대한주택공사에서는 지역 여건에 맞는 쾌적한 단지조성과 최대한의 실내 공간 확보를 위한 주거환경개선사업의 일환으로 인천 송현지구에 대한 현상설계경기를 실시, 지난 2월 15일 무영종합건축(안길원+손광민)안을 최우수작으로 선정, 발표했다. 총 8개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 이번 설계경기의 우수작에 장건축(오택길)안이, 가작으로는 다원건축(김영택)안이 각각 선정됐다.

This study is tocompare and analyze the results of hydration heat analysis and on-field measurements using the method with hydration heat difference and insulation curing method for controlling hydration heat in mass concrete. As a result of the analysis, the temperature difference between the center and the surface was predicted very similarly, and the mass concrete surface was controlled to a safe level when evaluating with a temperature crack index, and after being finished, it was confirmed that there was no hydration crack.

In this study, the hydration heat differential method was applied to mass concrete structures, and the hydration heat analysis was compared and analyzed with on-site measurement results. The results showed that the temperature history measurements of mass concrete were managed at a difference of 8.4 ℃, and although there was some deviation in thermal stress, a similar trend was observed. Consequently, it was determined that the thermal stress on the surface of mass concrete is less than its tensile strength, which would prevent the occurrence of thermal cracks.

이번 글은 총 4회에 걸쳐 연재될 "건축의 개방형시스템을 위한 표준화" 가운데서 제2회에 해당한다. 특히 ISO 및 국내외 표준화 추진현황의 종합결과를 바탕으로 '국제화에 대응한 표준화의 개념 및 역할'을 제시함으로써 표준화에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓힘과 동시에 향후 건축사의 자발적이고 적극적인 참여를 유도코자 하였다.

건설부는 건축물의 인허가와 관련된 부조리의 소지를 근원적으로 제거하고 건축분야의 서비스행정체계를 구축하기 위한 종합대책을 마련하기 위하여 관계전문가로 구성된 특별대책반(반장: 건설부 기획관리실장)을 구성하여 4월 3일에 1차회의를 마치고 분야별로 대책마련에 착수하였다.
