The purpose of this study is to provide the basic information for the early enforcement and extension of the improvement project of management scale of private forest land by understanding the characteristics of forest owners, who have an influence on the participation of the project as one of the private forest management vitalization plans. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire survey targeting 373 forest owners was conducted and analyzed by Binary-Logistic Regression. The variables for binary-logistic regression included gender, age, academic ability, occupation, income, residence, purpose of forest ownership, and status of cooperative membership. As a result of the analysis, 267 forest owners (71.6%) of total 373 forest owners have the intention to participate in the scaling project for private forest management. The rest of forest owners (106 forest owners, 28.4%) would not be willing to participate in the project. As a result of binary-logistic regression, the most important variables, which have an impact on the participation of private forest management scale improvement project, are age, job and forest own purpose.

낙농가들은 향후 경영계획에 있어 규모확대(32%)보다는 현상유지(54%)를 더 원하고 규모축소(1.7%)와 낙농포기(3.4%)의사는 전년(7.7%)대비 2.6%P가 감소한 것으로 조사됐다. 그리고 낙농을 포기하는 주된 이유로는 환경문제가 꾸준히 1순위를 차지하고 있지만 이번에는 그 비율이 상대적으로 높아졌다. 최근 '가축분뇨의 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률'을 포함한 환경관련 규제가 강화된데 따른 것으로 보인다. 낙농가들은 국내 낙농업 전망에 대해 88%가 어려울 것으로 내다보고 있지만 10%정도는 '해볼만하다'는 낙관론도 보였다. 시급한 환경현안으로는 무허가 축사(39%)와 퇴비화시설(36%) 문제를 꼽는 낙농가가 가장 많았으며, 환경문제를 해결하기 위해 농가당 최소 5000만 원~2억 원의 추가 투자가 필요한 것으로 조사됐다. 또한 FTA시대에 가장 중요한 낙농대책으로는 '전국단위 낙농제도 개선'(35%)과 '제도적인 우유소비확대 마련'(29%) 등으로 나타났다. 목장의 토지이용과 관련한 규제사항으로는 가축사육제한구역(31%), 상수원수질보전대책지역(14%), 군사시설보호구역(13), 개발제한구역(8%) 순으로 나타났다. 지역별로는 경기도와 강원도의 경우 '군사시설보호구역' 때문이라는 응답이, 충청도와 경상도는 '가축사육제한구역' 때문이라는 응답이 가장 높은 것으로 조사됐다. 이번 조사는 협회 낙농정책연구소(소장 조석진)가 최근 국내 낙농의 경영현실과 당면과제에 대한 실태를 파악하고 이를 낙농정책수립에 필요한 기초자료로 제공하기 위해 지난 2014년 5월 19일부터 6월20일까지 한 달간 낙농조합의 협조를 얻어 전국의 6,000 농가 중 700 농가를 선정해 실시, 그중 설문에 참여한 542농가의 응답결과를 분석한 것이다. 낙농정책연구소는 이번 조사 결과를 '2014 낙농경영 실태조사' 책자로 발간해 유관기관 및 협회 도지회 등에 배포했다.

This study draws on data from the 1st (2005) to 6th (2015) waves of the Workplace Panel Survey regarding workplaces with labor representatives, i.e., a trade union or labor-management council, and analyzes these using a fixed effects panel data model to examine the relationship between the level of worker participation and the economic performance of workplaces. Analysis results indicate that higher levels of worker participation in an earlier time period are associated with higher per-worker value added (productivity) and per-worker labor costs (wages) at the current time period, but only up to a certain level beyond which the effect is found to decrease, thus forming an inverted-U shape pattern. Considered from a broad framework, these results are in line with the theoretical predictions by Freeman and Lazear (1995), who had established the logic behind the dynamics of the participation of labor representatives in management activities. In view of the fact that the current average level of worker participation in Korea is very low, the empirical analysis results of this study presents the policy implication that raising the level of workplace participation somewhat beyond current levels would yield improvements in economic performance in terms of the shared rent between labor and management - i.e., productivity (per-worker value added).

지난 3월 13일 치열한 선거전 끝에 6표차(202:196)로 제4대 경남.부산양돈조합장에 당선된 발철곤씨(42세)를 만나보았다. 박 조합장은 72년에 양돈에 첫발을 들여놓은 이후 19년간 한눈 팔지 않고 애오라지 양돈에만 전념해온 전문양돈인이다. 지금은 경남 기해군 한림면에서 2,500두 규모의 삼광농장을 경영하고 있다. 경남.부산양돈조합 설립때 견인차 역할을 하기도 한 박 조합장은 양돈협회 일에도 남다른 열성을 발휘, 김해지부장을 엮임한바 있으며, 제1검정소와 양돈회관 건립때는 이의 필요성을 앞장서서 강조해 양돈인들의 여론을 선도하기도 했다.

목장을 비울 수 없는 낙농가들에 있어서 헬퍼란 가뭄에 단비 같은 존재다. 심지어 '상중착유'라는 말이 있을 정도로 매일같이 착유를 해야 해서 마음 놓고 목장 밖으로 나오질 못하기 때문이다. 문제는 헬퍼를 구하기가 힘들다는 것. 이에 서울우유협동조합에서는 헬퍼를 3년 하면 조합원 기입 자격과 쿼터를 일부 주는 제도를 시행해 낙농을 꿈꾸는 사람들의 도전이 이어지고 있다. 행복가득목장의 이형근 대표도 2010년부터 4년간 경기 화성지역 헬퍼로 근무한 후 목장을 시작했으며, 올해 3년차에 접어들었다. 현재 착유우 9두 등 총 13두(쿼터 200kg, 서울우유)를 사육하고 있는 행복가득목장의 이형근 (34) 대표를 만나봤다.

Chung 등(1998)은 일반적인 고냉지역의 사료작물작부체계로 옥수수(수원 19호, P-3282)와 호밀(Kodiak, 호밀 18호)를 조합, 생산된 건물수량을 이용하여 착유소에서의 급여가능일수와 사료작물생산에 필요한 작부면적에 대하여 보고하였다. 그러나 고냉지역의 경우 기후, 토양 및 경영조건 등 재배조건이 다양하므로 이에 따른 보다 다양한 유형의 작부체계가 요구된다.(중략)

일본의 인쇄산업은 정보서비스업으로의 변화가 진행되고 있으며, 오프셋인쇄기업의 경영도 획기적인 변화를 요구받고 있다. 고객들은 더 이상 대량의 판촉물에 의존한 물량 작전을 원하지 않으며, 경제적이고 효율적인 방법을 찾고 있다. 전단지 살포의 광고효과는 시간이 길수록 효율성에 대한 확신이 약해지고 있으며, 인쇄물을 대체할 다른 미디어는 없는지, 다른 미디어와의 조합으로 전단지의 광고효과를 높일 수는 없는지 등에 대해 고민하고 있다. 이제 전단지와 소셜미디어를 함께 연동시키는 마케팅은 더 이상 새삼스러운 일이 아니다.

The amendment of regulation affecting the Governing Body of NFFC (National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives) has been known to the public in May 2008. Its essential points are as follow: 1) the President of NFFC shall be a non-standing officer. 2) the Full-Time Directors shall have the authority to deal with all subjects except for those especially reserved for the General Meeting or Board of Directors, while minimizing the authority of NFFC President. By providing this amendment, the government seeks to make the Governing body becomes professionalized and the management functions carried out by full-time professional board members. However, the amendment seems to pay no attention to the co-operative's identity and principles. In this context, five issues will be discussed: 1) Strengthening the separation between ownership and control of NFFC. 2) Weakening the authority of General Meeting. 3) The bounds of Audit Committee. 4) Consolidating the management control of the Full-Time Directors. 5) The loss of NFFC's Identity, followed by a summary and conclusion.

The Comprehensive Measures for a soft landing of Household Debts affecting the credit service of Fisheries Cooperative (FC) have been known to the public in June 2011. Its essential points are as follows: 1) Abolition of Tax-free Regulation, 2) Set limit of loans, etc. per person, 3) Introduce leverage regulations for credit-specialized financial sector i. e. FC, 4) Gradually strengthen loan-loss reserve requirements for card-loan and other credit loans. However, the Financial Policy Measures seem to pay no attention to the Cooperative's Values, Principles and Identity. In this paper, emphasis is be placed on the task of the regulators i. e. Financial Services Commission and Financial Supervice Service to lift the Financial Measures negatively affecting the operation of fund of FCs, and on the establishment of Cooperative identity in order to further develop FCs.

한국 프로야구 일정계획은 SLSP(Sports League Scheduling Problem)분야의 문제로서 전형적인 조합최적화 문제이다. 본 연구는 한국 프로야구 일정계획 문제의 제약 조건을 분석하고, 다양한 목적함수에 대해 검토하였다. 또한 이를 효과적으로 풀기 위하여 TTSA(Simulated Annealing for the Traveling Tournament)을 사용하였다. TTSA는 TTP(Traveling Tournament Problem) 문제를 풀기 위해 제안된 방법으로 가능해와 비가능해 영역을 동시에 탐색하여 빠른 시간 안에 좋은 해를 구할 수 있다. 실험은 2005년도 한국 프로야구 리그 일정을 바탕으로 하였으며, 그 결과 팀들의 이동 거리의 총합 최소화, 가장 이동거리가 긴 팀의 이동거리 최소화, 팀 간의 이동거리차이 최소화 측면에서 각각 14%, 22%, 21% 더 좋은 일정을 얻을 수 있었다.
