In February 1947, Christian Dior startled the world with his spring collection. He transformed the unflattering square shouldered outline of women's wartime fashion overnight. It was not only fashion that made a pivotal point for opulence and elegance, The style of architecture, furniture, glass, and silverware also made a radical change. The new style emerged after war called " organic modernism'. This study is to define the visual characteristics of fashion, architecture, furniture and craft after World War II and examine the social factors and aesthetics that generated a new style. The common asthetic characteristics are freedom, abstraction of symbolic from, asymmetry, and exaggeration of form. The social factors, values and aesthetics are economic reconstruction and renaissance of design , technical development and new materials, fredom and optimistic view after the holocaust of war, and organic aesthetics and humanism.

오늘날 디스플레이 기술의 진화는 건축물의 외벽은 물론 조형물에 영상을 구현할 수 있게 되었다. 프로젝션 맵핑은 입체감 있는 가상영상을 실내외는 물론 조형물에 덧입힘으로서 새로운 공간으로 탈바꿈시키는 영상표현 방법의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 프로젝션 맵핑 제작과정에 있어서 색보정이 영상의 입체감에 영향이 미치는지 실험을 통해 검증하고 이를 통하여 프로젝션 맵핑제작에 있어서 효과적인 프로세서에 대한 정보를 제공 하고 확립하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 프로젝션 맵핑은 예술뿐만 아니라 산업전반에 영향력을 주고 있다. 이처럼 새로운 디지털 기술에의한 미디어의 발달과 미디어의 발달에 따른 새로운 표현양식의 등장은 앞으로도 계속될 것이다. 본 연구를 토대로 프로젝션 맵핑 제작에 있어서 유익한 연구의 기초로 활용되었으면 한다.

박물관은 인류가 이룩한 물질문명과 정신문화의 집적을 특정한 주제를 중심으로 표현하는 문화공간으로서 한 나라의 문화수준을 측정할 수 있는 장소이며, 역사적으로 가치 있는 조형예술을 보존하고 계승할 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 현대사회에 들어오면서 박물관은 사회적 변화에 따른 가치관의 변화와 함께 관람자의 시각적 및 행태적 기능과 사회 문화적이고 사회 교육적인 기능을 통합하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 이에 대하여 자료를 가장 최적의 상태로 보관, 전시하여 보존에 가장 유리한 환경을 조성함과 동시에 이를 관람하는 사람들이 유물의 특성을 쾌적한 상태에서 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 환경을 조성해야 한다.

As a Creative Director one is always looking forward to formative elements of new design. The fractal image that is generated by a computer program instead of by hand suggests a geometric pattern that can grafted into a new design for each field. In this paper we look for information about the creation of a Mandelbrot fractal image that is being utilized in the design of various sectors like textile design, architectural design, exhibition design from pure painting by convergence of both technology and art composites. And it analyses about forms based on the formative principle of creation images.

The paper examined whether the fine arts education needed concept of 'Yu' that was suggested by, 'Soyoyu' of Jangja, a representative philosopher of Doka. At first, the paper defined concept of 'Yu' of Jangja as well as background and needs of the fine arts education, and investigated values of 'Yu' of the Oriental painting in aesthetic way to examine whether today's Yu concept can be applied to modern Oriental fine arts education to express. Chapter 2 examined concept and thought of 'strolling (Yu)', and Chapter 3 did background and needs of the fine arts education. Chapter 4 examined an access to practical technique education of the Oriental painting through 'strolling (Yu)': At first, the chapter investigated 'Heosil' of space concept that was researched at Chapter 2, 'Pilmuk' of expression technique, and 'Saeui' of state of spiritual canvas of painters. The findings were as follow: Firstly, when relation between Yu and Oriental paintings was investigated based on formative idea, 'Heo' reminded appreciators of association of ideas, hint and imagination, etc by, 'Sil' that other objects disclosed intrinsic attributes so that it indicated border of positive forgetfulness expressed by artists to have same border between 'Heo' and 'Yu'. Therefore, both 'Heo' and 'Sil' could build up expression as well as appreciation ability by experiencing formative idea to develop creativity and to build emotion and to cognize needs of the fine arts education. Secondly, the artistic state of 'Shin', 'Ki (Simjae)', 'Jeonshin' and, Saeui', etc could be expressed with strength and weakness of both Yin and Yang of Pilmuk. Therefore, the Pilmuk were linked even with creation of both Hyeongsa and artistic form of Saeui. Therefore, freedom at border of spiritual 'strolling' could produce creative power being expressed by thinking, natural appreciation ability, and education that could judge values of aesthetic culture. Therefore, cultivation of aesthetic eye, development of creativity, build up of formative ability and education of human nature, etc could keep identity of the Oriental fine arts education at various modern fine arts.

Today, the expansion of the possibility of new expressions of plastic arts is largely due to emergence and application of new materials. In the field of flower design, it is found that there is a tendency to seek a new expression by utilizing various new materials instead of natural material that used in the past. This study is an attempt of applying methodological approach in the creation of floral art works utilizing the characteristics of contemporary materials in such context. The researcher gathered cases of specific effect and sensation in the expression of art works using various contemporary materials and extracted the characteristics using descriptive sentences applying behavior setting analysis technique. Reporting detailed result of the research total 100 guidelines under 41 sub-categories, 24 mid-categories, and 6 top categories such as transparency, lighting, combination of objects, combination of materials, reflection, shape construction. The researcher tested the effectiveness of the theories by applying deducted theories as the guidelines in creation process of her own floral art works. The significance of this study lies at experimenting the possibilities of applying methodological approach which could supplement intuitive approach in pursuit of expression for artists in the field of floral art and design.

All artists set the arrangement of relative probability subjectively by giving the contrast of color and chroma to give higher probability of some colors in their works and then perform the mechanical assignment. Also the analysis of plastic structure in all areas of design has been made by subjective and qualitative method based on the emotion, intuition and experience of interpreter of design structures and that of color structures was done by the same method. Therefore this study compares and suggests the style characteristics of modern and postmodern design with the object quantitative analysis of color structure by selecting and applying Ilya Chashinik's ceramic dishes as the analysis product of modern design and Jim Melchert's ceramic wall painting as that of postmodern design of 'analysis model of color structure' researched and developed for the quantitative information analysis based on information and communication theory and it is also meaningful in introducing and presenting the analytic procedure and methods centering around quantitative analysis model of color structure analysis.

연극이라는 것은 복합적인 표현예술장르로 하나의 요소가 아닌 여러 가지의 요소들아 합쳐져 연극이라는 예술작품을 만들게 되어 있다. 현대의 연극공연에서 영상의 비중은 날로 높아지고 있다. 무대 공간의 공간감, 협소함, 표현의 제약 등을 따져 볼 때 그것은 당연한 이유일지도 모른다. 연극이라는 것은 최종적으로 배우와 관객과 함께 호흡할 때 완성되는 것으로 배우의 연기에 따라 영상도 실시간으로 반응할 수 있어야한다. 이러기 위해서는 영상뿐만 아니라 배우와 인터렉션할 수 있는 영상의 제어 또한 상당부분 생각하지 않을 수 없다. 그리고 무대의 뜨거운 조명과 그 아래의 영상은 같은 빛으로 만들어진 작품이기 때문에 빛이라는 환경적 요인에서 벋어나지 못한다. 그 밖의 스크린의 존재와 무대의 조형물과의 조화 등도 생각해야 한다. 하지만, 연극의 성공은 관객의 몰입정도에 따라 결정된다. 몰입요소는 음악, 배우, 무대 등의 기존 연극요소가 있으며 여기에 영상 활용은 관객을 더욱 연극으로 몰입시킬 수 있는 또 다른 중요 표현방법이 된다. 그 영상의 활용방안과 문제점은 현재 여러 기술과 방법으로 해결되어지고 있으며, 연극에서 사용되는 영상은 더욱 발전 가능성과 활용 가치를 가지고 있다. 본 논문 이러한 대중문화인 연극에서 공간에서의 영상 미디어 활용의 중요성과 관객의 몰입에 관한 발전 가능성에 대한 연구이다.

This paper proposes to analyze artistic characteristic based on the line expression of , Te Wei's Chinese water-ink animation. We considered the transitions of Chinese water-ink animation through Shang-hai Animation Film Studio's works which induced the dominant improvement in Chinese animations and other major animation industries internationally with the theoretical explanations about particular understanding of line concept and formative characteristics. We not only considered line expression of , aesthetic and idea etc. which are the central point of this paper but also researched the artistic possibilities through the effects of Chinese water ink and line and the relationship of animation.

본 연구에서 다루고자 하는 마스크 디자인은 개인의 감정과 사고를 적극적으로 표현하기에 적합한 예술 영역에 해당한다. 따라서 마스크에 디자인된 조형미를 살펴보기 위해 디자인 된 마스크의 유형을 분류하고자 한다. 자유주제로 완성된 마스크디자인 작품을 그룹핑 하였으며, 최종적으로 데카탕스(Decadence), 판타지(Fantasy), 인사이트(Insight), 러블리(Lovely), 키치(Kitsch), 하이퍼 테크노(Hyper Techno)의 6가지 유형으로 도출하게 되었다. 이와 같은 유형 연구는 창의적인 마스크 디자인에 대한 정체성을 파악하는 데에도 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것이며, 관련 연구의 기초적인 토대를 마련하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다.
