We analyze the robustness of the existing predictor feedback controller for discrete-time linear systems with constant input delays against the structured model uncertainty. By modeling the constant input delay with a first-order PdE (Partial difference Equation), we replace the input delay with the PdE states. By applying a backstepping transformation, we build a target system that enables to construct an explicit Lyapunov function. Constructing the explicit Lyapunov function that covers the entire state variables, we prove the existence of an allowable maximum size of the structured model uncertainty to maintain stability and establish the robustness of the predictor feedback controller. The numerical example demonstrates that the stability of closed-loop system is maintained in the presence of the structured model uncertainty, and verifies the robustness of the predictor feedback controller.

Lately, the improtance of smooth blasting is increasing on every construction fields, suchas underground caves, tunnels, and roadconstruction, etc. The main purpose of smooth blasting is to prevent unnecessary cracks from the base rockwhich preserved permanently and is to gain the smooth fracture plane. So, in smooth blashing, explosives with low detonating velocity are generally used. But it is difficult to discuss general theory on the smooth blashing because the mechanical properties of pertienent rocks are difficult regionally. Accordingly basic reserches on the smooth blasting are demended. In this paper, the mechanisms of the smooth blasting on the rocks containing discontinuities were discussd. Firstly, the writer predicted the formation of fracture plane and unevenness using mathematical methodology, the next the model blast tests were conducted in order to simulate the crack propagation modes from the blast holes. Through the research, the following conclusions were obtained l)The blast test results were in reasonally good agreement with the theoretical prediction. 2)The degree of discontinuity has an influence on the fracture morphology.

This paper studies how to solve a problem caused by M2M terminals sending a few data based on $3^{rd}$ Generation Partnership Project(3GPP) Long Term Evolution-Advanced(LTE-A) system and then it is analyzed, proposed, and introduced into the techniques. Especially, it is introduced solution for the lack of Random Access Channel and an increasing number of latency caused by countless M2M devices. It is proposed the technology for M2M grouping as well as allowable access probability according to user type. As it decreases the number of terminal by grouping M2M devices to try random access at PRACH, it can be reduced collision between Cellular users and M2M devices. So, it is proved that the proposed mechanism can solve the increasing average latency of random access on system coexisting Cellular users and M2M devices through simulations.

It is one of the fundamental issues that students in teaching and learning process should take a proactive role in school mathematics. Inquiry or discovery learning in school mathematics is the specific method for students to participate in lessons on their own initiative, which is supported by many scholars in mathematics education. In this paper, we investigate pre-service teachers' perspectives of Inquiry or discovery learning by intensively analyzing information and guided orientation in teaching practice. From this, we find the direction of the pre-service teacher training program for carrying out pre-service teachers' role to help students to take a proactive role in school mathematics.

This paper examines the relationship between port import from China and macroeconomic variables such as international financial crisis, exchange rate, and industrial production during the period 2000-2009. I employ GPH cointegration methodology since the model must be stationary to avoid the spurious results. The empirical results show that our model is stationary as well as mean-reverting. This paper also applies impulse-response functions to get additional information regarding the responses of the port import to the shocks economic variables such as financial crisis, exchange rate, and industrial production. The results show that the response of port import to exchange rate and financial crisis declines at the first and dies out slowly.

Relying on the concept of "multicultural space", this paper aims to examine the ways in which the adaptation of foreign professional migrants to the Korean society has been geographically differentiated. Due to the limits of spatial perspectives, existing studies on the adaptation of foreign migrants to the Korean society tend to ignore the geographical variations in the ways in, and the degrees at, which foreign migrants have been adapted into the Korean society. There are, however, significant regional variations in the living conditions, physical and cultural environments, and economic opportunities that are given to the foreign migrants in Korea, so that the adaptation of foreign migrants to the Korean society is regionally differentiated. In order to prove this, this paper explores whether and how the ways in which foreign professional migrants have adapted to the Korean society have been regionally differentiated on the basis of questionnaire surveys and statistical analyses.

The rapid growth of network technology makes the high-tech weapon. Thus, in the modern war, the ability to immediately use of the high-tech weapon is important. To realize this ability, continuous trainning is necessary but, this trainning spends many money. To improve the budget efficiency, Modeling and Simulation(M&S) are used. However, they seriously decrease the reality. Recently, the system which can support the combination of Live with Virtual simulation is on the rise. The typical example is L-V-C Environment and many kind of middleware which can support the L-V-C Envrionment are already proposed. Previous middleware can support the interoperability between different simulations but, it cannot completely interoperate three(Live, Virtual, Constructive) simulation environments. In this paper, to solve this problem, we propose the scheme which is combination between different middlewares. And we conduct the API mapping between HLA and DDS which are typical middleware and verify the scheme.

In this paper, I will show several theoretical nonconformities which can be found in P. Singer's concept of human beings. As we know, P. Singer is a well-known animal liberalist. On the one hand, Singer regards man as a subordinate being to nature and on the other, as a transcendent being. This is the first inconsistency of Singer's concept of man. His second inconsistency is related to his position on the power of reason. He believes that it is the product of evolution, and at the same time that it is a power to resist the blindness of evolution. Thirdly, he also exposes the contradictory attitude in evaluation on man's moral ability. Considering these three contradictions, it becomes clear that Singer has failed to prove his claim that there is no qualitative difference between human beings and animals. Despite the popularity of his theory, I believe the theoretical foundation of Singer's animal liberation theory is rather weak. The reason for revealing the weakness of Singer's theory is not to return to the practice of mercilessly handling animals but to show that it is wrong to undermine human dignity under the guise of animal welfare.

The purpose of this study was to focus on the social influence of the movie , to review the meaning and symbolism of Koreans living in Japan (ざいにち) and rugby in the movie, and to eventually reveal the messages from the movie. The research method was text analysis. As a result, Koreans living in Japan were represented in 2 ways. Koreans living in Japan were represented as Homo Sacer, the contradictory being, located inside society by Japan's sovereignty but considered as outsiders. Meanwhile, the identity of Koreans living in Japan were represented clearly as Korean and they were acknowledged in Japan as proud and capable. The rugby in the movie has 2 symbolic meanings. First, it was the most important and effective way to prove Korean existence in Japan by representing the struggle for recognition, additionally it also carried an important message about their ideal society.
