낙후된 도시를 정비하는 방법으로 새로이 등장한 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업은 전면철거방식인 주택재개발사업이내 공동주택 건설방식과 비교하여 지역주민의 재정착 비율이 높고, 기존 도시 조직을 고려하며 점진적으로 개발할 수 있는 기성시가지 정비수법으로 주목받아 왔다. 또한 지역의 침체된 경제를 활성화시키고 황폐화된 구시가지를 회복시키기 위하여 정부에서는 도시의 새로운 경쟁력을 찾고 지역 주민의 삶의 질을 보장하기 위해 지역 주민의 삶의 질을 보장하기 위해 지역 커뮤니티를 근간으로 하는 도시재생사업을 추진하게 되었다. 효과적인 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업을 위해서는 주민참여가 중요하며, 현재에 이르러서는 필수적인 요건이 되었고, 도시계획 역시 주민과 함께 하는 방향으로 변화하게 되었다. 이에 따라 GIS도 주민과 같은 비전문가의 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 도구로 확대되어 활용되고 있다 하지만, 현행 주민참여 방식은 형식적인 수단에 불과하며, 주민 참여도를 높일 수 있는 획기적인 방법은 아직도 연구해야할 과제이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 커뮤니티의 재생을 목적으로 하는 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업에서 능동적 주민참여를 좀 더 효율적으로 이끌어 내고자 사업정보제공서비스, 주민의사반영 서비스, 쌍방향적 의견교환서비스, GIS 서비스를 제공하는 커뮤니티 재생을 위한 앱 기반 PPGIS 모델을 제안하였다. 최근 스마트폰의 보급률이 급증함에 따라 스마트폰의 활용은 주민들의 관심과 참여 비율의 변화를 크게 가져올 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 커뮤니티 재생을 위한 스마트폰의 앱 기반 PPGIS 모델은 정책결정자, 전문가 그리고 주민이 서로의 생각을 교환하고 이해하는데 또 다른 유용한 의사소통 도구가 되어 주민의 참여도를 높여 줄 것이라 기대된다 특히, 스마트폰을 많이 사용하고 있는 젊은층의 흥미를 유발하여 참여도가 낮은 젊은층의 참여도를 높이는데 기여할 것이라 여겨진다,

Currency crisis, in order to solve the problem of the polarization of economic and serious youth unemployment rate, to prepare for the smart new economic era, and like to support and nurture the one-persion creating company of mobile app industry of central and local government people policies are underway. To be able to contribute to the establishment of the success of mobile app One-person creating company, to target the mobile app One-person creating company int the Busan region, we conducted an empirical study of success factors, and thus, support these solutions, more effective and efficient in an attempt to try to seek the support measures, was carried out this research. In this study, results derive a research three hypotheses about the success factors of One-person creating company through literature discussion, were investigated on the basis of empirical data of the mobile app one-persion creative company of Busan region of 51 individual, establishment of company period is longer, the number of organizations employee is large and attract a lot of external funds, and was able to find the tendency of more entrepreneurs receives an education, may increase an outcome of business. In this study, it is possible to obtain the policy implications as follows. First, to attract investment funds and attract government funding to support the funding of One-person creating company, it is necessary to pay attention more. Second, policy founder to an education about the management on an ongoing basis is needed than the education of marketing and technology for human resources development. Future, you will be able to expand across the country study company, we have established a policy of mobile app industry of national dimension, in this foundation, will be expanded to all industries.

Currently, the user authentication technology used by users to access multiple applications within an organization is being applied with ID/PW-based SSO technology. These user authentication methods have the fundamental disadvantages of ID/PW and SSO. This means that security vulnerabilities in ID/PW can lead to periodic changes in PWs and limits on the number of incorrect PW inputs, and SSO adds high cost of the SSO server, which centrally stores the authentication information, etc. There is also a fundamental vulnerability that allows others to freely use other people's applications when they leave the portal application screen with SSO. In this paper, we proposed an app-based 2-channel authentication scheme to fundamentally eliminate problems with existing ID/PW-based SSO user authentication technologies. To this end, it distributed centralized user authentication information that is stored on SSO server to each individual's smartphone. In addition, when users access a particular application, they are required to be authenticated through their own smartphone apps.

모바일 멀웨어는 민감한 데이터의 도용, 기기 성능 저하, 금전적 피해 유발 등 다양한 위협을 내포하고 있으며 특히 피싱, 앱 기반 공격 및 네트워크 기반 공격과 같은 기술을 통해 모바일 장치를 악용할 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 바이러스 백신 소프트웨어 및 강력한 암호 사용과 같은 보안 기술을 구현하면 모바일 멀웨어의 영향을 방지하고 완화하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다. 추가적으로 개인과 조직이 모바일 멀웨어와 관련된 위험을 인식하고 불리한 결과를 피하기 위해 이를 차단하기 위한 사전 조치를 취하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 조치에 대한 보안 예방책을 제안하고자 하며 이를 통해 보다 안전한 모바일 환경을 갖출 수 있을 것이라 판단한다.

This study is a case study on investigating the possibility of the school push as a tool of learner-instructor interaction in untact education environment. To this end, one-sentence dictation using the push was implemented and one survey was conducted on a total of 144 students from two different English courses, 127 of whom responded the survey. The findings revealed that the push is effective for instructors to communicate with students in that it has high accessibility as MIM and school-based app. However, making the push be a more useful tool requires for instructors to be committed to communication with their students, to be well informed about the strengths of the push for its promotion, and to provide comprehensive introduction on how to use the push and check if students use it well.

최근 '블라인드', '에브리타임'등 조직을 기반으로 한 커뮤니티가 활성화되고 있는 추세이다. 커뮤티니 내에서는 다양한 정보들이 공유되고 있고 그중 대표적인 정보가 맛집에 대한 정보이다. 잘 알려지지 않은 숨은 맛집들이나 합리적인 가격에 맛있는 식사를 제공하는 식당이 비용이나 인건비 등 다양한 문제로 작은 골목에 숨어있는 경우가 많은데 커뮤니티 내에서는 지역민이 아니면 알 수 없는 이런 식당들이 공유되곤 한다. 'PickALunch"는 이러한 정보들을 공유하고 알릴 수 있는 앱 어플리케이션이다. 대학생에게 익숙하고 트렌디한 UI와 Algolia, Firebase, KakaoMap 등 다양한 API를 이용하여 누구나 쉽게 식당을 검색하고 찾아갈 수 있도록 개발하였다.

In this paper, high-quality business-type communications(UC) capabilities of the communication activities overlap, waste, reducing rework process improvement provides for high efficiency. Car Sharing Service is provided with sharing the vehicleas you can use it anywhere and anytime. The paper verified the factors impact between providing infrastructure characteristics such as scarcity, system quality and service quality and user evaluation factors based on DeLone & McLean IS Success Model. User evaluation factors have an influence on net benefit. D&M IS model mainly proved inner organization impact. The research collected experienced car sharing service, we analyzed the 224 respondents. The result of the hypothesis follows. The scarcity of time is negatively related to perceived social support and app trust. Provisional coupon is positively related to perceived social support and app trust. But, scarcity of quantity is not related to user evaluation factors. Most of the system qualities are related to app trust, however, privacy concern isn't related to app trust. the paper's demographic characteristic is lack of experience frequency. User evaluation factors that are perceived social support and app trust are positively related to user satisfaction and WoM intention. User satisfaction is individual impact and WoM intention is organization impact. Two factors are the net benefit in car sharing service. The area of sharing economy should more study about correlation among experimental various factors. Thus, the paper has different significant from antecedent research. because of trying to experimental analysis.

Recently, controversy has been raised over the security and safety of Chinese-made network equipment (Huawei 5G), apps (TikTok, etc.). In particular, according to the results of the Ministry of Defense investigation in 2020, malicious codes were found in CCTVs made in China that were delivered as military surveillance equipment used as a coast guard system, and specific information was remotely transmitted to a Chinese server. The safety issues of these Chinese security products can be questioned as being systematically led by the state rather than by companies or individuals. In this paper, we perform network and process level analysis of 360 Total Security(360 TS), a Chinese antivirus software. In addition, it compares and analyzes the domestic cloud-based vaccine V3 Lite product. Through this, the safety of Chinese security solutions is checked and information leakage and risks are suggested.

This paper discusses the reasons why a disparity in commitment to charitable giving exists between two regions : the East and the West. In explaining the regional difference, this paper particularly focuses on the social, economic, and political factors forming the trend?for instance, Asians' deep-rooted distrust in charity foundations and the lack of government policies incentivizing philanthropic giving in Asia. After analyzing why and how significantly Asia lags behind in charity compared to other parts of the globe, the paper proves that "creative destruction" is needed in the Asian philanthropy market. Additionally, this paper shows that it is an opportune time for an innovative start-up to introduce a new form of technology, an easy-to-access application with registered partnership foundations, thereby introducing creative destruction in the culture of charity in Asia. This paper finally examines the obstacles this start-up may face as it tries to grow into a monopoly and the socio-political implications it may bring to the world.
