehouse is subject-oriented, integrated, non-volatiled data, and it used for OLAP(On-Line Analytical Processing) the extraction of information from making decision processing. In the present, lots of study have been devoted to multidimensional modeling between OLAP operator and star schema. In this paper, the design of using the snowflake schema for object-oriented conceptual relation is more extended than using drill-across operator. The object-oriented relation schema which was not applicable has been improved through the design.

A variety of searcher traits, characteristics, subject background and behaviors have been the subject of investigations exploring various hypotheses relating to searching performances. Previous studies have focused on searchers personal characteristics such as training, experience, subject knowledge, intelligence, cognitive style, attitude and searching style, Each of these factors is examined in this paper in order to find out searcher's personal characteristics affecting searching performance. Surprisingly, searching training and experience have not been found to influence searching performance. The hypothesis that intellectual ability correlates with the ability to online search seems to have little effect Various cognitive styles of searchers were tested to find out whether they relate to search results. Only FD/Fl cognitive style were found to be significant in relation to search results. Searchers showed a variety of attitudes about online searching. They revealed sensitivity toward searching charges. The attitude toward charges was reflected on the searching behavior. The sensitive searchers tend to conduct cost-effective searches, Searching styles of intermediaries were characterized as interactive and fast batch. It was found that experienced searchers prefer simple searches which do not explore the interactive capabilities of online system. In summary, previous studies have confirmed that there are apparently great individual differences among online searchers in searching behaviors as well as attitudes. But relationships between these individual differences and search performance were too weak to be significant.

최근 인터넷상에는 매일 방대한 양의 정보가 창출되어 유포되고 있으며, 수많은 정보 제공 사이트들이 늘고 있다. 이용자들은 필요한 정보를 찾고 활용하기 위해 야후(Yahoo), 알타비스타(AltaVista) 등 국외 검색엔진(search engine)들과 심마니, 미스 다찾니 등 국내 검색엔진 등 인터넷상에 운용되고 있는 이들 시스템들을 이용하고 있지만, 대부분의 시스템들은 자체 정보 제공보다는 로봇 에이전트를 이용하여 인터넷 사이트에 등록되어 있는 다양한 분야의 홈페이지 정보들을 수집/분석하여 관련 사이트를 연결해주는 방식의 메타 검색엔진들로서 불필요한 정보들까지 제공함에 따라 이용자들이 필요로 하는 정보를 찾기에는 너무 많은 노력과 시간을 소모하게 되는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 형태소 분석 및 시소러스 사전을 이용하여 검색의 정확성 및 재현율 향상을 고려하고, 주제어 중심의 불리언 검색뿐만 아니라 하이퍼텍스트 기반의 주제어 카탈로그 검색, 각기 다른 사이트의 검색엔진들로부터 질의한 결과를 통합하여 제공하는 지능형 통합검색, 이용자 프로파일에 근거하여 최신 업데이트된 정보를 주기적으로 제공해주는 맞춤정보서비스(Selective Dissemination of Information Service: SDI) 등을 통합한 인터넷 기반의 한글 정보검색시스템의 구현에 대한 내용을 기술하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to present basic data for hair color work plans that can consistently produce hair color design products for designers through analysis of gradient techniques among hair color design techniques. The research method was to select 10 photos of women that appeared in mass media from 2022 to September 15, 2023, extract color chips and RGB values using the Eyedropper Tool in Adobe Photoshop CS6, and convert the RGB values of the color chips into Munsell Conversion ( The data was converted into HV/C values of version 12.1.13a). Based on the extracted data, the gradient hair colors of female pop stars were analyzed by displaying the data on a color scale. As a result, in the I.R.I color scheme image scale, the image of female pop stars was more hard than soft. In addition, it was confirmed that the focus was on static rather than dynamic. Color matching images according to hair color were extracted with adjectives such as noble, decent, elegant, and subtle. Three hairstyles were created using this theme.

This paper mainly studies two films created by Huo Jianqi, Nuan and Postman in the Mountains, and analyzes the aesthetic style of Huo Jianqi's local movies in three parts. The first part deals with the characteristics of Huo Jianqi's local movies and discusses the theme selection, theme performance, character creation and emotional expression of the film. The second part elaborates Huo Jianqi's film and television works from three aspects: picture language, voice language and color language, which further reflects Huo Jianqi's aesthetic style. The third part analyses the puzzlement in the development of local films and how to develop them. With its unique oriental aesthetics, unique perspectives, unique rural scenery and characteristics, Chinese local movies have become the most representative of the overall level and style of Chinese movies. Chinese local film is the reflection and care of Chinese local culture, showing strong regional local culture, regionality is its distinct feature. Since the reform and opening up, with the changes of the times and the renewal of film directors, local films have shown distinct characteristics of the times. Through the analysis of Huo Jianqi's aesthetic style of local movies, this paper hopes to provide some valuable reference and inspiration for the development of Chinese local movies.
