최근 다양한 가족유형이 일반화되어가면서 현재 웹상의 주거공간 설계에 대한 전반적인 재검토와 함께 다양하게 표출되는 사용자 요구에 충족할 수 있도록 새로운 형식의 주거 공간 리모델링 제안이 이루어져야 할 시점에 이르렀다. 이에 거주자 생활 패턴 변화에 대응하는 주거 공간의 제안과 웹 구조상치 설계 및 리모델링의 과정이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 -인터넷 기반 가상아파트 리모델링 지능형 서비스 시스템- 사용 시나리오와 프로토타입을 제시하여 리모델링 자동 내역 산출을 위한 시뮬레이터 디자인을 연구하였다. 연구는 크게 네 부분으로 구성되어진다. 먼저, 문헌 연구를 통하여 리모델링의 범위 및 유형 분류로 가능하게 된, 전반적인 리모델링 개념과 기존 범람되어지고 있는 용어들을 정리하였다. 두 번째로 본 연구의 기본모델인 아파트의 공간 가변화를 고정 요소와 가변 요소로 분류하여 실제적 가변벽체의 적응성과 유연성을 살펴보았다. 세 번째로 현장 공사단계의 시뮬레이션을 위한 상담, 마감재, 가견적, 실견적의 데이터베이스화 과정이다. 그 데이터베이스는 다이아그램 계층구조와, 모델을 리모델링 할때 생성되는 일위대가 및 물량 산출 내역 근거표에 기초하여 소개되었다. 마지막으로 기 개발된 시스템을 활용하여 리모델링 시뮬레이터의 시스템 구조도와 사용 시나리오를 제시하였다. 그리고 그 시스템의 디자인 대안을 탐색하고 표현하기 위한 수단으로 프로토 타입을 제작하여 기존 온라인 프로그램 인터페이스의 효율성을 증가시키고 정보 누락의 문제점을 개선하였다.

입체녹화가 도시환경을 향상시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 알려지면서 친환경 건축물의 새로운 대안으로 부각되고 국내적용에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요해지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내외 건축물 준공사례를 대상으로 건축물 내 외부에 반영되고 있는 입체녹화의 공간특성을 조사하고 구성체계 및 디자인요소를 분석하여 친환경구성을 위한 부문별 디자인 적용요소의 발전방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 분석결과, 입체녹화는 건축물 내 다양한 외부공간을 증가시키기 위하여 대형화하는 고밀도 개발형태를 보이며 초기에는 전시, 교육 등 공공시설이 많았으나 최근에는 공동주택 사례가 증가하고 있다. 공동주거 Unit에 다양한 근접공간을 도입하고 사적 공간에서 독립적인 녹화공간을 제시하는 등 거주자의 선호조건에 따라 선택적으로 근접공간을 이용하도록 계획하는 방법은 일률적인 국내 공동주거의 디자인을 지양하고 거주자의 다양한 행위를 유도할 수 있다. 새로운 공간분위기와 다양한 옥외공간으로 인한 커뮤니티 장소들은 사회적 상호 작용을 통해 공동주거의 생활패턴을 변화시키고 새로운 마을공동체를 조성하는 방법이 될 것으로 판단된다. 또한 대지의 환경특성을 적극적으로 반영하고 건축물 형태에 자연지형과 경사로를 이용하는 경향을 뚜렷이 보이고 있어 외부공간 환경조성 디자인요소에 대한 후속 연구도 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the cognition differences of home interior remodeling and preference of mass media among consumers and analyze relationship between remodeling perception and mass communication. The data are collected through questionnaire surveys, which included demographic information and preference of remodeling, mass communication from adult consumers who live in Seoul. 223 samples are collected, and are analyzed by using SPSS-WIN program. The major results are as follows: Most of the media are preferences above the average. TV media is a leading mass communication, which has an effect of most consumers. Internet business preference is found at young, male, white color business group and small family. Remodeling has been a strange word with consumers, but now on its needs are spread among the public that is provide to solve the problem which were found in their home on the influence of mass communication.

Family day care centers, in apartment complexes, which are popular in korea, have merits as day care centers for young children due to their homey environments, closeness to children's homes, and available outdoor playground utilizing open space in the complexes. Thus, It is great potential to develop design guideline of family day care in apartment which are in demand now, The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for develop of design guideline family day care center. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate important the point of issues that influence the development of design family day care center. The study of the point of issues are environment behavior, Murtha & Lee' User Benefit Criteria, and Pattern theory. As a result, this study provide basic data of develop design guideline of family day care and important data of next study.

A change is performed in socially a lot of places by elevations about the quality of life. Most construction balls are created mainly to spaces for an individuality or a specific community, but a space for public convenience is the situation that will gain gradually. While these public space increases, there is a public toilet to an increasing trend too. Think about Cubic Puzzle that it is one total space, and put one function to each Module. The small-scale Cubic space achieves a lot of changes by any energies, and a small-scale space compounds through energies to affect mobile and expansion, and the changed Cubic space does diversification of suitable mobile toilet space configuration to a local need in order to look.

The current environmental issue is how a dwelling adapts into a given climate in which the design is applied by ecology without damaging the natural environment. In another word, the main issue in the twenty first century will be how we meet the human needs to dwellings applied by the residential environment. Therefore, we have to provide a hospitable place for residents' mental and physical health through "Green Design," emerging as the critical design of urban collective dwellings. Based on these conceptions, the purpose of this study is to suggest the way of designing the urban collective dwelling applied by ecology, proffering wealthy life style to residents with the preservation of natural environment as applying an ecological concept into the design of collective dwellings that represent a contemporary housing type for urban residents. In order to design the urban collective dwelling applied by ecology, this study introduces the outdoor design in friendly surroundings, the collective construct of a delightful housing, and the organic connection between inside and outside rooms.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyse the characteristics and images of interior environment design in the living rooms, bed rooms and kitchen of the apartment, using the e-model houses of the apartments that will be constructed by 10 construction companies and be occupied after 2006. The 29 defined terms were used in this study to describe the interior image trend. They were systematized by a 5-point scale for the SD evaluation, and were used as a tool to analyse the images. The images were evaluated by methods, such as monitoring the image photos showing the individual rooms in their e-model houses and making their slide film, and reediting them to understand interior atmospheres completely. The image evaluation was performed by the group of 2nd and 3rd year students in the Housing & Interior Design of D University on December 9, 2005, and the data were analysed using SPSS Statistical Program 12.0 for Windows.

This study investigated the architectural characteristics and preservation status of traditional houses, designated as cultural assets in Jecheon. It aimed to provide basic information for cultural assets preservation policy in Jecheon by finding architectural characteristics of traditional houses. This study was conducted using the research methods of the existing literature and field survey to compare a current status of traditional houses. The result are as followings. Firstly, measures to protect the archetype of traditional houses are urgently needed. For systematic maintenance of local cultural assets, the relevant informations have to be constantly updated with ongoing management. Secondly, the site of traditional houses show the typical appearance of Baesanimsu(背山臨水). They were built with the hill or mountain in the north and agricultural land in the south. Types of placement are mostly closed type of 'ㅁ' shape. Thirdly, An-chae is found various type of 'ㄱ' shape, and Toet-khan was developed. Lastly, Sarang-chae is a mostly type of 'ㄴ' shape, and the traces of confucian thinking is found in floor plan.

This study is aimed to propose the evaluation model of forecasting visual quality of apartment buildings, which would be a useful tool to make the architectural concepts corresponding to user needs. This study was carried out through the four-step experiments as follows. The first step is to take the user's visual evaluation construct. To do this, the 22 adjective phrases were extracted, which were applicable to all apartment buildings. The second step is to analyze the user's visual preference, which is measured by the user's psychological quantity on the apartment buildings by S. D.(Semantic Differential) Method. The third step is to analyzethe five psychological-factors obtained from the Factor Analysis. The perceptual images on the 41 experimental subjects were checked up through evaluating and analyzing the factor scores of each subjects for each psychological-factor. The fourth step is to analyze, the similarity of various characters in a building, which is mirrored on the user's psychological quantity and how buildings are grouped by it.

This study describes development process of residential architectural space in the Richard Meier's residential works through chronological analysis. By analyzing house layout, floor plan, elevation, materials and colors and light entering of his residential works, changes in his architectural space has been studied. Richard Meier's early work is designed as three-dimensional shape, and places emphasis on geometric form. However, recently completed residential works by Richard Meier focuses on the horizontal sun shading louvers, which has ability. In addition, teak and a special UV protective glass are used to control natural environment. Through this research, it was found that Richard Meier has maintained his architectural language in terms of the design layout of the house and planar with colors that appear on the initial project. Using light input methods and materials used for active development, it was found that many design elements were applied and developed.
