A study on the Effects of Abusive Supervision on Subordinates' Turnover Intention and Organizational Commitment : Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Psychological Contract Violation and Self-control (상사의 비인격적 행위가 부하의 이직의도와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -심리적 계약위반과 자기통제력의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effects of psychological contract violation and self-control on the relationship between abusive supervision and subordinates' work-related attitudes. Results show that abusive supervision was positively related to subordinates' turnover intention, whereas it was negatively related to their organizational commitment. Futhermore, it is surprising that the moderating effects of psychological contract violation and self-control showed an unexpected pattern. Implication of these results as well as strengths, limitations, and avenues for future research are discussed.

  • 본 연구는 특정 조직의 정보 인프라 개발을 위한 전략적 계획을 수립하기 위해 의 사결정 지원 도구로서 다수 목표 의사결정 모형 (Multiple Objective Decision-Making Model : MODEM), 구체적으로는 목표 계획법(Goal Programming : GP)의 응용을 제시하고 있다. 연구대상 조직은 3년 동안의 정보 인프라 개발 프로젝트를 추진하고 있다. 이러한 특 별 프로젝트는 조직 전체에 궁극적인 통합 정보 기술 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 최고 의사 결정자의 전략적 계획 측면에서 추진되고 있다. 본 연구는 총 8개의 목표가 수립되었고 현 조직 환경하에서 이들 목포들에 대한 우선 순위가 설정되었다. Micro Manager가 본 연구 모형의 실행을 위하여 활용되었고 분석결과 6개의 정보 인프라 프로젝트 중 첫 5개가 실행 되기 위하여 선택되어 졌으며 4개의 네트? 대안 중에서 첫 번째 대안이 최적 대안으로 선 택되었다. 초기 설정 목표들에 대한 우선 순위를 변경시킴으로써 연구 모형의 가변성을 검 토하기 위해 민감도 분석이 실행되었다. 변경된 목표와 우선 순위하에서는 6개의 정보 인프 라 프로젝트 중 3개만이 실행을 위하여 선택되었고 네트? 대안은 첫 번째 대안이 역시 최 적 대안으로 선택되었다. 본 연구 모형은 다수의 서로 상층하는 목표를 가지는 조직 및 이 와 유사한 경영환경에 직면해 있는 전략적 의사결정 수립에 효과적인 방안을 제시할 것이다.

Influences of Organizational Structure on Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction in Construction Management Site Organizations (건설사업관리 현장조직의 조직구조가 조직문화 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • As construction projects become more complex and larger, the role of the organization becomes more important. In order to increase the performance of the construction management(CM) site organization, it is necessary to find an organizational structure suitable for the CM, lead an organizational culture correctly, and increase the job satisfaction of the members. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the influence of the organizational structure of the CM site organization on the organizational culture and job satisfaction. As results of the study, the organizational structure of the CM site organization was the highest at 3.51 for formalization and the lowest at 2.71 for centralization(out of 5). In addition, as results of correlation analysis, organizational structure was found to have a correlation with organizational culture and job satisfaction. This study is considered to be helpful in planning an organizational structure suitable for the CM site organization.

Archival Appraisal on Public Records of Seoul Olympic Organizing Committee (서울올림픽대회 조직위원회 공문서의 기록학적 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide balanced view for official documents of Seoul Olympic Organizing Committee and to establish theoretical base which assesses them in order to devise systematization of utilizing Olympic historical material. In order to conduct this study, archival appraisal and appraisal theories of archival study were investigated, and the characteristics of official documents of Seoul Olympic Organizing Committee were examined. Based on these works, criteria and procedure were established with exploring the methods to assess the Seoul Olympic official documents. The details are as follows below. The prior research task conducted in this study was to understand penetrative analysis for archival structure, relationship between this analysis and the assessment, and tendency of appraisal methods which have been developed. Then, representative theories and general criteria and procedure of archival appraisal have been explored in order to grasp the concrete method of individual theories. Secondly, characteristics of Seoul Olympic Organizing Committee's official documents have been identified to apply archival appraisal theories which have been found through the theoretical examination. Furthermore, suitable method has been explored, and the criteria and procedure have been presented in order to assess the official documents of Seoul Olympic Organizing Committee with generally considering of its characteristics. The significance of this study which came up with the study result above can be presented as follows. Based on the result of this study, it is assumed that the archival appraisal work for Seoul Olympic historical archives not only contributes to development of studies but also helps systematic usage and management of archives in sports field including Olympic by allowing the objective perception about them. Lastly, in order to develop sports history field and related studies, it is necessary to utilize archival theories for managing and using archives in sports field, and to precede the general and overall studies about it.

Effects of Cr, V, Mo and W on Solidefication Structure of Multi-Component White Cast Iron (다합금계 백주철에 있어서 Cr, V, Mo 및 W가 응고조직에 미치는 영향)

  • 다합금계백주철의 성분원소인 Cr, V, Mo 및 W 의 첨가량을 변화시켜 응고조직을 관찰하였다. MC탄화물은 초정 austenite dendrite 내에 괴상 및 구상으로 M7C3탄화물은 intercellular boundary에 꽃형태 또는 bar 형태로, 그리고 M2C 탄화물은 M7C3탄화물과 마찬가지로 intercellular boundary에 침상으로 정출하였다. 기지조직은 주방상태에서 pealite 또는 (pearlite + austenite)의 혼합조직으로 구성되어 있었으며, 또한 EPMA 분석결과 MC탄화물은 V, M7C3 탄화물은 Cr 그리고 M2C탄화물은 Mo 및 W가 주성분으로 되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 냉각곡선을 측정한 결과 액상에서 MC, M7C3, M2C 순으로 공정반응이 일어나고 있었으며 또한 X-선 회절시험을 통해 각 탄화물의 회절 peak를 관찰하였는바 응고조직의 사진과 잘 일치하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Effects of Person-Organization Fit and Person-Job Fit on Occupational Commitment, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intentions of Cooks (조리사의 개인-조직 적합성과 개인-직무 적합성이 직업 몰입, 조직 몰입, 이직 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of person-organization fit and person-job fit on occupational commitment, organizational commitment and turnover intentions among cooks in the foodservice industry. Data were collected by a total of 210 cooks at restaurants in the Seoul and Kyunggi area. The analysis of AMOS was used to test the causal model. The results indicate that the person-organization fit was positively related to occupational commitment and organizational commitment. The person-job fit was also found to correlate positively with occupational commitment and organizational commitment. Occupational commitment was positively related to turnover intentions while organizational commitment was negatively related to turnover intentions. Implications of the results and limitations of the study were discussed.

  • This is a research analyzed general patten and change as measure and guidances about government reorganization and surveyed a state of the records management according to the reorganization. The result of analysis, first, the guideline of government reorganization requires complementary measures according to the various patten and primary factor. The archives management according to the reorganization requires not only the change of the function between organizations but between internal organizations. It is arrangement guidance of transferring secret records and special archives management division records according to reorganization. Forth, archivist and official's duty related with transferring records should be stipulated according to Government reorganization. Fifth, the records oversight and missing should be minimized as amending related laws and regulation.

  • Maritime police recognize that the organizational culture of various acting as a member of the organization. Also, marine policing and security activities to determine the number of build. The overall culture of maritime police who share the organization sub-culture may take place. Maritime police organizational culture and a variety of types of group culture, hierarchical culture, development culture, rational culture examined the differences in perceptions. Maritime police aware of the general results of the analysis are as follows; First, the maritime police officers of the age group of 20 was the highest recognition in hierarchy culture and rational culture. Second, the maritime police officers of the rank of captain was the highest recognition in development culture and rational culture. Third, differences in the perception of organizational culture by recruitment analysis show the difference in cultural groups showed, in particular, the special recruitment group of police officers, and maritime police culture can be seen tend to appear low.

  • The propagation characteristics of a mechanical wave in human soft tissue depend on its elastic properties. Investigation of these propagation characteristics is of paramount importance because it may enable us to diagnose cancer or tumor from the vibration response of the tissue. This paper investigates and compares displacement patterns generated in soft tissue due to several forms of low-frequency vibration sources placed on a surface. Among vibration sources considered are a normal load, tangential load, and antiplane shear load. We derive analytical expressions for displacements in viscoelastic single layers, and calculate displacement patterns in half space and infinite plate type tissue. Also, we simulate the vibration response of a finite-sized tissue using finite element method. The effects of the type of stress, the size and frequency of vibration sources, and medium boundaries on displacement patterns are discussed.

  • Under the needs to study the predictors of the frontline employees' service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors(OCBs) in the hotel industry, this study aimed to the influence of goal orientations on the OCBs. The two factors of performance goal and learning goal orientations were hypothesized to influence each dimension of OCBs(loyalty, service delivery, and participation). The data from 266 five star deluxe hotel employees were analyzed with descriptive statistics, multi-variate analysis of variance, and structural equation modeling conducted using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 20.0. The results showed learning goal orientation positively influenced all dimensions of the OCBs while performance goal orientation positively influenced all dimensions except loyalty. These results suggest that hotel practitioners need to seek the applicants who are willingly oriented to specific goals at recruiting process. Furthermore, hotel organizations need to utilize the employees' goal approach to motivate their performances.
