The Evaluation of the Purchase Social Housing on the Characteristics of Location and Housing in Busan (부산지역 매입임대주택의 입지 및 주택 내·외부 특성에 따른 주거평가 분석)

  • This study aims to analysis of determinants of the residents satisfaction of purchased rental housing and currently being implemented policy of supporting low-income families are empirically evaluated through the residential evaluation of purchased rental housing residents. Purchased rental housing users are possible to live in currently residing community consistently, have advantages for fewer problems of the phenomenon of social isolation, exclusion and preventing slumism of low-income families, are expected to increase in the future. First of all, the characteristics of residential environment, housing expenses and a head of household were examined for the residential environment evaluation of the residents of purchased rental housing, on the basis of this, the characteristics of internal and external house and residential location are examined each for the determinants of the residential environment satisfaction of purchased rental housing. The variables that affect residential satisfaction according to residential location are public facilities, educational facilities and welfare facilities respectively. In particular, the higher the satisfaction of access to welfare facilities, the higher the satisfaction of residential location of purchased rental housing was analyzed. The variables affecting the residential satisfaction according to the internal and external characteristics of house are significant in window status, cracking, heating facilities, housing scale and management.

  • 본 논문에서는 3D 콘텐츠 가상현실 체험을 통하여 단순한 환경교육이 아닌 조선시대의 자연환경과 주거환경을 오늘날의 모습과 비교 체험하면서 사용자 스스로 자연환경과 주거환경의 변화를 인식하도록 도움을 주어 환경에 대한 인식을 변화시키고자 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 토양오염에 대한 3D 콘텐츠를 개발하여 실험 평가 및 분석을 하였다.

A Study on the Factors Affecting Residential Satisfaction of Immigrant by Public Land Development (공영개발에 의한 이주민의 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study conducted a survey 361 immigrants by Cheongju Yullyang II Land Development Projects of Chungbuk, Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Projects and analyzes the factor which affects their residential satisfaction. The result of study is as follows. The level of subjects' residential satisfaction is 5.35(SD=1.33) which is average. By looking the level of related factors which affect residential satisfaction, the levels of facilities region and residential environment region are normal. The levels of housing environment and trust of development are lower than the normal. To figure out the factor which affects residential satisfaction, a regression analysis is conducted. The result showed that age of research subject, family type, residence period, physical status, owner or renter, housing environment region, facilities region, residential environment region, and trust of development among factors related to residential satisfaction affect the residential satisfaction. Based on these results, several ways are suggested to improve residential satisfaction of the immigrants.

  • 본 연구의 목표는 예비 노인층의 라이프스타일을 파악하고 유비쿼터스 주거환경에서의 디자인 요구특성을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법은 문헌조사와 심층면접, 웹서베이로 이루어졌고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체적, 경제적, 사회적 상황에 따라 6개의 라이프스타일 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 둘째, 신체적, 경제적, 사회적 상황이 가장 높은 유형 5가 가장 많은 비율을 차지하고 있었다. 셋째, 고령친화 유비쿼터스 주거환경 디자인 요소에 대한 요구도는 라이프스타일에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 넷째, 본 연구를 통해서 파악된 고령친화 유비쿼터스 주거환경에 적용가능한 디자인 지침들은 단계적으로 적용시킬 필요가 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

수중주거공간계획을 위한 수중 Habitat 사례분석 연구

  • 거주공간은 외부 환경으로부터 거주자를 안전하게 보호하고 사람의 생존을 위한 기본적인 환경을 갖추어야 한다. 또한 사회적 소통과 활동, 그리고 보다 안전하고 쾌적한 생활(업무 등 목적 행위 포함)을 보장할 수 있어야 한다. 수중주거공간은 일반적인 거주환경과 다른 극한 환경이며, 입지에 따른 고립과 공간 활용의 제한이 있다. 따라서 수중주거공간의 거주성 확보를 위해 공간설계기술 및 관련 기준 개발이 필요하다. 수중 habitat 프로그램은 1962년부터 1977년까지 선진국 17개국이 총 65개 수중거주공간을 해저에 설치하고 운영한 것으로서 수중주거공간에 대한 많은 데이터를 축적하였다. 이 연구에서는 수중 habitat 프로그램의 사례를 분석하고, 특성을 도출하여 수중주거공간 계획에서 고려해야 할 요소를 정리하였다.

  • 본 연구는 '소비자중심'의 주거문화를 모색하기 위해 한국사회 신세대소비자의 주거 가치와 관련요인에 대해 수도권의 20~35세 남녀를 대상으로 자기기입식 질문지를 이용하여 실증연구하였고 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 14개 주거가치에 대해 전반적으로 중요 하다는 응답이 대부분이었다. 둘째, 주거가치의 요인분석결과 4개 특성이 추출되었고 두 맥 락으로 접근할 수 있었다 하나는 후기 산업사회로의 발전과 함께 중요하게 인식되는 주거가 치특성으로 외부환경의 편리성과 인간성 회복 인접환경의 안전과 프라이버시 내부환경의 편 리성과 아름다움을 중시하는 주거가치가 이에 속한다. 이주거가치들은 신세대소비자에게 매 우 강하게 형성되어 있었으며 공통적으로 신세대가치관이 강할수록 더 강한 것으로 나타났 다. 다음은 전통적으로 중요시된 주거가치로서 위신과 경제성 주거가치이다 이는 비교적 낮 은 수준으로 나타났으며 신세대가치관이 약할수록 더 강하게 나타났다.

Comparative Analysis of Differences in Health Condition with Elderly Age Using the Customized Home Modification : Focusing on Community Care Projects (맞춤형 주거환경수정을 이용한 노인의 건강상태 차이비교 분석: 커뮤니티케어 사업을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of home modification in the community care project on the fall risk environment and the health condition in elderly people aged 65 and over. HOME FAST and WHODAS-K 2.0 were used to evaluate, and it was conducted as a group pre-post experimental study. As a result of implementing the home modification service based on the assessment, the fall risk level showed a statistically significant decrease (p<.01), and in the case of health condition, mobility (p<.01) and social participation (p<.05) was confirmed that it was statistically significantly improved in the domain, showing a positive change in the overall health condition (p<.05). In the future, research using a comprehensive home assessment is needed for more subjects. and a process of selecting subjects prior, expansion of professional manpower infrastructure to providing a quality service is required.

  • Currently, the housing supply rate exceeds 100%, and the penetration rate continues to increase. This housing supply rate is changing from quantitative supply-oriented to improving the quality of the residential environment in housing service policies. Despite the increase in the housing supply rate, practical access to the vulnerable class is still difficult and there are many areas that are insufficient to use housing services when necessary. In addition, the demand for residential services is increasing due to the expansion of the scope of the vulnerable class. In order to compensate for these problems, facilities and joint occupancy that cannot guarantee independent living are mainly established, although a supply plan is established for the vulnerable by expanding policies and support projects. This paper proposes an IoT environment-based housing support system for vulnerable groups to support housing services for vulnerable groups. The proposal system improves the quality of the residential environment and provides service-oriented support services. Through the proposal system, appropriate social participation opportunities can be provided by improving the quality of life of the vulnerable and supporting a residential environment where independent living is possible.

  • The purpose of this research was to develop and applicate In based teaching$\cdot$learning process plan for Environmentally friendly Housing. The 3 main stages of process were used: analyses, planning & development, and application & evaluation. Three teaching subjects were selected to teach Environmentally friendly housing in the analysis stage. The webhard learning environment was consisted of contents and various materials such as digital video, PPT, group activity, discussion, individual and group reporting forms, and questions. The number of 101 high school students participated for the application stage during september 22-27, 2003. Most of all students evaluated very positively the various aspects of contents as well as LT cooperative learning methods md the web based learning environment. They strongly expressed to practice the practical ways of Environmentally friendly housing learned in the class in the future. The results imply that the contents and In teaching learning plan developed in this study seem to be adequate to be included in the regular text.
