A Study on the Visualization Method for Figurative Art of Sculptures Using Metallic Materials - Based on the purpose of displaying in the residential complex (금속재료를 활용한 조형물의 비유적 이미지 시각화 방법 연구 - 주거 단지 전시를 목적으로)

  • As the quality of our life has improved, residential complexes have become more diverse now. Modern residential complexes function as a place for meeting and communication between families and neighbors, including parks, lakes, and promenades, and exhibiting sculptures in residential spaces has become an important component. This study was conducted for the purpose of researching the design development method for the sculptures displayed in the residential space in accordance with these changes and demands of the era. Through the process of visualizing the figurative arts with metal and stone used as materials, the artist's thoughts and messages were put in the sculpture and the arts were completed as the shape of the sculpture that viewers could sympathize with. This design and formative research shows the possibility that various visual elements for sympathy with the creator's thoughts can be formed in a place with the specificity of living space by using a figurative visualization method. Therefore, further researches on figurative art of sculptures are required.

  • This study aims at finding out the characteristics of the spatial organization for the private house and housing environment of an old village ‘Moo-Yee Ma-Yul’, Sun-san, KyungBuk, Korea. This village has sheltered since 5~600 years ago and is located geometrical on the buffer area between Southen and Northen area of South Korea, and is composed by two types of housing form; one is southen type and the other Northen. The housing was definded on scale with the ecinomical basement, and is changing rapidly on the quality of its environments such as the city-life housing style with the recently increasing income. The surveying time on the site was october 25th-30th and June 21st-22nd, 1996

The Change of Layout and Spatial Composition of Rural Houses in Jeju after 1945 (광복이후 제주지역 농촌주거의 배치 및 공간구성 변화)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes of architectural characteristics of the rural houses in Jeju area for the last half a century. 72 houses in eight villages, which have been spontaneously renovated or added, were chosen as the rersearch samples. The subjects were classified into three groups-traditional, modernized, and contemporary houses-mainly by their construction years. Based upon these classification, the factors of change and continuation in building layout and spatial composition of dwellings have been investigated. As the results, Jeju rural houses show the tendency of the various and rapid changes in overall shape and spatial composition, but the traditional concepts of composition in plan has been maintained. Especially, the open structure of three-folded houses and the utilization of traditional floor system have been maintained as major design concepts to compose a house.

  • The shortage house in seoul is an important issue of which has been caused by the population concentration. The apartments and large housing complex had begun to build up to solve its problems, but the apartments on a small scale have being constructed recently due to the growing of a land value. As a result of these, the problems appear to the system and organization of a present residential district. This study has a purpose of researching about the change in the sphere of resident system and the organization, as the apartments being made up on the present residential district.

  • 센서를 이용한 산업은 다양하게 존재하며 그 범위는 점점 넓어지고 있다. 각종 생산 장비에서부터 각종 소비 장치까지 다양한 환경에 여러 종류의 센서들이 활용되고 있다. 그중 헬스 케어 분야는 응용분야가 다양하게 발전하고 있다. 헬스케어의 목적은 이용자가 가질 수 있는 위험 요소를 미리 측정 제거하여 건강한 삶을 살도록 하는 것이다. 이에따라 다양한 방면에서 활용되고 있으며, 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어의 여러 분야 중 사용자 관리 측면에서 센서를 이용한 주거 환경 개선 프로그램의 일환으로 사용자가 소지할 수 있는 휴대용 물품을 통하여 사용자의 신체 정보를 입수한다. 또한 사용자가 위치한 공간의 환경정보를 센서를 이용하여 측정하고, 이후 센서가 감지하는 사용자의 데이터를 근거로 미리 설정한 환경에 맞게 주변 환경을 제어하는 시스템을 구성하고 연구한다.

  • 본 연구는 생활 소음이 유발하는 유해성을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 감성 척도를 개발하고, 그 척도를 이용하여 생활 소음과 소음에 대한 감성간 관계를 반영하는 감성 지수를 도출하고자 수행되었다. 먼저 소음에 대한 주관적 느낌을 잘 기술해주는 27 개의 형용사를 선정한 뒤, 세 가지의 실제 주거 소음을 들려주며 소음에 대한 감성을 27 개의 형용사에 대해 평가하게 하였다. 이 결과에 대한 요인분석을 실시하여 '지배성', '쾌/불쾌', '각성' 차원의 세 개 차원으로 구성되는 14 개의 최종적 소음 감성 척도를 개발하였다. 다음으로 실제 주거 생활에서 소음과 감성간 관계를 알아보기 위해 실제로 4 가지의 주거 소음을 들으면서 인지적 과제를 수행하게 하여 소음에 대한 느낌을 소음 감성 척도상에 평가하게 하는 실험을 실시하였다. 이 결과 소음의 크기가 증가할수록 소음에 대한 감성이 부정적으로 나타나는 직선적 관계가 얻어졌고. 이를 기초로 일차 방정식 형태의 소음-감성 지수를 도출하였다.

  • There are a growing number of cases to expand balconies of apartments faced with open air in order to enhance functional satisfaction and efficiency of dwelling space. In case of the balcony expansion at the floor, however, it is difficult to exclude a possibility of bringing about internal condensation due to the difference of temperature between indoor air and outdoor air caused by the Inflow of outer low-temperature air through the upper part of ceilings by failure in completely putting together the outer composite wall panels on the aluminum curtain walls installed at outer walls This study is to forecast possible occurrence of internal condensation around parapets and H-beam located at the inside of balcony ceilings on the uppermost floor of super-high apartment buildings faced with open air in order to provide dwellers with more comfortable environment in the related space and get rid of their uneasiness about the condensation. In this study, we estimated internal condensation, which vary in accordance with humidity pressure distribution, at curtain walls, stone panels or lower parts of slabs that constitute outer space of the residence and are weak against heat, through temperature forecast and temperature distribution interpretation program at normal two-dimension temperature

The Plan for Apartment Unit containing the Space Organization, Residential Space and Housing Design Elements of Han-Ok (한옥의 공간구성과 주거공간 및 주택의장요소를 담은 아파트 단위세대 계획안)

  • This study focuses on the fact that the Korean traditional design application appears as one of the trends for a planning technique to express an apartment as a healthy, clean and environment-friendly dwelling recently. Focusing on this, this study tries to apply the characteristic of Han-Ok to an apartment unit plan more compositively beyond the fragmentary design application of existing preceding researches. To do this, the space organization, residential space and housing design elements of Han-Ok are deducted through preceding researches and case studies and proposes a plan by applying this to the apartment plan with a floor plan of about $132m^2$(40 pyeong). The apartment unit plan containing the characteristic of Han-Ok proposed in this study is planned based on the floor plan of about $132m^2$(40 pyeong) which is distributed the most in the city of Seoul. It has an advantage in terms that it can be individually applied not only when a construction firm progresses business anew carrying the banner for a Korean-style apartment but also an existing residents can apply through remodelling. Meanwhile, it has a limit that the diversified space sense and the advantage of an airy Han-Ok cannot be applied to many parts of the design due to the characteristic of an apartment of diverse height change. If a measure to secure constructability and economic feasibility while reflecting diverse differences of floor-level of an apartment can be prepared in follow-up researches, much more various advantages of Han-Ok can be put into the apartment design.

The Study on the Site Plan of Detached Houses in Korea (우리나라 단독주택의 건물배치와 외부공간계획 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze exterior spatial characteristics of the detached houses in Korea which were designed by professional architects. For this, plans, pictures and data of 113 houses which appeared in architectural publications from July 1998 to June 2002 were collected and analyzed. The results of the study are like this. 1) For the shape of buildings, the number of the non-rectangular shaped buildings is higher than that of the rectangular shaped ones. ; 2) For the location of exterior gardens, the number of the houses with front gardens is higher than that of the houses with back gardens. The exterior gardens are mostly accessed from the living rooms. 3) For the interior gardens, 50% of the surveyed houses have this type of gardens. They are mostly located at the back of the living rooms. The interior gardens are mostly accessed from the living rooms, dining rooms and corridors respectively. 4) For the terraces which are located in the 1st floor, they are mostly accessed from the living rooms. : 5) For the balconies which are located in the 2nd floor, they are mostly accessed from the bedrooms.; 6) For the location of the entrances, they are mostly located in the front side of the buildings and mostly facing south.

  • Recently, interest in data analysis has increased, and convergence research through data analysis has been actively conducted in various fields such as engineering, natural science, and social science. In the field of architecture, various studies using data analysis are being conducted, and in particular, efforts are being made to solve the problems in the field of architecture that have been quantitatively expanded through the urbanization process. In this study, data analysis on residential satisfaction of residents in residential environment improvement areas and similar neighborhoods through urban regeneration projects is performed. Through analysis using R for post-residential evaluation elements that are conducted after building construction and occupancy, important evaluation items that affect the satisfaction of the residential environment are identified by analyzing the association rules between each evaluation element and identifying the frequency of major requirements of residents. To grasp. Through this, we intend to conduct convergence research between IT and architecture fields, such as the development of a system that can recommend high-quality residential areas as well as providing data for securing high-quality residential spaces when constructing residential areas in the future.
