The inbound tourism market is recognized as a vital sector of the tourism industry today, but it is highly volatile due to each country's economic, social, and cultural variables. The causes of volatility vary according to the inbound country, and we intend to revitalize the stabilized tourism industry by minimizing risks. In this study, the portfolio theory was applied to derive the optimal combination for each country to achieve the minimum risk level's maximum growth rate. The number of inbound travelers and the average expenditure per person was simultaneously applied. As a result of the analysis, the best mix by country based on the number of inbound travelers was the UK, the United States, Germany, China, and Japan. Based on average spending, each country's best combinations were Thailand, Middle East, Singapore, Japan, Russia, Hong Kong, and Germany. It is expected to be able to establish a plan to operate the Korean inbound tourism market strategically.

The reason why Small enterprise cooperatives are important in the history of cooperatives is that they provide the basis for the development of cooperatives. Small enterprise cooperatives are composed of five or more members of small business owners and has received financial support from the government through the evaluation of the business plan from 2013. In 2018, however, Small enterprise cooperatives must be evaluated for five years of performance. In this study, we surveyed Small enterprise cooperatives members in 2015 to identify motivating factors that affect the sustainability and cooperation of Small enterprise cooperatives. On conclusion, intrinsic motivation has been found to be an independent variable affecting the sustainability and collaboration of Small enterprise cooperatives.

IMF 체제 등으로 인하여 경영위기에 처한 농업경제의 희생과 농가경영안정을 위한 대책 마련을 위해 농업인단체, 학계, 협동조합, 정부관계자로 구성된 "농가부채대책위원회"(공동위원장:전국농민회총연맹 의장 이수금. 농림부 차관 김동태)는 지난 10월 13일 농가부채경감 및 경영안정대책을 위한 건의서를 마련하여 농림부장관에게 제출하였다. 농림부는 농가부채대책위원회의 건의내용을 토대로 정부안을 마련한후 당정협의 등을 거쳐 조속히 시행해 나가겠다고 밝혔다. 이날 농림부에 제출된 "농가부채에 대한 정책건의서"의 내용을 보면 다음과 같다

Considerably many numbers of studies on country-of-origin(hereafter COO) effects have been presented in international business and marketing areas. Recent studies have been included the effects of COO of manufacture, parts, and design, as well as the effects of brand origin, reflected by the accelerating convergent manufacture circumstances and increasingly competitive environments. Moderating constructs such as knowledge of product category and involvement as individual variables, have been also introduced and researched in various angles. In addition, how the effects of COO occur as processes is also argued in previous studies. This research has attempted to explain business corporation's strategic decisions on choosing a domain of its product manufacturing for several critical reasons, for cost reduction or better image. We displayed two constructs of brand and manufacture in a positive and negative country image group to reconfirm the existence of the effects of COO. Additionally, the effects of respondents' regulatory fit between their motivational focus and the contents of product messages, have been declared. Furthermore the respondents' motivational focus moderates the main effect of COO on product evaluations in a positive 'made-in' combination, while, surprisingly, it does not statistically moderate in a negative, except attitude. Based on the results, implications and suggestions on how to plan and execute more effective marketing strategies regarding COO dimensions, especially COO of manufacture, are separately presented for each situations when it has already been determined and when it is to be.

In urban as well as rural areas, there is a vigorous movement to establish cooperatives which are based on the Framework Act On Cooperatives. Eight months after the enforcement of the law, more than 600 cooperatives reported their articles of association to the competent Mayor/Governor in rural areas. Considering the population distribution in urban and rural areas, this is not a small number. Though recently established rural cooperatives are acting throughout diverse business sectors, cooperatives in agricultural sector, which engage in agricultural production, processing and sales, occupy the largest portion of all the rural cooperatives. There are two types of juridical person that are allowed to engage in the agricultural production, processing and sales by the laws. They are Farm Association and Agricultural Business Corporation. Now in rural Korea, farmers tend to establish cooperatives by the Framwork Act On Cooperatives which are in the same business sector with Farm Association or Agricultural Business Corporation. There are many needs to improve legislation regarding cooperatives. Above all, the laws about Farm Association and Agricultural Business Corporation are in urgent need of improvement for the emerging rural cooperatives to be treated fairly.

전통적인 job shop 일정계획문제는 NP_hard 문제로 조합최적화 문제이다 일반적인 가정은 job이 방문하는 기계들의 경로가 고정되어 있다는 것이다. 경로 유연성을 가지는 job shop 일정계획문제는 job이 방문하는 기계들의 경로가 고정되어져 있지 않다는 것이다. 이러한 경우에 전통적인 job shop 문제를 복잡하게 만든다. 경로 유연성을 가지는 job shop 문제도 NP-hard 문제이다. 그러므로 휴레스틱이나 AI 기법들을 사용하는 하는 것이 불가피하게 되었다. 유전 알고리즘은 매우 복잡한 조합 최적화문제인 job shop 일정계획문제에 적용되어지고 있다. 이 논문은 최대완료시간(makespan)으로 경로 유연성을 가지는 job shop 일정계획문제를 풀기 위한 유전 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 경로 유연성을 가지는 job shop 일정계획문제에 대한 정의를 내리고 유전 알고리즘을 구축하기 위한 첫 단계로 유전적 표현 즉, 개체 표현방법에 대해 설명하고 유전 연산자의 소개 그리고 알고리즘 재생과정을 제시하고 수치실험을 통해 알고리즘이 양질의 일정계획을 찾을 수 있다는 것을 보이고자 한다.

롤(Roll)의 주물 가공 시스템의 성능(Performance)분석의 문제는 일반적으로 관련된 많은 요인들 때문에 매우 복잡하다. 롤 제조 시스템의 성능과 관련된 주요 요인으로서 주형(Moulding) 제작, 원재료의 용해, 후처리 및 가공 공정 의 요인들을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 복잡한 롤의 주물 및 가공공 정상의 요인들로부터 롤 제조 시스템의 불량률을 평가하기 위하여 발견적인 방법인 GMDH(Group Method Data Handling)-Type 모델링 방법을 이용하 였다. 롤 주물 가공 시스템의 성능을 불량률로 두고 이에 주요 영향 요인들 의 입력 Data를 위하여 현장 자료로부터 상하한 값을 구하여, Hyper-Cube 프로그램을 이용하여 필요한 수의 Data를 보완하여 사용하였다. 시스템 성능 과 관련된 인자들을 2개식 가능한 조합을 하고 이들 각각의 조합들에 대하 여 6개항으로 된 예측식으로 회귀분석하고 일정 수준 이상의 결과들만을 다 음 단계의 자료로 사용하였다. GMDH 방법은 매 단계마다 영향이 적은 변 수조합을 제외시키므로 최종 해는 그 정확성이 매우 높다. 본 연구를 위하여 GMDH 알고리즘에 따라 계산할수 있는 전산 프로그램을 개발하여 사용하였 으며, 적용예를 롤 주물제조공정에 응용하여 보였다.. 분석된 자료에 의하면 예측 오차가 매우 적음을 보였다.
