  • 최근 점차 감소되고 있는 연안 자원의 회복을 위하여 수산종묘의 방류가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있으나, 방류용 종묘는 주로 양식용 종묘를 생산하는 일반적인 방법으로 생산하여 방류하고 있는 실정이다. 이렇게 방류된 종묘는 방류시의 건강도에 따라 방류 후의 자연 생태계의 적응 능력이 달라질 것으로 추정되고 있다. 방류용 종묘로 생산된 치어를 자연 생태계인 바다에 방류하였을 때, 치어의 건강도는 생존율을 좌우하게 된다. (중략)

Evaluation of Effective Breeders Number (Ne) for Stock Enhancement in Olive Flounder Paralichthys olivaceus Using Microsatellite DNA Markers (Microsatellite DNA marker를 이용한 넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus 방류종묘의 유효어미수 평가)

  • Genetic change from broodstock to hatchery stock of the olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus and effective number of breeders (Ne) were investigated by the different fertilized-egg collecting methods; E1 (eggs collected one day after spawning) and E2 (eggs collected two days after spawning) using seven microsatellite loci (Kop2, Kop22, Kop18, Kop3, Kop21, Kop9 and Kop26) for the better understanding of stock enhancement. Observed heterozygosity in three stocks ranged from 0.651 at Kop3 to 0.928 at Kop22, with offspring being slightly higher heterozygous over their parents. However, the genetic reduction of offspring was significant. The offspring allele number per locus was reduced to 23.5% for E1 and 17.6% for E2 of their maternal number. Ne to the hatchery stock was estimated to be 21.9 for E1 and 34.3 for E2. The inbreeding coefficients of populations El and E2 were 0.023 and 0.015, respectively. The present study suggests the extension of the egg collection period for a recovery of the genetic diversity in artificially produced offspring.

  • The purpose of this study is a suggestion which is a way for preservation and management the Jongmyo landscape based on its landscape visibility and land use. To do this, we had done a field investigation and a literature examination. The investigations are as following; we researched current application which for changing the actual condition near the Jongmyo. According to this research site could notice that landscape visibility can be affected by not only the height of building the Jongmyo. The visibility can be affected by photograph's undulation, too. Furthermore, we notice that even some building are located far from the view point and view corridor, it can be a factor which decrease the quality of the landscape visibility. Finally, we can propose how to make way for conservation and management by through restrict land use which based on changing the actual condition, landscape visibility and land use around the cultural assets.

A Comparative Study of Oyster Culture in Japan and Korea Culture of Hardened Seed Oyster (한국 및 일본의 굴 양식에 관한 연구 -억제종묘의 비교 양식-)

  • Hardened seed oysters which inhabit the Hansan Bay of Korea and Hiroshima Bay of Japan were cultured at the oyster farm of Nino island near Hiroshima from June, 1972. to June, 1973. The present experiment investigated monthly increment of shell height, shell length, meat weight, moisture, fatness and gonad development of the seed oysters. Environmental factors were also checked to know ecology of the oysters. The oyster farm of Nino island near Hiroshima city showed high water temperautre and low salinity com-paring with the oyster farm of Hansan Bay. Korea. Shell height and shell ten求h of the hardened seed oyster of Hansan Bay grew faster than those of Hiroshima Bay, especially in oyster meat weight. Histological observation on gonads showed little difference in developmental process between the two localities from June through December, 1972, whereas the hardened seed oyster from Hansan Bay has grown rapidly in the development of gonad after February, 1973. It can be concluded that in the viewpoint of seed oysters productivity the hardened seed oyster from Hansan Bay is more effective than that of Hiroshima Bay comparing in seed growth, fatness and developmental process of gonad.

가숭어, Chelon lauvergnii 종묘생산

  • 본 연구는 현재까지 국내에서 가숭어, Chelon lauvergnii의 성숙 및 인공 종묘 생산에 관한 구체적인 연구 보고는 매우 미흡한 실정임을 고려, 가숭어의 효과적인 인공 종묘 생산을 위한 기초 자료로서 산란기 특성 조사 및 부화 자어에 대한 rotifer, Artefnia, 배합사료 공급에 따른 성장과 생존을 조사하였다. 또한 rotifer와 brine shrimp, Artemia nauplius를 오징어 간유, 식물성 플랑크톤 건조 분말인 Maxima$^{TR}$ , Chlorella sp.로 각각 영양 강화한 후 치어에 공급시 자어의 성장과 생존에 대한 그 효과를 비교 분석하였다. 아울러 밀도별 사육 실험을 통한 적정 밀도를 규명하여 가숭어 종묘 생산시 효율적이고 경제적인 기술을 개발하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다.   • In order to investigate the possibility of yearly-harvest, we carried out growth experiment(shell height, meat weight and condition index) for of the artificial oyster spat, which suspended in three different times before the season for natural spat around coastal waters of Gyeongnam Province. Shell growth of spats suspended in June showed higher than those in April and May. In meat weight, the growth of spats was significantly elevated from October, of which significant difference was observed depending on growing farms(Gosung$\geq$80 mm) and October on the meat weight level($\geq$5 g).

  • This study finds aesthetic elements and examines their aesthetic sense focusing on the melody of the piri in the completed Jongmyojeryeak with various ideational backgrounds from the views different from the aesthetic sense of Jongmyojeryeak that has been conducted so far. Jongmyojeryeak is to hold a memorial service at the place where the godship of the line of kings and queens in Joseon is set. It is the crystal of Confucian memorial ritual and representative cultural heritage of ancestral ritual culture and is designated as No 1 of national chief, intangible cultural heritage in 1964. Also, on May 18th, 2001, it was registered first in Korea as 'Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity' designated by UNESCO and was recognized of its superiority. It is not only a representative cultural heritage of ancestral ritual culture having fate with Joseon Dynasty for a long period but also has been recognized as the essence of our music compiling the holistic beauty of artistic forms according to music, songs, and dance created by our ancestors. Also, it has as its background the traditional thoughts including the Confucian thought as well as Yeak thought, Yin-Yang School, Samjae thought (三才思想), and Palgoe thought (八卦思想). This Jongmyojeryeak internalizes landscape beauty, Yojang beauty, natural beauty, magnificent beauty, and harmonious beauty. Landscape beauty can be found in Huimun and Jeonpyehuimun. Yojang beauty is the figure that is only shown in Jeongdaeup. Natural beauty is the skilled performance technique shown in the melody of variations and is connected to natural creation. It is well shown in Huimun and Jeonpyehuimun. Magnificent beauty is well shown in the melody of Botaepyeong movement. And harmonious beauty is the harmonization of dischord in Jongmyojeryeak and is well shown in Jeongdaeup's Somu distinctively showing its aesthetic sense from the view of natural, harmonious beauty in its music.

  • 전복은 외양성으로 조류소통이 좋은 연안 암초에서 각종 해조류를 먹고사는 고급 패류로서 산업적으로도 고 부가가치가 있어 경쟁력이 있는 품종이다. 우리나라에서는 국립수산진흥원에서 1970년대 부터 인공 종묘생산기술을 개발하여 어업인들에게 기술을 이전하여왔으며, 최근에는 대량종묘생산기술이 개발되어 산업화가 되었다. 이렇게 생산된 인공 종묘는 대부분 연안어장에 방류되어 자원증강과 어민소득증대에 기여하고 있으나 생산량은 증가하지 않고 오히려 감소하는 추세이다. (중략)

  • 어류나 갑각류 등의 종묘 생산을 위해 아직은 살아 있는 먹이 생물이 필수적이며, 대체 사료가 일부 개발되었지만 실제로 종묘생산시에 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 먹이 생물은 외국산 Artemia이다. 특히 몇 년 전부터는 Artemia 대량 수출국인 미국 유타주에서 Artemia 채취를 일부 금지시켰으며, 동남아시아에서도 자국의 종묘생산용을 제외하고는 수출용 Artemia 채취를 금지할 예정이므로 이로 인한 외화 낭비를 막기 위해 이에 대한 대체먹이 생물의 개발이 시급한 실정이다. (중략)
