This study analyzes the latest statistics for 3 years based on the traits of market environment, internal organization characteristics(the size and distribution of workforce), and financial structure, and then, investigates the interactivity traits and drawbacks between organization and market environment, among the local broadcast stations, and, among the type of work in the internal organization, by interviewing with broadcasters working at the local stations. Major findings of this studies are : at first, statistically, the conditions of local market environment, the size of local station workforce, financial structure are very poor. And, the interactivity among the local broadcast stations have so many difficulties because of a conflict of interest. So, for getting over a difficult situation at the local stations, in addition to planning to support local stations with various policies, government and local stations should seek for solution to overcome the conflict of interest jointly.

This paper discusses the characteristics of the fire service organization structure in the Republic of Korea. The subjects of the study were selected by the fire service organization consisting of public firefighters in the Republic of Korea. The characteristics of the fire service organization structure (complexity, centrality, and officiality) were confirmed by various articles and previous references. The fire service organization showed a mechanical structure and bureaucratic organization. The levels of complexity, centrality, and officiality in the characteristics of fire service organization structure were higher than those of a general administration organization or company organization. In conclusion, this paper contributes to the development of fire service organization theory by confirming the characteristics of fire service organization structure.

본 연구는 우리나라 기업의 프로젝트조직 중심으로 기업조직이 보유한 조직지식의 특성이 조직 내 지식이전 및 활용과 경영 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 구조방정식을 이용하여 국내기업들의 기업 지식 특성의 내부요인들이 지식의 이전, 활용과 경영성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 조직구조와 조직문화, 윤리의식의 특성을 분석하고 조직갈등과 상사신뢰, 조직효과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 건설기업의 조직원을 대상으로 규명하고자 한다. 지금까지의 기업은 조직효과를 높이기 위하여 주로 조직구조나 조직문화를 중심으로 연구와 평가를 해왔다. 특히 윤리의식이 많은 이슈가 되고 있는 현대사회에서 기업은 윤리경영으로 얻은 신뢰를 통해 경쟁력을 높여 지속경영을 가능케 하고자 노력하고 있다. 이에 기업조직의 윤리의식이 조직갈등과 상사신뢰, 조직효과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하여 이를 바탕으로 국내 건설기업의 조직효과성 제고를 위한 실질적인 방안들을 모색 할 수 있다.

회계정보시스템은 재무적 자료를 수집.처리하여 회계정보를 산출하고 이를 조직내의 경영관리자와 외부의 정보이용자에게 전달하는 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 기업의 환경 및 조직구조 등은 회계정보시스템을 설계하는데 영향을 미치게 되며, 회계정보시스템의 설계자는 이러한 기업의 내적.외적 환경요인에 가장 적합한 시스템을 구축하고자 노력하여야 한다. 본 논문은 기업의 외부환경요인(환경의 불확실성)과 조직구조요인(조직의 집권화, 공식화, 조직규모), 전산화 환경요인(최고경영층의 지원, 사용자의 전산능력) 및 업무특성(업무의 비구조화 정도, 상호연관도, 업무의 난이도와 다양도)등이 회계정보시스템의 개발 및 실행, 산출정보의 특성(정보의 대상, 정보의 시점, 정보의 형태, 정보제공 빈도, 정보의 통합도)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 상호간의 적합도가 회계정보시스템의 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구할 것이다. 또한 국내기업의 회계정보시스템의 운용실태와 현황을 파악하여 문제점을 지적하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다.

Korea companies have been faced with the demand of environmental changes abroad by suffering Economic Crisis at 1997. In fact, these demand that modern firms are in the keen struggles for existence is the essential condition though of the age of Economic Crisis. Coping with these situation. these companies are making desperate efforts, which are reorganization, renovation, improvement, however, the procedure or the result about these efforts of change have to be checked wisely. That is, the firms have to meet requirement that could enhance their values because organization structure that is not efficient to growth of firms produces a quite contrary result. Such phenomenon is applicable to construction firm as well as limited with partial companies. Therefore, before forming a efficient organization structure, comparing and analyzing the strategy or financial statement according to construction firm, this study will try to grasp a characteristic of organization.

마그네슘 합금은 결정구조가 HCP구조로 슬립면이 제한되어있어 상온에서의 가공이 용이하지 않다. 따라서 최근 마그네슘 합금의 미세 조직을 제어하기 위해 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 구조용 재료 및 기능성 재료로 기대되는 마그네슘 합금(AZ3l)을 이용하여 주조로부터 압출·압연 과정으로의 연속적인 판재 성형공정을 실행하였다. 모든 공정에 대한 전형적인 기계적 특성을 평가하기 위하여 각 공정에서 재료의 인장실험을 실시하였으며 각 공정 후에 향상된 기계적 특성들을 규명하기 위하여 경도시험을 실시하였다 또한 각 공정에서의 대표적인 미세 조직을 관찰하여 결정립 미세화에 따른 기계적 물성의 향상을 확인하였다. 주조재, 압출판재, 압연판재의 인장강도는 189.3㎫, 257.9㎫ 그리고 234.㎫로 증가하였다가 다소 감소하지만, 연신율은 상대적으로 16.26%, 24.99% 그리고 27.16%의 50%에 가까운 주목할만한 증가를 나타낸다. 인장실험의 실험결과로부터 얻어진 가공경화지수로부터 대상 재료인 마그네슘 합금(AZ3l)에 대하여 DRX의 거동을 예측할 수 있었으며, 압출후 압연 판재의 경우 연한 재결정 조직으로 인하여 연신율의 대폭적인 증가를 확인 할 수 있었다.

위편성물을 제편할 때, 편직기에서 동일한 편사를 사용한다고 하더라도 편성 조직(knit, tuck, miss의 구성비율)이나 편성밀도에 따라 짜여진 편성포의 구조 및 외관특성은 매우 다르게 나타난다. 편성포의 편성조직, 폭, 길이, 두께, 무게, 밀도 등은 기본적인 구조적 특성이지만 그 용도에 따라 편성포의 성능을 결정짓는 중요한 평가요인이 된다. 또한 니트웨어의 맞음새를 위한 원형설계나 치수체계를 설정하는데 있어서 매우 영향을 미치는 요인이 되므로, 니트웨어의 디자인을 할 때 고려되어야 할 매우 중요한 인자이다. (중략)

In response to the recent rapid technological and market changes, the importance of the design of ambidextrous organization has been increasingly emphasized as one of the dynamic capabilities. Firms that show a high performance in the rapid technological and market changes appear to design and implement ambidextrous organization successfully. They have achieved both exploitative competence for continuous innovation with product development and exploratory competence for discontinuous innovation with new market and new technologies. We have examined why and how to design and operate ambidextrous organizations and the effects of ambidextrous organizational characteristics on the performance from structural, contextual and leadership perspectives. We conducted case studies on 3 Korean firms that showed different characteristics of industrial product, company size, etc. Longitudinal case studies exhibit different processes of design and operating ambidextrous organization according to innovative strategy and industrial characteristics.

Anatomy and ultrastructure of the modifeid Krana pattern have been studied in succulent Salsola collina Pall. Cylindrical leaves exhibited the Salsoloid Kranz type containing two layers of peripheral chlorenchyma that surrounded the water storage cells and vascular tissues. Small veins were also peripherally arranged, but mostly embedded in the vicinity of the inner chlorenchma without the orderly arrangement of the concentric layering of bundle sheath and mesophyll cells. The current study mainly focused on the chlorenchyma tissue abutting such minor veins. The outer columnar layer exhibited features similar to the characteristics of palisade mesophyll cells, while the inner cuboid layer to the bundle sheath cells of a typical $C_4$ Kranz pattern. Cellular components of the inner chlorenchyma were centripetal and numerous, but starch-laden chloroplasts were rudimentary in the thylakoidal system. The outer chlorenchyma demonstrated normally developed chloroplasts having well-stacked thylakoids and plastoglobuli. Branched and complicated plasmodesmata frequently occurred in thick interfaces of the two layers, implying the active movement of the photosynthates between them. The present data were mostly congruent with one of the structural features of the C4 subtypes , NADP-ME type, reported in the $C_4$ pattern. The Kranz pattern encountered in this Salsola probably has been directly related to the structural modification that occurred during a functional adaptation to the $C_4$ photosynthesis.
