  • 최근 무선통신용 LSI는 배터리 수명과 관련하여, 저전력 동작이 중요시되고 있다. 따라서 Digital CMOS 신호처리와 더불어 동작 가능한 SI (Switched-Current) circuit를 이용하는 Current-mode 신호처리가 주목받고 있다. 그러나 SI circuit의 기본인 Current Memory는 Charge Injection에 의한 Clock Feedthrough라는 문제점을 갖고 있기 때문에, 전류 전달에 있어서 오차를 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 Current Memory의 문제점인 Clock Feedthrough의 해결방안으로 CMOS Switch의 연결을 검토하였고, 0.25${\mu}m$ CMOS process에서 Memory MOS와 CMOS Switch의 Width의 관계는 simulation 결과를 통하여 확인하였으며, MOS transistor의 관계를 분명히 하여, 설게의 지침을 제공한다.

  • Remanufacturing is an industrial manufacturing process. The merits of remanufacturing are to reuse old products to perform like a new product and to save energy, natural resources, landfill space and to reduce air pollution by less re-smelting. This paper proposes a systemic approach for activating the domestic remanufacturing industry. The approach is based on inside and outside regulations to apply remanufacturing companies. And, we analyzed the state and problems of remanufacturing industry for automobile parts. Also 5 essential tactics and 20 detail strategies are suggested. On the basis of the approach, the domestic remanufacturing industry will carry out the cooperation for their competitions.

  • 항만법 제92조 및 항만법 시행령 제91조에 따라 항만관리에 관한 권한을 지방청 및 지자체에 위임하고 있으나, 연안항의 경우 관리주체인 지자체가 지역민들의 이해관계, 항만관리 인력 및 전문지식 부족 등에 따라 적극적인 항만관리를 수행하지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 본 연구에서는 해상교통안전진단 사례연구를 통해 우리나라 연안항 항만관리 실태와 문제점을 분석하고 제도개선 등 해결방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 이미 설치되어 있는 TRIAC 위상제어 조광기에 LED조명장치를 적용할 경우 발생되는 낮은 위상 각에서의 LED플리커 현상, 입력 필터단 캐패시터의 피크 전압 상승으로 인한 부품 손상 및 소음 발생, TRIAC 유지전류 부족으로 인한 오동작 그리고 LC공진에 의한 비정상 오실레이션 등의 원인을 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 개선할 수 있는 Single Stage PSR PWM 컨버터를 설계하였으며 구현에 의하여 타당성을 입증하였다.

A Seamless Handover Scheme for High-Speed Trains using Dual Mobile Routers (고속철도 환경에서 이중 이동 라우터를 이용한 끊김없는 핸드오버 방안)

  • This paper proposes a seamless handover scheme for high-speed trains using dual mobile routers to minimize service disruption time and packet loss during handovers. In the proposed scheme, each of the dual mobile routers is located at each end of the moving network for space diversity. One of the two mobile routers can continuously receive packets from its home agent, while the other is undergoing a handover, but they act as one logical mobile router. Analytical and simulation results showed that the proposed scheme could provide no service disruption or packet losses during handovers.

  • This study presents a technique to control quantitatively lateral drift of RC tall frameworks subject to lateral loads. To this end, lateral drift constraints are established by introducing approximation concept that preserves the generality of the mathematical programming and can efficiently solve large scale problems. Also the relationships of sectional properties are established to reduce the number of design variables and resizing technique of member is developed under the 'constant-shape' assumption. Specifically, the methodology of dynamic displacement sensitivity analysis is developed to formulate the approximated lateral displacement constraints. Three types of 10 and 50 story RC framework models are considered to illustrate the features of dynamic stiffness-based optimal design technique proposed in this study.

  • This paper proposes a path prediction-based seamless handover scheme to minimize service disruption and packet loss due to handovers for mobile networks such as Dams. This scheme exploits a peculiar characteristics of trains which move on a predetermined path. The mobile router on the train can predict a handover point and then perform network-layer handover before link-layer handover occurs. This leads to the reduction of handover latency and packet loss during handovers. The performance evaluation showed that the proposed scheme could provide excellent performance, compared with the NEMO basic support scheme.

  • This study was carried out to improve forest tax system corresponding to Korean forestry status. Especially, special regard was paled in order to promote forest investment as a result of improvement measures. As a result of this study, the establishment of new system which allow deduction as a loss when forest investment occurred is more effective than present forest income tax system, which gives tax-exemption on cutting of artificial forests. Some detailed adoption technique of that system was examined in various viewpoint. Also, it is indicated that this improvement measures was already adopted generally in some developed countries.

  • As the spectrum demand increases, securing spectrum resources in a timely manner becomes necessary. This paper proposes a spectrum-band prioritization scheme for establishing an efficient spectrum-use policy. The criteria for spectrum-band prioritization are derived from articles of the Radio Waves Act, and a four-level matrix for priority evaluation is proposed, considering both demand urgency and supply ease. The prioritization processes and items to consider for measuring each criteria are also proposed in order to implement the proposed prioritization scheme. It is expected that the proposed scheme can help secure the spectrum in a timely manner, protect incumbent users properly, and promote new spectrum-based businesses.

  • Since various networks are deployed and the most of users request higher mobility, there are many researches about the interworking between widely deployed 3G network and rapidly boarded WLAN. On the other side, WiBro is focused on as a next generation network, because many people expect that WiBro gives satisfaction about the enough mobility and mass data transmission. So the study of the integration between WiBro and cdma2000 will show better effects than the present study of the integration between WLAN and cdma2000. The L2 handoff proposed in this paper takes advantages over the existing L3 handoff scheme because it does not require the L3 procedure for the mobility unlike the L3 handoff. Through extensive computer simulations, the efficiency of the proposed scheme has been validated.
