A recent advance in communication technologies accelerates the spread of food safety issues once presented by the news media. To respond to those safety issues and take steps in a timely manner, automatically detecting related information from the news data matters. This work presents an AI-based system that detects risk information within a food-related news article. Experts in food safety areas participated in labeling risk information from the food-related news articles; we acquired 43,527 articles in which food names and risk information are marked as labels. Based on the news document, our system automatically detects food names and risk information by analyzing similarities between words within a text by leveraging learned word embedding vectors. Our AI-based system shows higher detection accuracy scores over a non-AI rule-based system: achieving an absolute gain of +32.94% in F1 for the food name category and +41.53% for the risk information category.

전지구화는 국제사회의 인구 이동을 더욱 가속화시켰으며, 한국도 이러한 변화로부터 예외가 될 수는 없었다. 한국은 국가의 경제 성장 및 발전을 위해 역사적으로 해외에 노동력을 수출한 경험이 있다. 그러나 1990년대 말부터 이러한 사회적 흐름이 바뀌었고, 국내에 거주하는 이주민의 수가 급증하였으며, 단일민족국가로서의 특징이 점차 변화하였다. 그러나 대중 매체를 통해 비춰지는 소수민족집단의 모습이 한국사회에 어떠한 문화적 및 정치적인 영향력을 행사하고 있는지 살펴볼 필요가 있음에도 불구하고 이에 대한 연구는 현저히 적은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 한국공영방송에 비춰지는 소수민족집단에 초점을 맞추어 실증적 분석을 통해 한국사회의 시대적 변화 속에서 공영방송이 인종적 소수자들을 구체적으로 어떻게 보도하는가를 밝히고자 한다.

오늘날과 같은 다매체 시대에서는 미디어의 형태(하드웨어)보다 미디어의 내용(콘텐츠)이 성패를 좌우한다고 해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 콘텐츠가 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 인기 있는 텔레비전 프로그램들은 국경을 넘어 공급되고 현지 시청자들에 맞게 각색된 이른바 '포맷'이라는 형태로 확산되고 있다. 이러한 포맷산업은 미국에서 시작되었지만 1990년대부터 유럽으로 주도권이 옮겨지게 되었고, 이후 "super-formats"에 의해 확고하게 자리잡은 산업이며 오늘날 연간 31억 유로로 추정되는 가치를 지니고 있다. 특히 2000년대 이후 세게 방송포맷산업의 중심지로 떠오른 영국의 사례는 문화콘텐츠산업을 육성하고자 하는 한국에 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 방송포맷산업의 역사를 연대기적으로 고찰하고 콘텐츠 강국으로서의 영국이 가진 산업적 배경을 살펴봄으로써 한국의 콘텐츠산업에 시사하는 바를 찾고자 함에 그 목적이 있다.

본 연구는 스스로를 단일 민족 국가라고 여기는 한국 사회가 민족적 우월성이라는 이데올로기와 인종적으로 계층화된 질서를 재확인 하는 도구로서의 미디어 담론을 어떻게 생산하는가에 초점을 두고 있다. 전세계적 공공 미디어 모델과 마찬가지로, 한국의 공영 방송은 계층, 나이, 인종, 성별, 이데올로기의 구분없이 공공의 경험과 의견들을 불편부당하게 재현해야 하는 의무가 있다. 이러한 책무에도 불구하고 한국의 대표적 공영방송 KBS는 한국 사회 내의 다양한 문화적 집단들을 공정하게 재현해 내는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 한국 공영방송에서 재현되는 이주민들에 대한 뉴스 제작 과정에서 1차적 게이트키퍼로서의 취재기자들을 인터뷰함으로써 이주민들과 다문화에 대한 그들의 인식과 평가를 분석하였다. 그 결과 KBS의 일선 취재기자들은 다문화와 이주민에 대한 정형화된 스테레오타입을 가지고 있었고, 이주민들과 관련된 기사를 생산함에 있어서 KBS 내부의 취재 관행에 크게 의존하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 디지털 방송 전환에 있어 가장 성공적인 사례 중 하나로 평가받는 영국의 Digital Switchover 과정을 분석하고, 이를 통해 향후 한국의 디지털 전환에 적용할만한 효율적 추진 방안을 검토해보고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 분석 결과 영국의 디지털 전환 사례는 체계적인 정부 정책과 관련 기관의 상호협력, 그리고 공공서비스방송의 역할에서 강점을 나타냈으며, 이를 토대로 구체적인 대국민 홍보와 지역별 순차적 전환의 효율성, 그리고 사회 계층 간 격차 해소를 위한 구체적인 지원책의 필요성 등의 시사점을 발견할 수 있다. 결론적으로 디지털 전환은 정부의 정책과 방송사의 기술적 준비만으로 이루어지는 것이 아니라 국민들의 자발적인 참여가 수반될 때 비로소 완성되는 것임을 정부와 방송 관계자들이 인식하고 국민들과의 커뮤니케이션에 집중해야 한다.

본 연구는 디지털 미디어 환경의 급속한 변화 속에서 민주주의 사회의 대표적 공론장이라 할 수 있는 공영방송 뉴스의 도전 과제를 진단하고, 전 세계에서 가장 성공적인 공영방송 디지털 정책으로 손꼽히는 영국 BBC에 대한 사례연구를 통해 현실적인 대안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 연구결과 영국 BBC의 Digital First 전략은 근본적인 뉴스 형식의 변화를 추구함으로써 콘텐츠에 대한 혁신이 동시에 이루어졌다. 또한 소셜미디어와 동영상 콘텐츠에 대한 수용자들의 필요를 선별적으로 분석하여 선택과 집중 전략으로 접근한 점도 흥미로웠다. 마지막으로 연령대별 뉴스 시청 행태를 분석해서 맞춤형 디지털 콘텐츠를 제작하는 것 역시 한국 공영방송에 시사하는 바가 크다. 이상의 사례들을 통해 연구한 바들이 한국의 공영방송에서도 정책적으로 반영되기를 기대한다.

Generally, noise from a indoor air conditioner has been measured by overall sound pressure level, dB. Customers evaluation, however, of the noise from an air conditioners should not be depend on the only overall level but also the sensory feeling. Moreover, in this sensory evaluation, irregular, time-varying and uneven sounds which are difficult to describe itself by overall level are more affectable. Unfortunately however the formal evaluation method for this kinds of noise is not determined yet. In this research, the evaluation method for tonal noise, which is one of the unmeasurable sounds by overall level, is proposed to evaluate its acceptability based on the consumer's sense of hearing. To consider the consumer's sense, several times of Jury evaluation are carried out. The proposed approach could be applied to the other sound, which acoustical characteristics are similar to the tonal noise .

Controlling the cure depth of the Fa1260T photopolymer enhances the quality of a microstructure and minimizes its size in microstereolithography. In this work, variation of cure depth of the Fa1260T photopolymer is investigated while the concentration of a photopolymerization inhibitor as a radical quencher was varied. The energy source inducing photopolymerization was a He-Cd laser and a motorized stage controled the laser beam path accurately. The effects of process variables such as laser beam power and scan speed on the cure depth were examined. Optimum conditions for the minimum cure depth were determined as laser power of 230 W and scan speed of 40-50 m/s at the concentration of the radical quencher of 5％. The minimum cure depth at the optimal condition was 14 m. The feasibility of the fabrication of microstructures such as a microcup, microfunnel, and microgrid of 100 m size is demonstrated using Super IH process.

EMI 필터 설계 시 주로 사용되는 공통모드 초크의 경우 자화 인덕턴스로부터 공통모드 노이즈 감쇠를, 누설 인덕턴스로부터 차동모드 노이즈 감쇠를 기대할 수 있다. 이때, 누설인덕턴스가 너무 클 경우 차동모드 노이즈 감쇠에는 우수하지만, 전기/전자제품이 슬림화됨에 따라 공통모드 초크의 누설 자속과 전원공급기를 덮고 있는 금속덮개 사이에 자계 간섭에 의한 진동/소음문제가 발생될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 누설자속을 조절할 수 있는 공통모드 초크의 코어형상 및 권선기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 진동 및 소음을 제어할 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있다.

Monte-Carlo simulation technique has advantages over deterministic simulation in various engineering analysis since Monte-Carlo simulation can take into consideration of scattering of various design variables, which is inherent characteristics of physical world. In this work, Monte-Carlo simulation of steady-state cornering behavior of a truck with design variables like hard points and busing stiffness. The purpose of the simulation is to improve understeer gradient of the truck, which exhibits a small amount of instability when the lateral acceleration is about 0.4g. Through correlation analysis, design variables that have high impacts on the cornering behavior were selected, and significant performance improvement has been achieved by appropriately changing the high impact design variables.
