상업지역 내 초고층 주거건축의 주동배치방식에 따른 수평적 개방성 비교연구 - 대구지역 사례 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study on the Horizontal Openness of High-rise Residential Buildings in terms of Building Arrangement Type - Focused on the Cases in Daegu -)

  • Openness to outside is one of the most critical advantages for high-rise buildings. However, the effect of openness can be decreased if it is blocked by other high-rise buildings, especially built within the building complex of commercial district. The purpose of this study is to identify the horizontal openness of high-rise residential buildings by comparing 3 different cases of building arrangement type. A new method of evaluation has been introduced on the basis of distance to measure the openness including the matter of securing privacy. As a result of this study, comparative analysis was possible and relatively plentiful results of analysis could be drawn out. Through the process of analysis, this study set the evaluation indicators suitable to the analysis of openness of unit households. Thereby, the results of this study are expected to be used as useful basic data in planning high-rise mixed-use buildings.

공동주택 주동 배치유형에 따른 주거환경성능 평가에 관한 연구 - 일조 및 조망환경성능 평가를 중심으로 - (A Study on the evaluation of the Residential Environment Efficiency by Arrangement of Multi-Family Residential Buildings - focused on the evaluation of daylight and view environment -)

  • To make a prediction for a change of residential environment caused by the building code in Seoul which includes loosening the distance between multi-residential buildings, proposals of the four main building arrangements by analyzing examples were selected and then, amount of daylight and view efficiency were analyzed and presented through computer simulation for the proposals. In the result of the analysis, there was a difference among the arrangements but, when the distance between buildings was applied 0.8H as the least, residential environment like daylight and view efficiency per unit significantly decreased in quality. Particularly, for the middle stories(6-15) and the high stories(16~24), when the distance between buildings decreased from the current measurement, 1.0H, to 0.8H, the analysis indicated that 28% of daylight and 7% of view efficiency were reduced. In the building arrangements, an order of the best residential environment was followed in this sequence; balanced arrangement of flat type as the best, combined arrangement between L-shape and tower types, balanced arrangement of tower type, combined arrangement between flat and Y-shape types, grid arrangement of flat type, and combined arrangement between Y-shape and tower types as the least.

  • To cope with the serious housing shortage arising from rapid urbanization and industrialization, residential communities were constructed to meet the growing demand for housing. However, mass construction of these residential communities unavoidably resulted in uniformity standardization. In particular, for high rise apartment blocs using the ground floor as the center of the lower levels housings has raised problem of sunshine, airing, privacy. The research which it sees as the house low evaluation it is coming to become it plans a public facilities on lower levels of the building which keeps the quality which the ground connection and human scale back separates as, to solve the problem point of the lower levels house and the resident collective life which is smooth becomes accomplished.

공동주택단지 보행공간의 주민만족도 분석 (Analysis of Residents' Satisfaction for the Pedestrian Space of Multi-family Housing)

  • This research analyzes the residents' satisfaction for the pedestrian space of multi-family housing based on quality index. For this purpose, nine apartment complexes which were built after 2000, are selected and examined by user characteristics of composition factors of pedestrian space. This research also compares residents' satisfaction by evaluation factors of walking environment. The resident survey reveals that the composit type of apartment gives the highest satisfaction to residents followed by a courtyard type, and a straight type the last. In particular, residents show high satisfaction to pedestrian-only space in the case of the composit type of apartment building. The most important factor of walking environment on residential satisfaction is the separation of car and pedestrian path of main entrance. Above all, suitability of construction laws and regulations should be reviewed for safer and more amenable walking environment.

공간구문론 분석에 의한 아파트 주동형식별 공간배치 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Configuration Characteristics of the Apartment Building Type based on the Space Syntax Analysis)

  • This paper deals with the spatial configuration of the unit floor plan based on the apartment building type. It is generally agreed that various apartment building types were organized by diverse apartment unit floor plan. The reason behind this diversity, apartment unit plan are affected by the environmental condition and the diverse spatial composition of the unit floor plan. Apartment building types were classified by the similarity of the justified-graph type. This types classified into two category; One core type which were classified by the shape of the core, and multiple core type which were compounded by more than two core. These categories divided into 5 types, and 2 types. Each types were compared in view of the mean depth, relative asymmetry, integration value. Consequently, these types could be classified in the number of the unit floor plan. It is profitable to 3 unit types which was analyzed in view of an indicator of the spatial configuration. Therefore, 3 unit types is favorable to the composition of the apartment building types.

  • Rapid urbanization resulted in expansion of urban area and increase of population bringing deepened housing shortage. Supply-oriented housing policy made apartment a representative residential space in Korea in spite of the short history of apartment. This study analyzed the shape and arrangement of main building by year and the microclimate in the complex depending on the number of floors. The purpose of this study was to present the basic data in developing apartment complex to solve problems like the stagnation of pollution source and the rise of temperature due to the declined ventilation in apartment complex, and the worsened urban heat island phenomenon due to the impeded flow of wind. This study rearranged the shape and arrangement of main building by year and the tendency of the number of floors by year in the process of change, by generalizing the process of change of apartment complex, a representative modern residential space through preliminary research. Based on it, 8 object lot by age was selected and simulated by using Envi-met. Simulation identified that the change of apartment complex takes place having a positive effect on microclimate in the apartment complex and the microclimate in the apartment complex is influenced a lot by the shape of complex. If in future apartment complex plan, a systematic legal criteria of design is made about the shape and arrangement of main building, it might have a positive effect on the improvement of microclimate in the apartment complex, a representative residential space in Korea.

  • Natural ventilation is an effective method for improving IAQ(Indoor Air Quality) and removing heats in buildings. In oder to use natural ventilation, many factors such as wind pressure around the buildings and possibility of air intake on different shapes need to be known. On this paper, the natural ventilation performance in multi-housing units of tower-type buildings was investigated. Tower-type multi-housing buildings are recently more and more constructed for they may change urban landscape and get more openness in multi-housing site. However, such housing buildings have problems with natural ventilation because of the various directions of the building units. The purpose of this paper is to find the proper building direction regarding to wind direction in order to optimize air intake in every units in the building.

  • 본 논문에서는 도심형 근거리 전기자동차의 구동을 위한 통합형 전력변환장치 개발에 대해 소개한다. 차량 구동용 유도 전동기 제어와 주동력 배터리 충전 및 전장배터리 충전의 기능을 가지기 위하여 MCU(Motor Control Unit), OBC(On-Board Charger), LDC(Low Voltage DC-DC Converter)를 적용하였다. 각각의 전력변환장치들 사이에 불필요한 커넥터를 없애고 단일 방열판 위에 각 요소부품을 배치하여 하나의 통합된 기구 물 위에 모든 기능을 발휘하도록 통합형 전력변환장치를 개발하였다. 개별 기능을 가지는 MCU와 OBC, LDC의 단품 성능시험을 거친 후 실차에 장착하여 차량모터제어 및 배터리 충전을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 GaN FET과 같이 고주파 스위칭이 가능하나 턴-온 문턱전압이 매우 낮은 전력반도체 소자의 안정적 구동을 위해 기생성분을 최소화 할 수 있는 PCB Layout 설계 방법에 대해 고찰한다. PCB Track의 길이 및 배치에 따른 기생 인덕턴스 등의 기생성분을 정량적으로 분석하고, Faulty 턴-온에 가장 직접적인 문제를 야기하는 ac-loop 인덕턴스 최소화 설계 방법을 제시하며 실험으로 검증한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 3차원적인 일조 프로그램을 이용하여 판상형과 탑상형의 기존 아파트 단지의 일조 현황 실태를 일차적으로 분석하고 일반적인 주택 배치를 현행주택법을 적용하여 단지계획을 하는 경우에 일조 상태가 어떠한지를 비교 분석하였다. 그동안 우리 아파트 계획의 대부분을 이루어 온 판상형 아파트 단지가 나름의 장점을 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 일조, 조망 그리고 경관이 건축적, 도시관점에 많은 문제점을 노출시켜 왔다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 판상형과 탑상형의 일조 특성에 따른 장단점과 일조관련 현행 법 규정의 한계를 분석, 파악하고 판상형의 일조적 단점을 보완해줄 대안으로서의 탑상형 아파트의 계획 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 다만 본 연구의 범위가 한정되어 분석된 결과이므로 탑상형의 일방적인 계획이 아닌 판상형의 장점과 탑상형의 장점을 살린 주동 계획의 연구, 또한 탑상형의 주동 평면 형식별로 다양한 비교 연구를 통하여 일조, 조망, 도시경관을 적극적으로 고려한 계획적 연구가 필요하다고 본다.
