As the rate of housing supply is increased and consummer's diversified demand is changed. the direction of management of construction company is changed into marketing-based and the development of distinguished product. Therefore, this study purpose to establish the marketing strategy of apartment by the method of market segmentation. This study purpose to (1) analyze general methodology of apartment market-segmentation and positioning, (2) propose an alternative plan of apartment positioning for the effective marketing strategy. The method which was proposed in this study will be applied in strengthening the popularity of construction companies and the development of distinguished products.

오늘날 병원마케팅에서 간호서비스는 병원 내 어느 전문직보다도 가장 많은 시간을 고객인 환자와 합께 나누며 환자의 욕구 충족을 위하여 고도의 분업화된 제반 부서들간의 활동을 조정하고 융화시키는 역할올 통하여 환자들이 지각하는 병원서비스의 만족도에 종요 한 부분을 차지하고 있으므로 병원마케팅의 전략적 초점으로 전환될 필요가 있다. 의료 서비스는 특성상 전문성이 강해서 정보가 소비자에게 공유되지 못하고 있으며 비영리조직이라는 인식하에 의료 서비스에 대한 광고를 제한합으로써 실제적으로 소비자에게 필요한 의료 관련 정보들마저도 제한을 받는 경우가 많이 있다. 그리고 의료서비스의 무형성, 비분리성, 이질성, 소멸성의 특성으로 어떠한 의료 서비스를 이용할 것인지해 대한 결정을 고객이 하기 어렵기 때문에 오늘날 의료 소비자들이 의료제공 기관을 선택 할 때는 밑올만한 다른 사랑의 추천에 크게 의존하고 있는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 국내의 연구에서도 의료소비자들이 병원을 선택하는 주된 정보 획득 원천이 주변의 제 3자인 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 정보 전달에 구전 커뮤니케이션이 주요한 제3자적 억할을 한다. 이러 한 관접에서 불 때 의료 소비자둘 사이의 구전 커뮤니케이션은 마케 팅 전략상 매우 종요하 며 마케팅 관리측면에서 의료 소비자들의 구전 커뮤니케이션 형태톨 파악하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 구전 커뮤니케이션의 내용 및 경로 그리고 유형을 파악하고 이들 유형간 의료서비스의 만족도를 알아봄으로써 효파적인 병원 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 증합해 보면 의료소비자들이 연령 성별 학력, 소득, 직업, 주거지가 비슷한 사람과 구전이 활발하게 일어냐는 것을 파악 할 수 있어 특히 상업적 광고가 제한 된 병원의 마케팅 전략에 oH우 유용한 것이 훨 수 있다. 또한 불만족한 소비자일수록 발신 자적 입장에 서서 주위의 사람들에게 활발한 구전 활동을 수행하고 었음을 알 수 있다. 이 는 의료 소비자들이 만족한 경우보다는 불만족한 경우에 더욱 구전을 수행하려는 의지가 강해짐올 시사한다. 따라서 병원은 소비자들의 불만을 감소시키기 위해 노력해야 한다. 특히 의료인의 친절함이 가장 많이 구전이 되는 것을 알 수 있었는데 의사나 간호사는 치료 나 간호의 직접적인 제공자로서 의료 소비자들의 만족도에 중요한 영향을 미치므로 의료소 비자들의 요구에 부응하는 서비스를 충족시켜 줄 수 있도록 노력해야하며 이러한 바탕 위에 병원마케팅 전략이 수립되어야 할 것이다.

Housing market is segmented through 1) housing supply classified by housing characteristics and 2) housing demand classified by different housing opportunity of household. Moreover, neighborhood plays a role in intensifying housing market segmentation as a factor affecting on decision making relevant to housing supply and demand. while segmented housing markets have different mechanism, existing studies on residential differentiation and housing market have overlooked the characteristic differences among housing submarkets as the studies presume metropolitan housing market to be a single housing market. while the concept of 'residential differentiation' pays much attention on spatial pattern after the ecological approach appeared, the concept of ‘housing submarkets' is explanatory of the process of urban space structure formation. Analysis on housing submarkets makes up for the weak points of the behavioral approach inquiring into socio-economic constraint and different housing opportunity of household.

A research problem for this study is formulated: "Is practical reasoning instruction effective on raising problem solving ability?" This study is a quasi-experimental study with independent variable of practical reasoning instruction and dependent variable of problem solving ability. Six class hours of experimental input for the 'Housing space' is implemented for an experimental group. T-test results show that practical reasoning instruction is effective on total problem solving ability whereas is not effective on 'implementing alternative action' sub-area of problem solving. This study suggests for the future studies to systematically design practical reasoning classes in consider of appropriate class times and sub-areas of problem solving. Input of an experienced teacher of practical reasoning is also recommended to generalize the results of the experimental study.

Color planning system can be treated as a decision support system which includes both the recommendation of main color and harmonious colors. In this paper, we propose techniques that are useful to enhance the harmonious color recommendation with the main color selected by user. In order to reflect the knowledge about suggestion of harmonious colors, we use Ostwald color harmony theory, that is very systematical and easy to implement. Actually, Ostwald color space is similar to HMMD color model in MPEG-7. Due to the similarity between two color spaces, Ostwald color space can be represented as a virtual HMMD color space. Accordingly, we propose a technique to align the HMMD color space with Ostwald color space, thereby it is capable of enhancing a performance to search the harmonious colors according to Ostwald harmony theory. For recommendation of delicate and more exquisite harmonious colors in equal hue plane, we made the virtual color space continuous. The system can recommend various harmonious colors according to Ostwald color harmony. He(she) can select harmonious colors among the suggestions from the system.

This study aims to propose the methods for urban flood risk maps which are useful in strengthening urban planning toward disaster prevention by climate change. Selecting the Gwangju city, Gyeonggi-do as study area, it analyzes urban flood at a RCP 8.5 scenario, and develops gridded information regarding risk components such as hazard, exposure, and vulnerability. It turns out that flooding would occur at a bend interval of the Mokhyun stream and also at the joint of the Gyungan and the Mokhyun streams, showing the similarity with the inundation trace map. In particular, the Songjeong dong is analyzed to be seriously exposed and to be highly vulnerable to flood inundation. With all results together, this study concludes that the proposed methods could be used as a basis for strengthening urban planning toward flood disaster prevention system.

The economic development and the development of medical treatment by scientific technology development progressed the level of national people life and improved average life gradually. In this reason, old people who have finance power would like to receive a comport and high level service, though paying proper expense. In this study, receiving this requirement, we focused that silver town have reasonable and comfortable residing environment in developing rural and rest form silver town objecting external area of Chon-Ju city, and selected land suitability. Through the learning of the neural network theory in the method of land suitability, we applied in the full of study area and improved a flexible determination making as giving each class value in each cell. Also, we compare a method of land suitability using the neural network theory, and it's analysis with a method of land suitability by the duplication method of Boolean Logic have been used In Geo Spatial Information System(GSIS) and proved the Boolean Logic's lose of values and the propriety.

과거부터 수자원분야는 공학적인 측면을 주로 강조하였으며, 따라서 인문사회학적 요소(예, 토지이용, 인구, 생태 환경, 경제발전 등)가 종종 배제된 채 시설물 계획이 이루어졌다. 그러나, 경제가 발전하고 사회의 모습이 복잡해짐에 따라, 수자원 관련 시설물의 계획에 있어 다양한 인문사회학적 요소를 고려할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회-수문 모델링 기법을 이용하여 사회-수문 상호 간 순환적 관계를 파악하고, 특히 다목적댐이 인문사회에 미치는 영향을 정략적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 우리나라는 기후변화에 의한 극한가뭄과 홍수발생 빈도가 증가하고 있다. 이에 대한 대책으로, 다목적댐을 건설하여 효율적인 수자원 관리를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대상지역으로 국내 강원도의 횡성댐을 선정하였다. 횡성댐은 하류에 위치한 횡성군과 원주시에 생 공 농업용수를 공급하는 용수원의 역할과 섬강 하류지역에 발생하는 홍수를 방어하는 역할을 하고 있다. 횡성댐 유역의 사회-수문학적 관계를 이해하기 위해 인과지도를 이용한 시스템 요소간의 상호연관성을 파악하였고, 이를 바탕으로 수문학적 요소와 인문사회학적 요소 사이의 관계식을 구성하였다. 수자원 분야에 해당하는 요소로는 생 공 농업용수 이용량 및 댐 저수량과 방류량을 선정하였으며, 인문사회학적 요소는 인구, 공업지역 농경지 주거지역의 면적 및 지역 내 총생산액을 선정하였다. 이와 같은 사회-수문학 요소를 바탕으로 해당 지역의 사회-수문 전체의 동태적 변화를 이해하기 위해 시스템 동적모의(System Dynamics) 모형을 이용한 모델링을 진행하였다. 다목적댐 건설 전 후로 대상지역의 용수 이용량과 인구 및 지역 총생산액 등의 데이터를 수집하여 모델을 검증하였다. 나아가 구현한 모형을 활용하여 향후 기후변화 발생 시 다목적댐이 대상지역의 용수이용 및 인구변화, 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 인문사회분야와 수자원분야 사이의 영향관계를 이해하고, 모델을 이용한 정량적인 분석을 통해 향후 수자원 시설물 계획 및 정책마련을 위한 의사결정도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The public's interest regarding multi-household houses, one of the small-scale housings used as profit earning property, has been increasing. Previous studies regarding price, such as the rent and sales price of multi-household houses', however, were difficult to find. Thus, this study set forth to find out what characteristics influence the sales price of multi-household houses so as to provide further suggestions to investors' decision makings and developers' strategy establishments. The data was retrieved from multi-household sales transacted in Changwon City. Through empirical analysis, this paper found that prices were high in Euichang-gu and Seongsan-gu, and meaningful variables in terms of locations were distance from major trade areas(-), distance from main streets(-), and Corner site(+). Meaningful variables related to household characteristics were total floor area(+), Studio type(+), Southern exposure(+), Building age(-), and Full-furnished(+).

The purpose of this study is to help the understanding of the housing market through the influence of consumer choice attributes and financial policy on home buyer behavior. The key issue in the analysis is to take into account moderate effect of housing investment demand between different types of housing attribute choice and financial policy. The results of the study are as follows. First, convenience, education location, and neighborhood level have a significant effect on the purchase intention of the housing. Second, government policy have no significant influence on the purchase intention of the house. Third, the moderating effects of real estate investment outlook are that the neighbors level and interaction variables have a statistically significant effect on the purchase intention of the house. Since the government's financial policies do not affect the decision to buy a house, in reality, excessive regulation may reduce the quality of housing welfare for the first time home buyers. As a result of this study, the financial policy of the government does not affect the decision of the purchase of the house. In reality, the excessive regulation may reduce the quality of the housing welfare for the first time home buyer. Only an analysis which combines these aspects of consumer's choice can adequately describe and explain the actual change in demand in the residential market.
