The study aimed at exploring a direction of development of the conceptual model for organizing public digital records. First, it started with reviewing the possibility of item-oriented records and archival organization, then analyzed RIC-CM developed by ICA EGAD. Second, it investigated the hierarchies of the classes and descriptive information applied to public digital records, as well as showed the necessities of transition from paper-based model to digital-based one. Based on these, it studied to seek possibilities for organizing public digital records not by record groups but by items. Finally, this study proposed the direction of development of the next generation conceptual model for organizing public digital records.

In recent years, changes in the university libraries environment have led to increased emphases on improving or restructuring the organizational structures of university libraries. Technology, trends toward access over ownership, user focus, and restructuring in higher education are some of the major factors contributing to these changes. The users' new information retrieving behavior are emerged from the developments in information technology with new media and from the competitive research environments, and thus this trend has led to the gradual increase of collection arrangement by subjects rather than by forms, particularly from 1995 in Korean universities' libraries. Users especially in university libraries who are frequently seeking information on the specific subject, are going to find a room accoinmodating all forms of information on the subject, that is, one-stop information service. As a result, subject division structure have adopted as a new organizational structure in Korea. Our survey shows 34 out of 73 university libraries in Korea is taking this structure of which collections are arranged by subjects, while the rest of them are operating with a traditional organizational structure by forms focusing on keeping of collection management. In the future, university libraries with traditional organizational structure will be moving towards the subject division structure which is a recommended one by this study.

기업 운영에 있어서 인적자원의 중요성이 강조되고 있고, 많은 기업들이 성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략으로 활용하고 있다. 기존의 연구들은 사업 운영과 관련하여 기업가정신의 중요성을 강조해왔다. 최근 들어 많은 기업들은 종업원들을 위해 일하기 좋은 근무환경 제공, 처우개선 등 다양한 방법을 활용하여 종업원들의 근무만족도를 높이고 이를 통해 기업성과를 향상시키기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 사람중심의 기업가정신은 기업의 성과를 향상시키는 중요한 요소이다. 기업은 급격한 환경변화에 잘 적응함으로써 기회를 포착하고 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 그러기 위해 기업의 관리자들은 조직 내에서 기업가적 리더십을 발휘하여 조직의 성장과 발전에 필요한 기회를 포착하고 활용해야 한다. 본 연구는 전통적인 사업 중심의 기업가정신 대신에 사람중심 기업가정신 그리고 기회를 활용하고 포착하는 기업가적 리더십의 선행연구 검토와 실증분석을 통해 이론적 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 조사대상을 창업기업과 비창업기업으로 구분하고 사람중심 기업가정신과 기업가적 리더십이 제조분야 중소기업의 양면적 혁신활동에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 중소기업의 경영성과 개선에 도움이 될 수 있는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

This study analyzes the characteristics, implications, and problems of Social Network of Press Organizations from the Kim Dae-jung administration to the Lee Myung-bak administration in Korea. For analyzing these issues, this study attempts to investigate the traits of social network structure based on the density analysis, distribution character analysis and correspondence analysis in each and among regimes. To answer these questions, this study utilizes human relationship data which related to personal network aspects (place of birth, affiliated college) and expertise aspects (types of major field), and which data has been gathered from the biographical web-site of Press Organizations in Korea. The results showed that the membership format of each Press Organizations depends on the connection with political environment directly and indirectly. Especially, the network traits of Broadcasting Press Organizations stands out a place of birth aspect. This findings indicate that the broadcasting policy reality that the path of decision making is connected with the political environment is more effective.

The purpose of this study is to find out the structural and developmental characteristics of inter-organizational community network of the school social work and the characteristics of direct workers and the school social work organizations delivering services to the children in low-income families, and to identify the magnitude of efficient structure for networking for the children living in Kayang-dong. By searching out the central organization and block modeling, this study attempted to show the characteristics of inter-organizational community network for the children. The research sample was 18 organizations, and the data were collected by a survey questionnaire and analyzed by SPSSWIN 12.0 and UCINET 6.29. The main results show that the social welfare organization is the central organization in almost every dimensions(information exchange, client referral, cooperation, resource exchange) and education organizations play an important role in betweenness centrality. Also it can be evaluated that the present developmental stage of the network is collaboration. Based on the research results, implications for the future practice are discussed.

소위 '무한경쟁'과 '경영혁명'이라는 시대조류에 따라 모든 기업들이 너나 할 것 없이 조직혁신의 대열에 합류하면서 '인사파경', '신인사제도', '학습조직'등 다양한 개념과 제도가 기업현장에 등장하고 있다. 이와 더불어 '구성원의 욕 구'와 '조직의 생존논리' 사이에 형성되어 있던 힘의 균형이 점차 조직의 생 존논리 쪽으로 기울어지면서, 그간 기업의 발전을 위해 전력해 왔던 중간관 리자들이 심리적 압박감과 함께 점차 여과되어지는 추세에 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 현상에 주목하면서 'K'은행의 관리자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 토대 로 바람직한 중고령자 대책의 방향을 살펴보려는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

This study attempted to examine the structural characteristics of the social network of nursing units by dividing them into a job-related advice network and a friendship network, and to analyze the relationship between nurse organizational commitment and intent to leave. The subjects were 420 nurses working in 4 hospitals and 30 nursing units. Data were analyzed using UCINET 6.0, SPSS 20.0 and HLM 7.0. In job-related advice networks, degree centrality of head nurse contributed to organizational commitment. Network density contributed to intent to leave. In friendship networks, closeness centrality of head nurses and betweenness centrality of charge nurse contributed to organizational commitment. Density and betweenness centrality of charge nurses contributed to intent to leave. Accordingly, it is necessary to foster good relationships between nurses and to develop various types of strategies for building effective networks.

일본 문화청 소속의 정부조직이었던 나라국립문화재연구소가 국가조직의 행정개혁에 따라 현재의 독립행정법인 나라문화재연구소로 변혁하면서 나타나고 있는 여러가지 상황에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 나분켄은 동아시아에서도 잘 알려진 국보 호류지금당벽화의 소실이 문화재 분야의 큰 문제로 부각되면서 종합적이고 학술적인 문화재의 연구 보호 종합기관의 설립 필요성에 의해 만들어진 기관이었다. 연구분야에서 보면 초기에는 역사, 건축, 미술공예, 정원, 유적 등 다양한 분야에서 출발했으나 나라지역의 헤이조큐 유적보존 문제가 주요 이슈로 떠오르면서 매장문화재의 발굴 중심으로 그 역할이 강화되는 변화를 겪에 되었다. 그러나 선사고고학이 아닌 역사고고학이 중심이었기 때문에 건축사나 정원사, 보존과학 등 서로 다른 학문이 융합하여 연구할 수 있는 강점이 강화되어 설립목적은 견지하면서 변모하였다. 독립행정법인으로의 변화는 1999년의 제145차 통상국회에서 "독립행정법인통칙법"이 성립되면서 부터였다. 독립행정법인의 취지는 독립 운영하는 쪽이 효율적인 부분을 분리시켜 법인격을 가진 기관으로 바꾸면서 운영교부금을 주무관청으로부터 받아 사용처를 독자적 재량에 맡기면서 이윤을 올릴 수도 있게 한 것이다. 또한 조직과 인사의 자율성을 보장받는 장점도 있으나 평가시스템이 되입되는 정신적 부담도 공존하게 된다. 즉, 민간 방법의 도입에 따라 국가의 부담을 경감하고자하는 의미가 내재되어있다. 나분켄의 독립행정법인화는 동시에 도쿄문화재연구소의 통합을 수반하게 되었다. 도분켄은 원래 미술공예품을 중심으로한 동산문화재 연구와 보존과학부분에 충실한 조직이었으므로 부동산문화재 중심의 나분켄과 통합에 우려의 목소리가 있었다. 그러나 불행중 다행으로 다카마쓰즈카 고분벽화의 열화문제와 키토라 고분 벽화의 보존문제로 인하여 전무후무한 협업연구가 진행되고 양 연구소의 역량을 결집할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 결론적으로 말하자면, 독립행정법인화는 매년 예산을 중기계획이나 연도계획과 정합성을 유지하면서 독자적인 판단을 통해 편성하는 등 극히 유연한 대응이 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있는 반면, 문화재 보존을 위한 연구라는 공공적인 목적을 가진 조직이 정부의 의도대로 독자적으로 이윤을 올리는 사업을 확립하여 국가의 부담을 경감하는 방향으로 나아갈 수 있는가라는 부분에서는 의심할 여지가 남아 있다.

전세계적으로 급속한 첨단기술의 발전과 지식경영 사회의 전환은 조직의 패러다임 변화를 초래하였다. 이에 따라 조직들은 경쟁우위를 갖추기 위해 과거의 양적인 성과관리 방법에서 벗어나 전략적으로 운영할 수 있는 새로운 성과관리 시스템의 필요성을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 비영리 조직 중 교육기관의 성과관리 시스템 도입에 대하여 BSC(균형성과표)를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 먼저, BSC에 대한 개괄적인 선행연구와 더불어 비영리 조직이라는 특수성을 반영한 BSC를 도출한다. 이를 바탕으로 교육기관의 성공적인 BSC 시스템 도입을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시한다.
