The purpose of this study was to analyze the Characteristics of Flexible housing Unit Plan Choice. It is believed that Flexible Housing relates to Family life cycle and the number of family. But this study revealed another factor, Space Syntax. It is reviewed that the Space Syntax effectively reveals the relative spatial depth of the spatial elements composing flexible housing unit plan. Thus, the Space Syntax is adopted as an analytic method of this study to objectify the concrete spatial changes. Through this study, the spatial organization of each case before changing is compared wi th that after changing, to find out the spatial changes over variation, Based on this theory, this study provide basic data to be used for architectural planning for flexible design. To design common facilities that support residents' leisure activities is one of the contemporary issues in Korea. People became interested in the leisure facilities in near-home environments. This trend encouraged this research study. The objectives of this study are to analyze the current status and characteristics of leisure facilities in apartment communities, to examine the correlations among leisure facilities, and to suggest design considerations for korean multi-family housing communities.

In this study, we analyzed the process of the housing reflecting the self, based on the qualitative data that people describe their thoughts about their housing in social media 'online-housewarming'. Especially, based on the precedent study that modern self is established on continuous selection behavior, we focused on the selection behavior of the self and the role of the housing that affected it through the narrative. Each narrative component corresponds to the self-establishment process of modern people, identified through precedent study. We can confirm the existing internal criteria changing into new internal criteria through accumulation, interaction and nonverbal communication of selection by housing. Housing has been involved in the selection behavior of self throughout the narrative. From this, it can be seen that the thought of the self and housing are identified in three ways. In 'Online-Housewarming', (1) Housing equates with the self, in the sense that housing is a physical entity in which one's own choices are accumulated (2) People perceive the change of choice caused by the realistic constraints of housing as their interaction with housing. (3) People relate the opinions of others about housing with the opinions about their own self. In contemporary society, house reforming process is a process of mediating the self and the external world based on the selection behavior and affects the establishment of self.

본 연구는 서울시를 대상으로 가구통행실태조사 자료를 이용하여 통행목적별 자전거 통행행태를 분석하고 그 영향요인을 규명하는데 목적이 있으며, 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울시 행정동별 자전거 통행비율을 분석한 결과 지역별로 약 14.2%의 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 나이, 성별, 소득, 직업, 주거유형 등 다양한 개인특성변수들이 통행목적별 자전거 통행수단 선택에 영향을 미치며, 통행 장소와 관련하여 공통적으로 주거지와 같은 행정동 내 시설을 이용할 경우 자전거 통행이 늘어나는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 근린환경특성을 나타내는 변수들 중에서 근린의 토지이용혼합도가 높고 범죄발생률이 낮을수록 통근 및 통학 목적의 자전거 통행이 늘어나는 것으로 나타나 주거, 업무, 상업시설의 용도 혼합과 함께 지역의 범죄안전성을 높이는 것이 통근 및 통학 목적의 자전거 이용을 활성화하는데 중요한 역할을 한다고 생각된다. 또한 자전거 도로밀도와 지역의 경사도는 공통적으로 통근 및 통학, 쇼핑, 운동 및 여가 목적의 자전거 통행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 자전거 통행을 활성화하기 위해서는 자전거도로 공급을 통해 자전거도로의 접근성을 높이고 지역의 경사도 등을 고려하여 자전거 기반시설의 입지를 결정할 필요가 있다.

통계청에서 발표한 2010 인구주택총조사에 따르면 '하우스노마드족'1은 2005년에 비해 70%이상 증가하였다. 하우스노마드족의 출현이 주택시장에 미치는 영향과 하우스노마드족의 증가 원인에 대해 선험적인 논의는 많지만 아직까지 연구로 명확하게 밝혀진 바 없다. 본 연구의 목적은 하우스노마드족의 출현 및 증가원인을 가구의 주거소비행태 측면에서 찾고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2010년 인구주택 총조사 1%자료와 다항로짓모델을 활용하였다. 다항로짓모델은 소비자의 선택에 위계와 순서가 없을 때 활용할 수 있는 유용한 방법이다. 분석결과 하우스노마드족은 주택속성으로 표현된 주거환경특성이 좋은 곳에 거주할 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상대적으로 더 긴 시간 통근통행을 했고 주거이동성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

이번 논문의 주요 관점은 연가를 모티브로한 도자 투각 촛대 장식 도자제품을 중심으로 주거 실내 공간의 구성을 고려하여 살펴보고 이를 이용하여 개발된 연가 촛대로 실내 인테리어의 공간융합 활용에 대하여 연구하려고 한다. 산업의 발달로 주거선택도 쾌적하고 안락한 주거환경에 관심을 가지고 있기 때문에 자연을 집으로 끌어들이려는 심리가 작용한다. 그래서 이를 이용한 연가촛대 인테리어 소품은 바닥과 벽과 천장을 부드럽게 이어주는 역할을 기대한다. 연가형태는 조명기구의 아우라(aura)를 두루갖추고 있기 때문에 이를 통하여 연가의 디자인적요소를 연구하고 이러한 소스를 투각촛대에 적용하여 실내조명으로서의 활용도를 살펴본다. 또한 이를 도자제품으로 개발하여 생활속의 필요한 실내공간인테리어 소품으로 적극 활용하는 것도 주요 관점이다.

서민층의 주거지원 정책이 기존의 사업자 중심의 대규모 공공임대주택 공급에서 수요자 중심의 주택바우처 제도로 전환되고 있다. 한국의 주택바우처는 2010년부터 서울에서 운영하고 있으며 2014년에는 전국적으로 확대 실시하였다. 이러한 관심에 따라 주택바우처에 대한 다양한 이론적 논의가 많으나 실증 자료를 기반으로 한 연구는 부족한 편이다. 따라서 이 연구는 서울시 주택바우처 수혜자의 주거지 선택요인을 찾아내고, 일반 회귀분석(OLS)과 지리적 가중회귀(GWR) 분석을 실시하여 의미 있는 결과를 도출하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 서울시 주택바우처 수혜자들이 우선적으로 고려하는 요인으로 단순노무직 일자리와 사회복지시설 접근성, 대중교통 접근성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기존 연구와 다른 결과로써 다음과 같은 점이 고려되어야 할 것이다. 첫째, 한국형 주택바우처에 대한 목적의 재정립이 필요하다. 둘째, 단순한 주거지원 뿐만 아니라 재취업을 위한 교육과 가족들을 지원할 수 있는 사회복지 서비스와의 연계가 필요하다.

전력서비스 중단이 전력소비자에 끼치는 충격은 소비자와 정전 특성에 달려있다 소비자 특성은 인구통계학적인 측면(주거형태와 가족구성원 수)과 전력공급 형태를 포함하는 반면에 정전특성은 발생 빈도, 기간, 시간과 요일을 포함한다. 따라서 이러한 소비자 정전비용의 평가는 상당히 복잡하고 주관적이다. 주거용 소비자들의 경우, 주거용 소비자에 대한 정전의 충격이 가시적이지 않기 때문에 소비자 조사 방법이 가장 적합할 것으로 보인다. 달리 말하면, 가사일과 정전으로 인해 여가의 가치가 각자 다르기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주택 수용가에 대한 정전 비용을 평가하기 위한 방법으로서 수용가 설문조사 방법을 선택하였다.

To know the physical housing needs for the small/medium size apartments at 'Harea' in Ulsan, we took account ① which plans they prefer in the small/medium size apartments of 2 or 3 rooms, ②how to link the inner spaces, ③which optional setups are require, ④which finishing material. furniture.color they want and ⑤ which community facilities are necessary, and analysed the factors influencing above five. The result is that the residents showed no regional distiction on the plan preference and the linkage of inner spaces, but required the double entrance doors, bathroom setups reallocated and residents' common facilities.

사람들은 대부분의 시간을 집이나 직장에서 보내게 된다. 그러므로 집과 사무실은 삶에 있어서 가장 중요한 두 개의 공간인 것이다. 인간공학적으로 디자인된 사무실은 그곳에서 일하는 사람들의 신체적, 사회적 요구에 부합하게되어 작업능률과 만족감을 향상시키며, 스트레스를 조절하고, 건강과 안전을 위협하는 요소를 최소화한다. 특히 많은 책임과 권한을 가진 사장들에게 있어서 인간공학적으로 디자인된 환경은 필수적인 요건이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 사례조사법을 이용하여 미국 Lowa주 주도인 Des Moines에 사무실을 갖고있는 10개 보험회사 사장들을 대상으로 설문지와 관찰조사 및 실내공간 스케치를 이용하였다. 대부분의 사무실은 직접적으로 일과 관련된 디자인 부분만 강조되어 있었으며 그들의 많은 시간이 읽기와 쓰기등 시각적인 일에 쓰여지고 있음에도 불구하고 조명, 특히 국부조명은 거의 고려되어 있지 않았다. 상담이나 접견과 같은 활동을 위한 가구의 선택이나 실내공간계획이 제대로 되어 있지 않았다. 사용후 평가를 실시한 결과 대부분의 대상자들은 심리적, 생물학적 요구사항들에 대해 긍정적인 평가를 하였다. 디자이너는 좀더 사용자 위주의 공간계획을 해 나가야 할 것이며 각각 다른 사무실특성, 기능, 인간관계. 특히 종업원과의 관계, 사업종류 등을 명확히 이해해야 할 것이다.

The Plan for effective usage of living room must be suggested because families primarily use living room for public space. And from the viewpoint of function and decoration. the kind of furniture. furniture occupancy quantity. and the arrangement of furniture have much affect on using a dwelling space. So this study will suggest basic data for a good furniture usage through experiment using scale down models. To analyze the data. frequency and percentage were used by running SPSS $PC^＋$ program. The major results are as follows. In an experiment using living room and furniture models(Scale 1/20). according to the size of space. TV sizes and furniture occupancy quantity were in proportion to size and space of the living room. Also they chose various types of tea-table and side-tables. In small spaces. subjects chose simple arrangement types (no sofa or I type sofa and cabinet). but in large spaces. they chose \ulcorner type or \ulcorner type sofa and cabinet.
