수심에 따른 수중주거시설의 생활안전계획에 관한 연구

  • 수중주거시설의 설계에 있어 수중생활안전요건을 확인하고자 이를 예상시설환경 하에서의 생활안전계획 수립, 근로안전계획 수립 및 비상탈출계획 수립 영역으로 구분하고 각각에 대한 위험성을 지수화하여 평가했다. 각각의 생활안전 위험성에 대응한 생활안전매뉴얼, 이동안전매뉴얼 및 비상탈출매뉴얼을 제시하였다.

The Study on the Derivation of Performance Guidelines for Indoor·Outdoor Temporary Housing Facility (실내·외 임시주거시설의 성능 가이드라인 도출에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: This study is designed to develop performance guidelines for temporary residential facilities inside and outside the building to improve the residential habit of the victims caused by a disaster. Method: Performance items were set up by analyzing the disaster response system and prior study for eliciting performance guidelines and conducting field surveys of temporary housing facilities and interviews of temporary residential facilities for eliciting relevant performance guidelines. Results: The performance of temporary housing facilities in and out of the country was largely classified as technical, environmental and social, and each presented performance guidelines. The derived performance guidelines were generally similar, although some were similar due to indoor/outdoor characteristics. Conclusion: The performance guidelines presented in this study to improve the residential habit of the victims are applied in practice, and continuous improvement through feedback of results is required.

  • 핵 가족화, 고령화가 가속화되고 도시 독거노인 및 독신인구가 급증합에 따라, 외로움과 소외감을 극복하고 또 다른 형태의 가족적 유대감을 얻기 위하여 반려동물, 반려인들이 날로 증가하고 있다. 반려동물 문화는 급격히 발전하고 있는데 반해, 이를 지탱할 수 있는 사회나 문화적 의식과 공공 기반시설의 질적수준은 초기 단계수준이다. 반려견 소유자와 일반인들 사이에 갈등이 발생하여 관련 제도나 법에 대해 논란이 되고 있다. 갈등과 논란을 해소하며 반려동물 문화 발전에 기여하고자 본 연구는 도시 내 반려인 전용 주거 시설의 개념과 역할, 공동 주거 시설로서의 사회적 필요성을 고찰하고, 새로운 공동 집합 주거 공간의 방향을 제안한다.

A Study on Attributes of Elderly Housing Selection by The Middle and The Aged (중년층과 노년층의 노인시설주거 선택 속성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the elderly housing farcility design preference by comparing two groups, the present residents living in elderly housing facility and the middle aged. The latter has more housing experiences and more design oriented standard of selecting house for quality of living, while the aged are oriented more in economy and investment. It is identified that both group preferred living in elderly housing facility best to any other elderly housing type, including "aging in place." The aged are not yet very concerned about physically homelike design features, but when the middle aged need the elderly housing, it is recommended that more variety and amenity in its type, location, plan and design features. The idealistic facility planning and management system were suggested.

  • This study aimed to examine the possibility of remodeled nursing home utilizing a closed school in Kunsan, where the number of closed schools increases and the ratio of elderly population grows. Major contents of research were understanding architectural characteristics of closed school and elderly housing in the sample area, and a suggestion of remodeling a closed school into nursing home. Conclusions can be summarized as follows; understanding the high ratio of elderly population and increases of closed schools in sample area, verification of overall possibility in remodeling a closed school into elderly facility, confirmation of availability in changing regular class room to residential rooms, and some proposals of principal points in floor planning - homelike atmosphere by small scaled residential units(10 persons), spatial hierarchy for residents' mental comfort, sliding door for accessibility, kitchen and dining space in residential unit for the residents' participation in houseworks.

  • This study aims to analysis of determinants of the residents satisfaction of purchased rental housing and currently being implemented policy of supporting low-income families are empirically evaluated through the residential evaluation of purchased rental housing residents. Purchased rental housing users are possible to live in currently residing community consistently, have advantages for fewer problems of the phenomenon of social isolation, exclusion and preventing slumism of low-income families, are expected to increase in the future. First of all, the characteristics of residential environment, housing expenses and a head of household were examined for the residential environment evaluation of the residents of purchased rental housing, on the basis of this, the characteristics of internal and external house and residential location are examined each for the determinants of the residential environment satisfaction of purchased rental housing. The variables that affect residential satisfaction according to residential location are public facilities, educational facilities and welfare facilities respectively. In particular, the higher the satisfaction of access to welfare facilities, the higher the satisfaction of residential location of purchased rental housing was analyzed. The variables affecting the residential satisfaction according to the internal and external characteristics of house are significant in window status, cracking, heating facilities, housing scale and management.

  • This study intends to identify the difference of socio-economic characters and housing welfare needs between housing poverty types and to know the independent effects of variables on the housing poverty types. It was revealed that the double housing poverty household, housing below facility standard, unaffordable housing with low income, housing below structure performance environment standard, housing below area standard and housing below room standard should be supported one by one. And the variables related with the housing poverty types are different Suggestions were made for housing welfare policy for the double housing poverty, the control for rental housing market, the policy considering income level for unaffordable housing, the housing policy for the disable household.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the needs and complaints of the victims through the service design methodology and provide customized living services in indoor temporary residential facilities that can improve them. Method: The paper proceeded on the double diamond process. In the discovery phase, prior research analysis and surveys identified the needs and complaints of the victims. In the definition phase, persona and scenario were used to further clarify the problems of living service for indoor temporary residential facilities. In the development phase, wrote a service blueprint and found a section where problems occur during the service delivery process. In the delivery phase, compared the improved service with the existing service and proposed improvement plan. Result: Proposed service solutions that can improve privacy guarantee service, senior care service, and meal and laundry service problems. Conclusion: The proposed improvements are considered to provide improved living services in indoor temporary residential facilities.
