악취는 사람의 후각을 자극해 심리적, 정신적 피해와 건강상의 피해를 주는 감각오염의 한 형태로 생활환경과 사람의 심리상태에 따라 악취에 대한 인식이 달라지는 특성이 있다. 최근 악취민원 경향을 살펴보면 과거 주요한 악취발생원이었던 산업시설과 축산시설보다 음식점, 세탁시설, 인쇄사 등 주거지역 주변에 위치한 시설에서 발생되는 악취로 인한 민원 건수가 점점 증가하고 있는 추세다. 이는 국민의 소득증가와 더불어 쾌적한 생활환경의 요구로 인해 지금까지 신경쓰지 않았던 생활환경 주변의 냄새를 악취로 느끼는 경향이 강해졌기 때문이다.

This study, as a case study of four university dormitories in Gwangju, examined the situation of interior space and conducted a quantitative survey investigating importance about the interior space and assessment factors of residential environment on users. Then user satisfaction at the assessment factors of residential environment was analyzed to draw problems and explore improvement. The results showed the following problems that should be resolved: Bedrooms should increase the area of convex space; toilets and bathrooms should be changed into a cluster type at least in common use by floor; rest space should reinforce heating and cooling system; robby space should become mixed space for various user's behavior; private fitness rooms should be planned as group fitness space; private libraries should reinforce lighting facilities; and computer rooms should complement and improve HVAC.

대전광역시 동구에 있는 낭월동은 대전에서 손꼽히는 차세대 주거지역이다. 블과 몇 년 전까지만 해도 중심가에서 멀고 편의시설이 부족하다는 등의 이유로 외면 받던 지역이었으나 최근 웰빙 열풍을 타고 이곳의 자연환경이 주목을 받게 되면서부터 상황이 역전되기 시작했다. 낭월동은 식장산, 보문산 공원, 대전천 등으로 둘러싸여 있다. 주거지역으로서는 나무랄 데 없는 자연친화적인 지역인 것이다. 이런 이유로 이 지역 곳곳에선 대단위 아파트 단지 건설이 속속 진행되고 있다. 그 중에서도 최근 유독 높은 관심을 받고 있는 곳이 있다. 그곳은 바로 대림산업의 남대전 e-편한세상 현장. 원래 대림산업 자체가 신재생에너지 사용 단지 등으로 인해 친환경적인 아파트를 짓는 건설사로 유명한데 이런 장점이 이 지역의 특성과 맞물려 떨어지면서 더욱 주가를 높이고 있는 것. 게다가 그 시공과정 또한 깨끗하고 안전하다는 평가를 받고 있어 '믿을 수 있는 아파트'로 지역에서 유명세를 떨치고 있다. '안전'과 '환경' 이 두가지를 통해 지역 최고의 현장으로 불리고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

Recently, Korea is facing a trend of a fast-paced change towards a multi-cultural society, accompanied by the consequential increase in population and many changes in the peripheral environment. Particularly, the influx of multi-cultural families in Ansan City is increasing every year, but their housing environment remains in poor conditions. Actually, the research on housing policy for multi-cultural families and their housing satisfaction is restrictive. It is therefore necessary to research on how to overcome this problem, and what realistic policy alternatives are required. The purpose of this study is to present some policy alternatives to improve the housing satisfaction of the Korean-Chinese residing in Ansan City. To this end, this study conducted empirical analysis with a focus on Korea-Chinese multi-cultural families living in Ansan City through a questionnaire. As the analysis method, this study conducted frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, cross analysis, and regression analysis, and used the statistical package-SPSS 20.0 as an analysis tool. As a result of the research, first, it was found that their awareness of the government housing policy is insufficient; second, they had a lot more hardships in housing due to the problem of the rising house prices caused by urban development & regeneration; third, in terms of housing tenure type, there was a higher proportion of a lease on a deposit basis and monthly rent than owner-occupied housing. Hence, this study drew the conclusion that the Korean-Chinese multi-cultural family's housing environment needs to be improved and policy support is required for Korean-Chinese. In addition, this study gives great significance in providing these research results as basic materials which make it possible to inquire into mutually reciprocal practice plan and strategic alternatives for a multi-cultural families from now on.

To cope with rapidly increasing crimes, the Smart-home system has become common to minimize and prevent crimes in the residential space. Accordingly, the interest on the security-related Smart-home system is also increasing. First is the establishment of Smart-home security standard. At present, the Smart-home security systems are implemented by individual policies of construction companies or by the requirement of residents. Each construction company has their own characteristics in the Smart-home security system; while there is no standardized system. Second is the introduction of Smart-home security certificate system. Like people have certificates, now the residential spaces may also need certificates. A certificate system that represents the performance of residential spaces cannot be an absolute criterion in the evaluation of apartment quality, however, it can be a basic requirement for the convenient residential environment and policies being implemented by the government. If a certificate system would be introduced, construction companies will compete with each other to provide with better security system and apartment operation companies will hire more specialized security personnel in order to get higher certificates. Consequently, better security of residential space will be secured. It is also required to develop and establish response measures by studying the key changes and trends of Smart-home security system. The advance in mechanical security devices will bring about more changes in the future. Therefore, more various in-depth studies are required on the basic specifications of security system in the residential spaces.

Objective : This study aims to obtain the validation of Korean version of HOME FAST using the translation-back translation process and to evaluate the reliability. Methods : Total three stages were conducted which includes forward translation to Korean, test for degree of understanding of translated version, back translation to English, and then review and proof reading process. 21 occupational therapists were participated in the evaluation of understanding of Korean-translated HOME FAST, then some of expressions were modified for better understanding. Korean version was went through back-translation to English. Similarity between the original version and re-translated version were evaluated. Total 75 data from community dwelling elderly group were collected to assess internal consistency. Two occupational therapists simultaneously evaluated for the inter-rater reliability. Results : 11 items of Korean-translated scale were responded as having confused meaning by occupational therapists. There was some modification on expression. In the evaluation of similarity between original version and re-translated version, 3 items were selected as dissimilar items in terms of syntax and 6 items were selected in terms of semantic similarity. After the repetitive modification process, items were obtained conceptual equivalence between two different languages. Internal consistency was .62(KR20) (p<.01) and inter-rater reliability was .97(ICC) (p<.01). Conclusion : Korean version of HOME FAST was finalized through translation-retranslation process. The conceptual equivalence was established and Korean version showed highly reliable. In further study, The modification of items reflecting Korean house and life style should be conducted.

The highest percentage of single-person households is older than 60. Many of them live in dilapidated residential space because they are in difficult economic situations. The windows of them often don't exist or don't function properly as windows. As a result, they are suffering from social problems such as depression, solitude. This paper proposes an interactive window interface that reflects external environmental information for older people in their 60s or older of one household living in a dilapidated residential space. This content utilizes an inexpensive TV or PC monitor that doesn't require extra space and cost. Recognizing a user's hand through intuitive touch-sensing technology, which doesn't require much help from older people, this content provides weather videos and temperature information that reflect current external environment. Alert notification sound and SMS service are provided in preparation for more critical user emergencies. This content enables users to feel emotional stability and respond quickly to emergencies.

For example as they being the goods for the summer season I have tried to know the physical quakity and the characters of koreans by the weather conditions and estimated the demand by setting up the target customers of the PAC as the customers' environment. And I analyzed the acts in the living room in the apartments as the living envinorment which has the direct relation with PAC and also became a help to the moulding work of PAC by analyzing the complete interior image in the living room. In the practical moulding work the Design concept was classified into the envinorment of customer, living and products to drive as the below. Firstly - New shape (Round slim) has been realized which leads the minimizing the moulding space and visul sense of opening as its being spacious. The 2nd - the high class sense of the products which are harmonious with the atmosphere of the living room by making it interiorized has been visible. The 3rd - The shape stimulating the sensitivity of the users and surface treatment are emphasized by making it be touched. 최근 주거환경의 악화와 웰빙의 열풍으로 인해 실내 공기 및 물과 관련된 제품들의 개발이 활발히 일어나고 있다. 본고에서는 공기청정기의 변천사와 기반 연구 및 향후 진행방향에 대하여 논한다. 최근 중국에서의 황사가 연일 매섭게 불어오고 있고, TV나 신문, 잡지 등 매스컴에서는 신축 건물이나 아파트, 공공장소의 실내 공기질의 심각성에 대해 언급하며, 이에 대한 다양한 해결책이 제시되고 있다. 미국이나 일본 등 선진국에서는 이미 실내 공기를 오염시키는 유해가스 및 미생물, 방사성 동위원소 등의 원인물질을 규명하고, 원인물질에 따른 실내 공기 청정화 방법 등을 제시하거나 해결하기 위하여 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다.(중략)
